We stayed here for the 127 yard sale and it was perfect. Just right up the interstate from Crossville which is where the sale is. The location is great, right off of the interstate. It was very clean and quiet. There is an onsite Mexican restaurant, we didn't eat there but it stayed busy so is apparently pretty good. There are all kinds of restaurants right down the road. There was only one person working at check in. She was tied up helping another guest who was having a problem with her door. It took us a while to get checked in.
Rooms newly remodeled, staff friendly No plug for lamp on one side of bed
The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, very nice motel. Pool was large. I wouldn't say didn't like but there was no hot tub as advertised and the pool area needed updated, otherwise this motel was great
This was my 3rd half marathon (doing one a month since December) and this was my best hotel experience! I loved being able to come back from the marathon and have a hot bath in a full-size tub, that I didn't feel squished in. And after that, a super-comfortable bed! Front desk staff was very helpful, too. All around good experience. No complaints.
room and shower breakfast
Just off the highway. First three "non-smoking" rooms we were offered had strong smoke smell. The included "breakfast" was only the choice of two cold cereals and coffee! Very disappointing! Far from selection of Restaurants. Under renovation Sheet had burn whole in it.
We only stayed here for one night but were very pleased with the comfort of our room and the friendly staff. We will definitely stay again!
Nothing BLOOD STAINS on the bed along with a horrible smell. I could not stay at this hotel, nor did I feel safe having my family there. I left after telling the front desk my concerns. I was not able to get my money back and was only offered another nasty room.
I can't think of anything except the am staff that checked us out. We do not advise anyone stay in this hotel even under the most desperate of circumstances We booked a king room and were downgraded to a queen room because of our service dogs being considered pets so they "had to put us in a pet room". The room was filthy. We have pics of the bugs and beetles dead in the room along with beads from a broken fake pearl necklace. Under the bedside table there was taco bell leftovers that had been there long enough to petrify. The sheets were not clean there were holes in the pillow cases cigarette ashes on the floor, and the towels were all yellow from nicoteen stains as if they had been there to quite some time. I know we did not use them, so they are probably still the same ones up in the towel racks. We were in room 120. .
The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were very nice. Our king room offered a pullout love seat, mini fridge, microwave and coffer maker. .... all the amenities we needed. The staff was very friendly even at 5 in the morning when we arrived. Would recommend to everyone we know and anyone who asks for a hotel in the area.
