1.0 Poor
Pros: nothing.
Cons: Let me just start by saying that if I could I would give zero stars to this hotel! We’ve had bad experience since the moment we stepped into this hotel. When we were checking in, the lobby was filled of kids running around bumping into us and open alcohol containers all over the lobby from a party the hotel was hosting in a room that they obviously reserve for party’s. On top of that once we checked in and go to the room we were assigned to we walk in to the room still being occupied. And then to finish it off we got our car tow from the hotel parking. We were not parked in a “no parking” spot, we had our parking paper in the car and yet we still got our car tow had to pay all the towing fees about 300$ and the hotel manager did nothing to help but just be rude to us. It was a overall BAD stay!

7.0 Good
Pros: Close to the venue when needed to attend.
Cons: The hotel parking lot had a sign warning us about the potential of having our vehicles damaged due to the proximity of the golf course next door. Also, the hotel would not be responsible for the damage.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Location, food, pool, love it
Cons: Nope
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, central location for me, and comfortable. Smoke-free! I didn’t realize right away but upon checking out I saw a sign and right away knew how much of a difference that made. No smells of cigarettes at all.
Cons: The flooring in our bathroom shifted.
9.0 Excellent

8.0 Excellent
Pros: well spaced out room
Cons: older tub shower type, smaller bathroom.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: the beds were comfortable.
Cons: the desk staff and the wait staff were very inexperienced and lacked basic knowledge of what their jobs entailed. CARPETS IN CORRIDORS WERE DIRTY. WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. '
7.0 Good
Pros: staff was nice.
Cons: Room was somewhat outdated (carpet really was kind of disgusting);
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It's quiet and comfortable with really helpful, friendly staff.
Cons: There is very little parking for guests. I had to park across the street, which was inconvenient.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was spacious. Appreciate the "old school" type of design of room. The bathroom's heavy door made the shower almost soundproof to those still sleeping. Exhaust fan in bathroom was almost silent and the mirror did not fog up.
Cons: The parking was inadequate when a function was being held at the venue next door (especially on Saturday night). Something should be done about distinguishing cars that actually belong to hotel guests and those who are parking for a party next door. When we returned to our room on Monday evening (Martin Luther King holiday) we found that housekeeping had not serviced our room. We were disappointed but did not bother to call because it would have been too late.
7.0 Good
Pros: Golf course position was a nice sanctuary from the crazy LA traffic!
Cons: At check in we were only booked for one night in a standard room but had booked 2 nights in a king room with a golf course view so they had to upgrade us. Then we had a big leak from the bathroom which soaked the carpet next to the bed during the night and it squelched in the morning! The bins weren't emptied in the room so I did it myself.

7.7 Good
Pros: room was spacious bed was fairly comfortable nice kitchen setup
Cons: Too many things were loose. I had to personally tighten down (Toilet seat, Kitchen Faucet Handle, Shampoo Dispenser in Shower). Couldnt tighten down the foot rest in shower. Need to monitor your exercise room better. Unaccompanied minors kicking the balance ball around the room (2.5 foot diameter ball) hitting people and objects makes it impossible to enjoy the facility. Staff must have willfully ignored that because it was impossible to miss.

Pros: The room was so cheesy but in the best possible way. It was jungle themed, bamboo trees on the wall paper, a Zen relaxing fountain, mirrors on the ceiling, spacious hot tub, lighting can be any color and settings you choose, and the restroom wow very nice.
Cons: This is extremely nit picky but the TV was mounted a little to high. There were no drawers or closet to set clothes. And there were no outlets near bed.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Not much to like, I'm afraid. The gentleman who checked me in was nice.
Cons: There was no bathmat, no wash cloth, no kleenex, no closet or any way to hang up clothes, no coffee maker. When I spilled a little water on the floor and wiped it up, it showed brown on the cloth. Dirty. I paid a total of $96. You'd think I'd get at least a bathmat!!

Pros: The jacuzzi bath tub was cool.
Cons: I was over charged 93 dollars. & accused of taking the room key & remote so I wasn’t given my deposit back. Even after being over charged. & when we went over the cameras to check the room key you clearly see me handing the key & remote to the front desk lady who wouldn’t check around her desk for them only accused me of taking them & wanted to call the police on me when THEY MADE THE MISTAKE of over charging me.

Pros: It was quite and clean. Service was proper. Everything was was working.

