Friendly staff, historic building, quiet surroundings
Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable bedroom. Pleasant dining room and lounge, food good excellent breakfast. As stairs to bedrooms very steep need to fix the bannister as it wobbles. Serviettes on the table would be nice without having to ask for them at each meal time.
We had a fantastic time & the staff were all very helpful for a young family
Great Room and amenities, scenic location Restaurant closes early
The staff were extremely friendly and said to treat the hotel as my own home. Breakfast was great Bar was only open between 7pm and 9pm. It would have been nice if it was open for longer as there was no where to sit and relax with a drink after dinner other than your own room.
Foog and service Excellant and comfortable relaxing room Tea and coffee facilities in the room were a little odd.
Really fabulous stay. Would definitely go again.
Nice room. Nice rural location. None really. T.V. could have been a bit bigger. ( If I was being super critical )
freedom to come and go as I pleased as I had a key for the front door. Did not feel as though I was constantly being watched by staff. carpet threadbear in parts, towel rail faling off wall, toilet seat not fixed, shower cubicle leaked. Breakfast not start early enough as I was in a rush and had to attend conference it was a bit rushed.
It was very good value for money, especially given an good full english breakfast in the morning. It was also very convenient for both the beach and the town centre. The fact they gave you key to allow you to come and go at all hours was very convenient.
The best value for money hotel on Activehotels. The best breakfast.
the room was very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly no provision for smokers
nice big room . it was a little to hot very noise the first night but ok the next .
Sixth visit to Denewood in five years. Must be doing something right. Excellent "hot" breakfast
easy location for town and seafront
Very comfortable and pleasent great views from room Breakfast too early at weekends!!
staff were very friendly and helpful the bath room floor had dirty footprints on it the wardrobe door fell off, breakfast times were also very early.
Service was good and accomodating when requested. No
The very friendly and welcoming service. No
Very friendly reception. We were made to feel friends rather than guests.
The staff were extremely helpful, the room very clean and the breakfast first class. No complaints, will return next year. The Ttv screen couild have been bigger, considering a 4 bed family room, but no real complaints.
The warm reception, the early availability of our room, the modern decor in the rooms.
A very clean place to stay and staff are very helpful. Nothing
Extremly friendly staff. room was immaculate & really homely. beautiful clean bathroom. great location
Good base for Bournemouth, staff very friendly, breakfast was very filling , great value for money.
Good location Not a great shower but adequate
Large spacious clean bright room. All facilities in good working order. With a freeview set top box which we've not had before. Nothing
Very welcoming, warm and friendly hotel, great location for Boscombe Beach, short walk to Boscombe Town Centre and major bus routes into Bournemouth, Poole and other areas of Dorset. Lovely staff and yummy breakfasts! Made myself and my 4 year old feel very at home.
Staff were very friendly and location was great. Very good value for money. As we were in an attic room which had a slanted ceiling the shower head was not able to be attached to the wall and was hand held.
Location was good, room was clean but a bit basic, interior was interesting Foreign staff at breakfast, bath and shower were poor
Beautiful tudor style house. Lovely full english breakfast. Quiet. Clean. Walking distance to beach. Lots of wildlife in the garden. Our room wasn't ready at 1pm. Check-in was advertised as 1 - 11pm Went for a walk on the beach and room was ready when we returned.
the hotel room and the rest of the hotel was lovely, will be staying again, ideal for a romantic weekend or just a short break. deco of tudor is fantastic the rooms are lovely and the beds are really comfy. the staff at breakfast could smile and look more friendly
We loved the Tudor house - absolutely beautiful!
The room was big, bright & clean but the ensuite was so small that it was difficult to use the facilities without the door being left open. The staff were invisible except for the waitress at breakfast who only said a few words. "Your welcome".
The building was magnificent
character building, off road parking heating-could not adjust the radiator-(no tap on it)so was either red hot or off,and cold, in the room
The hotel was lovely, the room had been newly refurbished it was all very clean and smart. It's a family run hotel so everyone was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location. We would definitely stay here again.
Good location, family run, lovely house We had booked a twin room - this was a family room, one double bed and a small one really meant for a child. This was OK for one night, but wasn't what we were expecting. A large adult would have had a problem with the small bed, as it was tucked into a sloping attic corner. There was also no phone in the room.
