A cozy cabin that was clean and neat. Exactly as advertised. Shower is tank-less so an endless supply of Hot water after hiking Baxter all day was the best! Baxter Park Entrance is 20 Minutes away.
Great stay near the Baxter state park if you don't want to camp and still want the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. The owners were very friendly and even had fresh baked cookies in our at night. I would def stay here again!! Everything was great!
A fine little cabin to serve as a base camp for Baxter State Park outings. All the necessities, everything worked, and everything was clean. A good value. The window screens in our cabin were configured in such a way that when the window was opened, moths found their way into a gap between the upper and lower window sections. And when the window was subsequently closed, that gap opened to the inside of the cabin. I had to swat 5 or 6 moths. Not a big deal, though.
Manager very friendly on checking in. No
Friendly staff. The air freshener was a scent was a bit strong, but my wife said she didn't notice.
location. Not far from Baxter. staff was very helpful pointing out best places to eat in town. AT café was excellent. Nope !

Very nice place for the price. Connt. breakfast was good but some fresh fruit would have been nice. Was an enjoyable stay and would stay again and recommend the place to anyone.
Karen, she was a big help and one of the nicest person I have met in a long time Internet service was terrible I had none, only if I sat out on the deck Room 236
Check-in staff was pleasant, knowledgable, and expecting us. The location was very convenient to both Baxter Stae Park and shopping for supplies. I have already recommended it to others. Difficultly opening window for fresh air alternative to air connditioning.
Staff was helpful, continental breakfast was nice and having wireless internet was a plus. The walls are a little thin - I could easily hear people in other rooms and hallways.
Had complementary. Rooms are clean nothing special but good value
Front desk agent courteous and helpful. Easy to hear conversation beyond the room. Room dim. Bed not so comfortable and pillows too large. Breakfast lacking as far as vegan options.
the best part of our stay was a good, although small breakfast. the size of the room was ideal and comfortable. we liked having the 2nd floor porch outside as well. the bathroom was not very clean. there were hairs in the shower/tub when we got there and also on the toilet. other than that, the room was spotless. having the bed made every morning was also a nice surprise.
the staff was extremely helpful. I chose it because it was pet friendly. I also liked the fact that it didn't have an animal odor nor a smokers odor. The rooms felt clean to me. I wish it had a small microwave and a small refrigerator. I thought the TV didn't work because it hooks up to the light switch.
First night in the bar ended up talking to the guy who bought the hotel in December. He has a lot of great plans and there will be great things to come. It's an older hotel that needs the updates. Otherwise the place is great! I was able to snowmobile right from the hotel. The staff is absolutely fantastic!! I'm definitely staying there again in the future!! Needs basic updates.
I loved the inn keepers, as they were very nice and accommodating. They provided tips about local restaurants and left out candy and coffee 24 hours a day. The best part of our stay was probably the breakfast voucher we got to the Appalachian Trail cafe -- awesome place with awesome food! This inn seemed like one of the best choices for people looking to hike Katahdin and not stay at a campground (took us just over 45 min to get to the park, but breakfast cafe opened up at 5:00 AM, so we got in a big breakfast before our climb).