Featured amenities include a business center, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked how close it was to the cruise port which is one of the reasons we stayed here. It was very nice being on a ship that was once used for cruising. We did not eat on the ship because it was to expensive. The room was clean and comfortable, I would stay here again if I got a better price, it was a little high. I did hear another guest rate which was a lot cheaper than my rate, not sure about their room but it couldn't have been much different. It was a good experience.
Cons: I didn't like the price and the fact that you had to pay so much to eat there which we did not do because of the price and the location to the area wasn't that great, nothing was within walking distance except the cruise port.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Poor serice went there said no such reservation paid for parking before telling me that
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Well it is the queen Mary ship, iconic to Long Beach.
Cons: The bed sheets did not look clean, a lot of dust everywhere, restroom could have been cleaner. We upgraded and it didn’t seemed like an upgrade at all. Didn’t take pictures at all, feels as if could have gotten a cleaner room at a cheaper hotel.

1.0 Poor
Pros: The view from my room was amazing that's what I liked
Cons: I was told that I had a continental breakfast included into the room the hostess help me pick out my food I signed for it and went up to my room upon checkout I get downstairs and there is a $65 charge to my room for toast and eggs for breakfast when the I told them if the breakfast was not included that I will go elsewhere for breakfast because I do not see myself paying $65 for eggs and toast and that was what's the charge. The communication was really poor. They did not take my word from what I have told them about the hostess and when she had instructed me on so I had to pay for everything and then after I left they found the hostess because while I waited at the counter she was unable to be found they called me on the phone about an hour after I left the establishment to tell me did they verify with her what I said was accurate and that they would remove the charge this time making it like if it was my fault because their staff gave incorrect information the general manager did not communicate well at all.

Cons: the room and up and down the hallway, very drunk until 330am. I had to catch a 7 am flight. I was sadly disappointed. Cons: Staff was very rude and I was charged a $200 holding fee extra on my card then when I was on my way to the elevator to go up to my room I heard the other people on the getting charged only $100 holding fee after I arrived they have to go to the bank to put extra money on my card due to the fact I was getting charged extra and what I had on my card it was not fair and I didn't understand it but due to the fact it was so late I just stayed my one night and got out of there as soon as possible
6.0 Good
Pros: It was private too expensive
Cons: To expensive for not being the best hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was welcoming and efficient.
Cons: The view is non-existent as it overlooks another hotel being built and a gas station. I wasn't expecting much of a view anyway.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel has Queen-size beds! Most of the other hotels in the area only have full size & don't allow rollaways. Our room was clean, pleasant & quiet. The staff was wonderful & very helpful. Breakfast was yummy& pentiful-with an automatic pancake maker!
Cons: no shuttle to the World Cruise Center but recommended Uber- who showed up right away (our 1st Uber ride!) and entertained us the whole way!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location near to freeway and everything that I needed to do during this trip. Uber Eats had everything available to deliver from Outback Steakhouse, many Asian options as well as Mexican food.
Cons: Staff could have been more friendly as there was no Welcome, enjoy your stay, parking info, ice info. On another note, housekeeping Spanish lady at least had a smile and overall what ready matters is for us to value cleaning crews as they play important roll to ensure your rooms are cleaned and sanitized
1.0 Poor
Pros: The room was nice and clean and the AC worked great .
Cons: Rude front desk clerk and they double charged my card ! When I called to get an explanation they said they only charged my card one time. So now i have to initiate a dispute with my bank to get my money back ! Will not be booking with this hotel anymore.

Pros: Everything was great. Considering the concern for the Epidemic, it was a pleasant experience
Cons: The external window was dirty...taking away from the view (I actually reached through the center window to clean as far as I could reach)...small thing, just seemed a shame. I had chosen the hotel for the view. Also I could hear other guests in their rooms.

Room was a little messy . Only one robe in room .

Pros: I liked how professional the staff were, how clean and friendly they can be. The hotel itself was very nice and furnished. Clean and modern.
Cons: The employees will charge you smoking cleaning fee, even if you have not smoked in there. A good friend and I booked a 4 night stay and we were extremely respectful of the rules and smoked outside every time, I can’t help that a little shake falls on the ground and I naturally smell like smoke when I walk back inside. Told us they needed to shampoo the carpets and drapes etc...there are fire alarms in the rooms. Enough said.

7.7 Good
Pros: room was spacious bed was fairly comfortable nice kitchen setup
Cons: Too many things were loose. I had to personally tighten down (Toilet seat, Kitchen Faucet Handle, Shampoo Dispenser in Shower). Couldnt tighten down the foot rest in shower. Need to monitor your exercise room better. Unaccompanied minors kicking the balance ball around the room (2.5 foot diameter ball) hitting people and objects makes it impossible to enjoy the facility. Staff must have willfully ignored that because it was impossible to miss.

7.0 Good
Pros: Close to the venue when needed to attend.

Cons: Room was somewhat outdated (carpet really was kind of disgusting);

5.0 Okay
Pros: Nice breakfast. Location to family. Nice staff. We stayed here before and decided to come back.
