The staff was very accommodating, even letting me check out a little late after I had to find an internet shop to change a my travel plans. It's very near the Canals and its bars and cafes. Good price for the area. I think they are still renovating. The rooms are nothing special, and it can get a bit noisy (if you are facing a street) until the bars close. Positives outweigh these small negatives.
Calmness of the area The hotel rating as 4 stares. it deserves lower rating
Great design, beautifull rooms. Friendly staff, great location (metro, canals)
Staff was very helpful. The hotel is the Navigli area, nice for an evening walk and meal.
Location close to downtown and recreation. Reasonable price. Good breakfast. I found ants in the room
Location, Overall good Quality, good value for Money The welcome "Aperitivo" is cheap stuff, the guys at the reception are not so friendly, but these are peanuts.
The comfort of the rooms.
The breakfast was superb, the room was clean and the bed is perfect for relaxation. There are central air conditoning and this means that only the receptionist is able to adjust. We asked him all the time to switch on or off, as it was needed.
It was superb value for money
Location is good. Not noisy, but close to Ticinese. Elevators are old (not fitting to the hotel style) and air conditioning was almostly not working.
Ease and swiftness of check in; proximity to the centre Seemed slightly overpriced for what you got.
easy to reach; nearbij the duomo; very good breakfast; clean rooms; friendly staff
availability of the team for the information on the city. ( visit, commodities,... ) lack of information on the hotel commodities ( breakfast time,.. ), guides of the city in the room.
The hotel employees try everything to do good for the guests, although they don't have much to offer. In Holland we have other expectations for 5 stars! Underground station too far away, no sauna, no swimming pool. Simple breakfast and after 10.00 they ran out of cheese and ham and speck, though the breakfast time was till 11.00. No luxurous facilities. No luggage service. Small room for that price. No one at the hotel bar in the evening; no guests and no employees. When we got the room, the room key and the room lock were broke, it didn't work out, we could hardly come in and there was no other room available. Later that afternoon they fixed the key/locker. It's all very clean, and everyone in Milano knows the good name of Hotel Pierre. But we couldn't find out why the hotel has this very very good name...
The hotel's location is very good - in the centre of Milano, very close to the shopping area. Breakfact was also good. The rooms are old and need the repair. Very-very bad rooms, not 5-stars hotel at all. Rooms are more like 3-4 stars hotels...
The staff were very helpful. The room service menu was merely the hotel's restaurant menu which offered four course meals.
The location of the hotel. Unconfortable, poor services, doesn't deserve its 5 stars.
Very clean, good location, delicious breakfast, spacious room (thin walls though - could hear adjacent room), good room amenities (safe , hair dryer, bath robes, toiletries), very clean and modern bathroom, nice staff, comfy lobby,... Will definitely stay here again Hotel didn't have map of Milan or various tour / activity brochures
Food was fantastic but pricey Single room was far too small. Bathroom was also far to small.
The staff was quite helpful. Hotel is located in the city, very close to the tourist attractions and shopping district. We stayed at the junior suite, it was spacious and good for 3 people.
the staff were very friendly. the hotel was very clean. we didnt feel it should have been rated a 5 star hotel a 4 at most.
Location Airco did not work properly, it was too hot in the rooms
Walking distance to all historical and cultural places. Very friendly and helpful front desk.
Great location, friendly staff, breakfast was good
Very clean, nice breakfast, fail location. Absolutely no information about the city by receptionist and they have no concierge or other way of knowing.
Close to the city center in a pleasant district Helpful and friendly staff Good size rooms with modern comfort and tasteful decoration Flexible on check in time
everything is great but the price... a little bit too expensive
Holiday Breakfast service was very poor during the weekend
The location was great for sightseeing. We had to leave early on the last day and were promised a take-out breakfast, but this was not provided.
staff was perfect! there were no any non free smoking room
The breakfast was delicious! The bed was a little too firm for my taste.
Very nice staff. Good location of the hotel in a quite place, but close to the center.Very good restaurants in the near.
location is very good, near to beautiful canals with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from old equipment, noisy a.c., poor breakfast,
Very nice clean towels every day, comfortable bed. Good traffic connection with other parts of the town. It was to noisy because I was placed on the 1 st flour.
Very friendly staff - ready to chat with you even at the late evening. Free car park - so hard to leave the car anywhere in Milan. Very good connection to the centre and San Siro - trams and metro at the front door of the hotel. A bit worn furniture. Brekfast couldn't be smaller.
The location is very good Don't trust the picture you see on line. The rooms are extremely tiny and really dirty (walls, shower). Not worth the money you spend for it
the staff was very polite and helpful the TV channels choice was poor
buffet breakfast no internet; tiny, tiny, stuffy rooms...
The elevator wasn't working, the AC WASNT WORKING and the hotel wifi didn't work either...and the few moments that it di was weak...poor service overall. The light switch was behind the door making it impossible to switch on the lights when you first come in. They also charge you for the safety box?! I wouldn't stay here even if it was half the price. There are much nicer hotels for the same price. We tried to talk to a staff member about our issues and all
The front desk staff could not have been more helpful. She gave us restaraunt ideas, walking tips & even placed phone calls to the airline to try & help us trace our lost luggage. Also the breakfast was really great! The floor of the shower stall was not clean.
Good beds and nice bathroom. Size of room was fine [double standard]. Stayed there for 14 days because all other hotels were fully booked. Rooms are noisy. Breakfast was until 10.30, however after 9.30 almost nothing was left. Staff not very helpful [unwilling to lend an adapter although they had some, because "they were never returned"]. Reactivating the key every day, becomes very annoying after the third day.
Stayed at the hotel twice, and will properly do it again. A clean and okay hotel with a central placement. City center can be reached within 3-5 minutes with tram. Breakfast is a bit boring. Cheese, ham, eggs and good bread is missing. Can be a bit noisy at night when workers cleans the tram tracks and dustbins are emptied.
Big room for 5 of us (2 adults, 2 children age 5 & 2 and 1 infant), the continental breakfast was nice with crispy croiisant! clean room, friendly staff who provided cot upon request. one of the extra bed provided had bugs, biting my daughter all over her face and body! No lift not convenient for family with baby
It's really value for money, room was perfectly clean, free high speed internet. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby
I liked the location, literally 5 mn from Navigli , the quiet and clean room, the friendly staff, good price 70eur with booking for a location in a central area. the breakfast a little poor and the TV very small
price & location the receptionist's english was very poor
Good price/quality ratio. Deserves more than one star. Good breakfast. Central location. Friendly staff. At arrival in afternoon no english speaking staff available. No assistance in finding a parking place. Bad experience with police because of double parking in front of hotel during unloading luggage in heavy rainfall; no assistance from the hotel.
Good service, perfect location, clean.
It is in a great location, so easy to reach citycenter.. No minibar and it is expensive but compared to other hotels in Milano it is normal I guess..And not so many people speaks english but still they are always trying to help..
Worth the money! Breakfast (decent) and bathroom in the room is more than I expect from a 1 star hotel. We had 1 room for 3 people. (105/night) It was a double bed and a single one. The double bed had one bedspread. The room was small and had no place to sit and chat, only beds and a wardrobe.
We found the staff most helpful, with many extras that you would expect to find from a higher priced hotel such as good toiletries in the bathroom, this included toothbrushes and paste!! Free Internet was also helpful too! We found the walls very thin, but I am told this is 'Italy' also the breakfast was a little thin on the ground, but still very nice and fresh.
