Cons (-) There is a lot of construction around the hotel, which makes things loud and busy. We had to wait until after 5 to check in ad still didn't get what we had asked for. There was a large convention there and basically the staff told us that they couldn't do anything to accommodate us. Cons (-) Hotel was under construction. It was loud and not the least bit relaxing. We were woken up in the middle of the night by drunks cursing in the plaza area. The carpet in the room was stained. The power went out multiple times and I had one family member get stuck in the elevator. The staff was friendly but my experience overall was not pleasant.
