The car was fine. It drove well, and there were no problems.. Ir was adequate I'd use them again.Cons:
There was no one at the car rental pickup when i got there. I had to call a number and no one answered. AS i was calling the 2nd number, a man showed up. There seemed to have been some trouble with my credit card. The man was patient and we got through it. I would have liked a reminder about the tolls and that I didn't have EZ pass.Hertz

I appeared the morning of the reservation for them to have ZERO vehicles for me. Putting me in an immediate time crunch to find a car so I could make my flight in time. Extremely upset and disappointed, will not be using Hertz again.Cons:
