Pros: Room was clean enough, bathroom worked, all the basics were there. I ran the fan all night and thus the room was quiet enough to sleep in.
Cons: Its main business seems to be weddings and other big parties, so bar and restaurant VERY crowded and not available to guests who want to have a quiet drink.
Door to hotel does not have automatic open button -- crucial not only to those with mobility issues, but anyone with a lot of luggage. How is that even legal in 2016?
Breakfast included but there's not enough seating, so it gets loud and crowded. They use styrofoam cups for coffee. Again, I must remind the hotel, it's 2016.
The decor is **very** outdated. Forest green carpet in the room, vertical strip wallpaper -- from the 80s or 90s.
Was fooled by high reviews into thinking this was a nice place to stay when it in fact it is just adequate.
Pros: The hotel was perfectly located for us, near the train to head to Manhattan and near universities.
Cons: We were on the back side and our window looked down upon the trash.
Cons: Front desk not accommodating
Pros: Front desk was very friendly at check in. We attended a wedding here and staff were less friendly after the event (less we had been drinking but not belligerent).
Cons: Walls are thin. We were woken up at 9am by housekeeping knocking on other peoples doors. There appeared to be water damage in the ceiling and bathroom needed some maintenance.
Pros: It is a great location, just a block away from the train station. Went here to get away from distractions and focus on work. Got a nice size room, all the amenities that I need and with room service, I never had to leave my room for anything. Perfect place to get quiet and work done.
Cons: Not that it bothered me but the decor is a little outdated. But a desk still worked as a desk and furniture didn't break on me. If I was going to the hotel for an actual leisure trip, the tv might need to be upgraded.
Pros: I really appreciated the attentive service. Front-desk staff were incredibly nice.
Pros: Very impressed, felt luxurious not outdated! Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, loved it!
Pros: The rooms are comfortable and clearn and there is a really bar and restaurant connected to the hotel. It's in a subburb and has a completely different feel than the "big box" hotels. Love the nice breakfast spread they put ou the morning which is included in the room price. There's also a very nice pool and courtyard.
Pros: We like the room, continental breakfast & convenience of train to the city. Train is a plus. Sr.'s can buy a SENIOR train ticket at the TRAIN STATION, otherwise buy train ticket at hotel & walk approx. 1/2 block to train. VERY nice older hotel.
Cons: It is an older hotel but everything is very nice. We like the continental breakfast. Parking. Train to the city is great, can walk 1/2 block & get on the train to the city. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times.

Pros: Wonderful studio suite with a kitchenette. Upscale carpeting, wall coverings and furniture. Easy access to all major roadways from a pleasant neighborhood.
Cons: Queen bed instead of King.
Pros: Everything! Great location, free breakfast with real eggs, very nice room with a kitchenette. All for $106 for a family of four!
Cons: horrible beds

Spacious smartly designed suites - fresh sumptuous beds and linens - full kitchens - multifunctionalclock radios with iPod docking station and soothing sound machine - flat panel TVs with expanded cable and movie channels - and lighted make-up mirrors.
Pros: Our room was beautiful, spotless and comfortable. It was also convenient to all the places we visited in Morristown. We were able to walk to all our destinations on South Street and nearby. They had delicious fresh baked cookies in the lobby upon our arrival!
Cons: In person the hotel looked smaller than pictured online.
Pros: We go to concerts often and stay overnight. Of all the places we have stayed, the Best Western Inn at Morristown rates far above the rest. I dislike LARGE chain hotels and we were thrilled with this smaller and cozy setting, which was within walking distance to our venue. The customer service was outstanding, the room was clean and beautiful, and the price was perfect. The Front desk people were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the woman serving the breakfast on February 20th deserves a medal for excellence. These folks don't want you to drive home hungry! A full breakfast with all that one can imagine was offered at no extra cost; the made to order omelette was outstanding. We work for a resort and spa in New York, which strives for legendary service and couldn't be happier to find the same quality of service at this Best Western at Morristown. Thank you so much for a memorable stay. We will surely be back again soon.
Cons: We couldn't stay longer!

Pros: Convenient affordable extremely clean and brand-new facility
Pros: Very nice attractive place. Comfortable. Super clean. Really great staff.
Cons: A bit far from the main interstate for me -- I was passing by on way from Virginia to Boston. Also, wish there were more dinner/meal options in the freezers in the commissary. It was a pretty bare bones selection. And some frozen veggies would have been nice!
Pros: Clean and cozy
Early check in is not a problem
Free breakfast and night gatherings with soup and salad
Cons: I wish they have better ventilation. The room next to us cooks a lot all day everyday. And thr smell was just a bit too overwhelming
Pros: Literally Everything.
Great little room, full kitchen and bath.
I have NO complaints.
Would recommend to 10/10 people
Pros: The room was was absolutely the best I've ever stayed in. I would pick this hotel before any of the others.
When visiting Parsippany, Sonesta ES Suites Parsippany is a great choice to consider. For a workout, you can visit the fitness center or go for a morning swim at the indoor pool. Apartments feature kitchens, free WiFi, and free wired Internet.
Pros: The best bang for the buck hotel I've ever had. Exceptionally nice, new, clean. Friendly staff, awesome breakfast, quiet location. This is my go to spot any time I'm in the NJ NY area.

Each suite comes with a full size kitchen, living area, and your choice of suites with one bedroom one bath or two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. We host many amenties such as a complimentary breakfast buffet every morning and a dinner buffet Mon through Thur. and complimentary shuttle within a 5 mile radius.
Pros: Rooms are generously sized and comfortable. Included a nice breakfast.
Cons: had a 2br suite and the TV in each bedroom worked, but the tv in the main suite area didn't.
Cons: I booked my stay thru my mobile app and realized I had the wrong city .. I picked Morristown and I needed Moorestown .. I called no later than a second and explained my error only to be told I had a non refundable reservation . I asked if I could at least get a discounted rate or lateral transfer to the correct city. They refused.. I ended up getting screwed..
Pros: I loved how quiet it was even though there were families with small children at this location. It was very peaceful and relaxing.
Cons: The room was a bit cold even though we adjusted the thermostat. It was fine we just used the extra blanket in the room... It's still a nice place to stay!

Cons: There was nothing negative about our stay.
Cons: Really bad hotel. Room didnt even come with a coffee machine u had to go downstairs the desk to get it? are you kidding me the breakfast is absolutely nothing i eneded up going out to get my own food. The room was not clean it was well kept.

Pros: The rooms were cozy and breakfast was great.
Cons: 1. I requested two rooms for 1 adult and 7 minors. It was specified in the booking it was for 1 adult and 7 minors with their ages listed as 11-13. Yet they did not even attempt to give us two rooms near each other when they processed the booking on their end. We were on opposite ends of the wing.
2. The rooms weren't ready for us to check in at the 3pm check in time they state in their booking and website. Only one room was available.
Since other rooms were still awaiting to be cleaned and I had to wait an hour to go up anyway. I convinced them to give me a room closer to the one that was ready, and I just went to the pool for the extra few hours until the 2nd room was ready.
3. Pool and hot tub were dirty, like the walls were brown in areas. There was an excessive amount of chlorine used in the water to kill the dirt instead of shock. I had to open patio doors to keep from passing out from the chlorine fumes.
Pros: This is our 4th visit. The staff is very accommodating. Housekeeping is excellent.
Cons: No complaints

Cons: Room Service was OK and Food was too expensive, especially the breakfast
Pros: The property is modern, sleek, beautiful. Anda well kept facility.
Cons: Breakfast is not available on the weekend, only through a limited room service menu.
Pros: Clean. Nice looking.
Cons: No free coffe in lounge. No free breakfast on weekends. Not enough parking. Pool closed at night.
Pros: Pleasant and clean
Cons: No bathroom exhaust
Pros: My girlfriend and I spent the night there for a nice getaway from home after we had went to my brother's soccer game at Seton Hall. Everyone and everything was great. The room was perfect, we had requested extra towels before we checked in and the accommodation was made. When we got there, I called the home bar to request a bottle of wine and the bar staff was able to help recommended a good wine for us. Everything was clean and comfortable. Definitely would recommend staying here for any occasion, especially for the price, very good value. We will absolutely keep this hotel in mind for weekend excursions in the future.
Cons: There was nothing not to like, everything was great.
Pros: Location & price.
Cons: Thin walls.
Pros: Very friendly and professional staff.
Situated in the business district, this hotel is within 3 mi (5 km) of Livingston Mall, The Funplex, and Hanover Lanes. Anchor Golf Center and Florham Park Roller Rink are also within 3 mi (5 km).
Pros: Super friendly staff. Clean and well maintained hotel.
Cons: Didn't like location, not close to restaurants. I had to get on the highway and drive a couple of miles to find places to eat.
Pros: The Irish pub in the restaurant was excellent. The staff was very professional, accommodating and friendly. The room was clean other than the issues cited in the other box. The lobby is beautiful and clean. The location is convenient and there was plenty of free parking.
Cons: I booked for 3 adults and requested 2 doubles, however my email confirmation stated 1 king bed. I called the Marriott and was told there were no rooms left with double beds. I then called hotels.com and was told the room could be changed to 2 doubles, however upon arrival the reservation was still for 1 king. Thankfully the desk clerk noticed the size of our party and immediately changed the reservation 2 doubles without me having to ask her. Don't know why this was an issues when I originally called the Marriott (or why the change made through hotels.com did not change the actual reservation at the hotel). There was some black mold on the ceiling above the tub/shower and the room had a slightly musty smell, like a damp basement. Our room refrigerator was not working upon arrival and the hotel had to send up a maintenance person to get it to work. We discovered there was a big cultural conference (NJ/NY VSNA Indian conference) taking place during our stay. No issues with the cultural conference however with so many people mingling about in the lobby and hallways we felt like we were intruding on a private event and that was uncomfortable. We did not feel like we should walk around the hotel and stayed in our room. It would have been nice if I was told about the conference at the time of booking.
Pros: Lobby is good. The event we attended is at the same building so staying at this hotel location made sense
Cons: Got a wrong room. I requested for double queen bed but was given single king. So a family of 4 is sharing a single bed. No effort is made to help the situation. I even tried to ask if there is something she can do. I got a big 'NO'. However, the couple after us the a double queen bed. The door going out into the veranda is broken so we have to turn on the heater.
Cons: No breakfast available

Pros: The moment I walked into the hotel the front desk greeted me so welcomely! not only that, but as I was walking up to my room all the way till my check out date the workers were beyond friendly and always had a smile on their faces.
Cons: I loved everything about this hotel, my only concern was that there was a little bit of crud on the bottom of the shower which ended up floating to the drain once I turned it on.
Pros: Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room which was much nicer than what I usually find in this price range, and a good cup of coffee at the bistro in the morning.
Pros: Everything was great
Cons: There was no dislikes

Pros: The staff was amazing, very comfortable, and the pool was great.
Cons: There is no slip resistance/shower mat in the shower. It was slippery - elderly or child guests may want to be careful.
Pros: Location is perfect--close to our family, convenient to major roads and shopping.
Cons: The swimming pool was rather cold. The breakfast not great. The receptionist told me the phone calls were free as long as I stay in 973 area code, but I was charged $20.
Pros: We got in around midnight and there were one or two wedding parties in the hotel lobby / bar area. While we had more than a few drunk people ahead of us (who remarkably waited until AFTER the reception to check in) the guy at the front desk did a good job moving them along even after the mother of the bridge couldn't find her license or remember her name because she was so drunk.
We were checked in within a minute once it was our turn and from there it was smooth sailing.
Cons: During the check in process the managers looked to be just standing around. I'm not sure if they were keeping an eye on things to make sure people didn't get too rowdy but they could have helped move the check in line along.
Also a few times we used them the elevators were wonky. The lights wouldn't stay on and the elevator took forever to show up and only then would it show up when people were exiting. Again, not sure if that was the result of rowdy hotel guests screwing around on the elevators or not but something management should have been aware of and working on instead of just standing around.

Pros: Location, ease of access from Route 46 and rooms are nice
Pros: The hotel was set up nicely for people traveling for business.
Cons: The hotel is advertised as having a hot tub and pool which is why I selected it for a girls night out but the pool room was "out of order". We were not told about this ahead of time or even at check in. The shower in the room is run down and looks dirty. The toilet wouldn't stop running until you play with the handle.
Pros: The furnishing in the room was top notch, as was

Cons: When I order a superior king don't change it to double bed room and tell me that's what I ordered
Cons: I was very dissatisfied with our stay. I planned a last minute staycation with my daughter. The weather was menacing so I looked for a place in the area with a nice indoor pool. What they don't tell you in any of the descriptions on the Sheraton Paraippany is that the pool is part of the Atlantis Health Club and, evidently, anyone can go for the day (I imagine there's a small fee). We were swimming in the already cramped single lane of the indoor pool. I was already dismayed that, even though there were many little ones swimming with their parents, they still excluded us from the other two roped off lanes--one was reserved for lap swimming, and the other for kiddy swimming lessons (with MANY kiddies, one of them screaming at the top of his lungs for the entirely of his lesson). I noticed pieces of food, cereal and other garbage, laying around the pool, while the life guard sat there, allowing kids to balance themselves on the divider ropes, despite someone trying to swim laps right next to them. What sent me (and my ten year old) over the edge was when an entire group of young children arrived from outside the hotel. A day camp I think. There were now an additional 15 or so kids, plus 3 or 4 adult supervisors. For the first half hour they were there, the outdoor pool was still closed due to bad weather--why they did not open up another of lane to accommodate this group is beyond me. They expected 30+ people to swim comfortably in one lane of a NOT Olympic sized pool?! It was ridiculous so we left and went back to our not very clean room (pubic hair in the bathtub, stains on the carpet and on the bed-skirt) and ordered over priced hamburgers that were hard as hockey pucks and ridiculously over-priced. It was just an all-around very disappointing experience. I will not be returning there.
Pros: Can't give much of a review. Was there on business for one night. Location was convenient. Exterior was impressive. Room was nice. I was not expecting much, so it met my needs. Would stay again.
Pros: Everything, services and everything they did to make us happy
Cons: The bed a little be, it was like not what I was spected i
Think they can have a better mattress
Cons: Breakfast was horrible tv was broke and I set the alarm clock for 8:00 am and bring they cut the power off for a min the alarm didn't go off getaway was awful
Pros: cleanliness, friendly hotel staff
Cons: Women's bathroom above my room. You could hear high heels and high power toilet flushing from the 6th floor bathroom every few minutes.
Pros: Good location. Reasonably clean
Cons: Hotel needs to be updated. Bathroom was small and cramped. The hotel is in need of repair. The restaurant closes too early.

Pros: We enjoyed the pool, gym and outdoor sitting area
Cons: Limited complimentary water and no free coffee in the lobby.
Pros: It was very clean, bathroom was really nice.
Cons: Room was extremely small.
Pros: When we arrived at the front desk at 11pm our reservation was not on file. The staff had to scramble to give is a single room. To the staff credit they discounted our stay and comped breakfast.
Cons: See above.
Pros: Confusing charges. Unable to provide receipt for cc charge. Promised to email but no response, yet.
Fun sports bar.
Pros: Nice rooms, comfortable bed, staff were pleasant, the shuttle to the train was a nice touch!
Cons: Hotel wifi was out the first night. Hot water was out the second day I was there. Vanderbilts, the hotel restaurant was ok, food was ok, bar staff were terrific, but there isn't really a system for being seated or getting service.
Pros: Hotel is nice on the outside. Good location. Pool and gym are ok but not great
Cons: Rooms are old and beat up. Beds were not so comfortable. Toilet broke. Ac was leaking water and was so loud. Bad customer service. Promised a crib but never got one. Promised a mini fridge but didn't get one until next day which caused my food to go bad. Will not return to this hotel.
Pros: Very clean. Quiet. Friendly staff.
Cons: It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room.
Pros: Clean bed sheets
Cons: No hot water for showers
Just warm water
Looks old inside rooms
Pros: Would have appreciated a breakfast buffet that was included in cost of room. Otherwise, great hotel.

Guests can visit the 24-hour fitness center for a workout or enjoy American cuisine at Arrive, one of 2 restaurants. An indoor pool and an outdoor pool are other highlights, and rooms offer up nice touches like iPod docks and pillowtop beds with premium linens.
Pros: location, room size and layout, atrium and the grounds
Cons: One bed was sinking in the middle and the nobs were coming off the chest.
Also the coffee maker stopped working and called the front desk twice. They said engineering would come but never came. After 2 hours and multiple times unplugging, replugging and resetting,it finally started but was leaking from the second side.
Pros: The breakfast is very good and the lobby is beautiful
Cons: The pool is dirty. There was hair in my room coffee maker. No linens for the pull out bed. Soap scum throughout the bathroom.
Embassy Suites by Hilton Parsippany is a great choice for a stay in Parsippany. The indoor pool is a great spot to take a dip, and guests can grab a bite to eat at Bistecca, which serves international cuisine and is open for dinner. A bar/lounge and a fitness center are other highlights, and rooms offer conveniences like kitchenettes and sofa beds.
Pros: Friendly staff, clean room nice amenities. A good location with plenty of parking.
Pros: We were provided a room prepared for a handicapped guest but it worked out because it had extra safety precautions and I felt safe that my fiancé would be ok. I only felt guilty that I could not take advantage of the pool because I was trying to finish a project. However, he did!
Cons: It was noisy on friday night and you could hear the neighbors coughing throughout the night.
Pros: Everything was great. Great price and great value. I especially like the shared amenities with the adjoining Hilton.

Pros: The room was HUGE, even with two beds in it. The usable desk/workspace pretty much ran the full length of the window wall, allowing me to spread out some presentations I was working on among the conference materials I had collected. Spacious bathroom...that then goes to the negative category. They do have a white noise machine in the room, which came in handy. I was able to check in an hour early, so that was nice after 14 hours of travel. Validated parking for the underground garage was a plus, too.
Cons: There was a lot of disappointment. I was on the 11th floor, right near the elevator. While I didn't really hear too many people in the hallway (mostly cleaning staff), the late night ruckus from the street could be heard well into 3 or 4 AM (where the white noise machine comes in handy). Every emergency vehicle going by could be heard loud and clear. To put it mildly, the windows are not sound proof by any means.
The bathroom is beyond dated. Old tub, clunky showerhead that sprays everywhere except on you, and shower curtains that leave a gap on one side or the other because they are not wide enough. LOUD flush on the toilet lets everyone on your floor know you just took a poo.
My first night I realized that I was missing a mini-fridge, which the front desk though was odd (I think they thought I was lying). They put in a request, but I never saw anyone, so I had to make another request the next afternoon while I was attending a conference. It was there when I came back that evening.
The lighting is a miss-match of fluorescent, LED, and halogen bulbs. Some dim properly, others are all or nothing, making it difficult to find a happy medium once the sun goes down.
For the price, I might have expected a little more, especially with a Hyatt Regency name on the door in downtown Morristown. I think that a Hyatt House would have been cleaner and more elegant of a stay, which is sad.
I would stay here again, but only if my conference is there.
Pros: Staff, parking validation
Cons: Room key was glitchy- didn't always work on first try
