Pros: Ocean view room is beautiful and relaxing. Bed is very comfortable.
Cons: I could hear people talking on the hall way very clearly. Door closing feature can be improved so that it won't have a loud closing sound.
I was surprised the cleaning lady came before the day of checking out. I brought a personal wine glass and put it on the table. The cleaning lady accidentally took it away. I mentioned to them but with no luck to get it back. That is to say, the management need improvements.
Pros: Lovely, friendly staff...beautiful grounds and facility. Its our "special place" to sneak off to.
When the surrounding area is rich with natural resources and beauty, luxury comes with a distinctly local touch. At The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay, resort guests can savor the Northern California sunset on a beautiful evening; sample fine wines from vintners along the coast; craft s’mores over an open fire on their private terrace; discover the nourishing benefits of pumpkin at the spa or tee off on two championship golf courses that are as beautiful as they are well-designed. Holding court on a bluff overlooking the ocean, and just 20 miles from San Francisco International Airport, this secluded, hotel in California celebrates its surroundings with an experience rooted in the element of fire and the discovery of wine.
Pros: We loved the area, it was very quite and clean. Yet very easy to commute to the Bay Area and nearby shopping.

Pros: The breakfast was done well... however, they ran out of certain foods quickly, given the amount of guests. Breakfast staff were polite and worked fast to clear used tables for the next guest.
Cons: The internet was very sketchy and did not stay ON... we had to keep re-logging back on within 10 minutes...
TV was limited and if you wanted to check the 'guide' for it, you have to turn the TV off, then back on to read the guid as it scrolls the second you turn the TV on... we could not find a button to call it up!
I explained to the desk clerk that I forgot my nightgown and asked if I could use a hotel bathrobe... I was told those robes were only for a Bay front view room. I said I'm on the first floor looking at the Bay and the clerks told me that floor doesn't count! I think under my cercumstances, I could have been provided with a robe for the two nights we were there.
Pros: The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded from a regular room to a suite with a bay view.
Pros: I could stay at the window or on the patio for hours watching airplanes taking off and landing. It's amazing.
Cons: The quality of bedding sets are kinda of old. But considering the price it is fine.

Evening has coffee/tea with cookies and complimentary glass of wine. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and we definitely will stay again.
Pros: The beds were comfortable, plenty of room and friendly staff. Beautiful and simple room. Great experience.
Pros: I booked this hotel as it was a good price, had great reviews and was convenient enough for a conference at the Moscone Center without paying ridiculous downtown prices. I wasn't disappointed. The staff were all really nice, the room was comfortable, very eclectic design, modern bathrooms, but some very opulent furniture. About a 15 min walk to the BART, 10 min to Caltrain, about 5 min walk to the downtown San Bruno area that has quite a few restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay there again and make time to try the spa!
Cons: I didn't think the breakfast buffet was anything special. but since it was included in the price, can't complain.

Cons: No NO nothing
Pros: The room is very clean. There were cookies and lemon water at the front desk. The whole hotel was remodeled.
Cons: The building is old and not sound-proof. I lived on the third floor. I could hear people moving chairs in the dining room which was located on the second floor and not directly below my room.
Pros: Room was comfortable
Cons: Yes your staff at the counter was very rude. I had problem with my booking dates nd she refuse to even try to help.
Pros: The robot delivering items.
Pros: The layout of the room was excellent and very quiet.
Pros: Convenient location and very clean
Cons: Parking is under the building, I was driving a box truck which I had to street park two blocks away in a residential area and walk back with my bags.
Pros: Very nice room and the breakfast area was very clean and always had a very friendly hostess there who kept it cleaned and filled. Nice choices, fresh and good looking fruit etc. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Liked the cookies too!
Pros: Quiet; friendly staff, especially at breakfast.
Cons: Price jumped up by $60 while we were searching. Room was a bit flimsy. Picture on wall made a fairly loud noise just from walking on the floor.

Pros: Love our time there. The suites are very nice.
Pros: I bought the one night stay from Kayak and I had the impression that the room would be in the main building. After checking in, the front desk staff told me that my room was in the different building called Oceano Inn, which is right in front of the main hotel. I like how cozy and romantic the decor was. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. In my room, there was real fireplace too. My room was looking out directly to the ocean with view of sailboats. Parking is free, which is good.
Cons: My room wasn't in the main building and had to take the stairs to the 2nd floor since there's only 5 rooms on the first floor. The light from nearby restaurant was beaming through the window and there's beeping noise from outside (perhaps it's to warn the boats of the fog) that lasted all night and though the morning.
Pros: its a lovely place
Cons: just think its over priced

The kids love the pool, So easy to access. Place is so clean and staff are so helpful and friendly
Cons: The kids were looking forward for a free breakfast (as it mentioned on the website) but find out in the morning, there is no such thing
The little fridge was not working right and couldn't fit a 2 litre bottle in it (The drinks, 8oz Gatorade, was not cold the next morning
Pros: It was perfect for a quick trip. Clean. Friendly employees and very close to food and Starbucks. I will be backnof the price is right.
Pros: Service And cleanliness very satisfied with it

Pros: Japanese restaurant had the freshest sashimi.
Cons: Low ceilings made it clostophobic
Staff took a while to answer phones at night
Pros: The Crowne Plaza in Fostet City is a great hotel to stay at. Appears they upgraded the interior. Breakfast buffet was great. Parking and Internet is included and you can't beat the location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will stay here every chance I get.

Pros: From the moment I checked in, Anita at the front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. This was the case throughout my stay and it stuck out as an abnormally positive experience for me where I'm typically used to just being the next guest at other hotels. When I'm in the area again on business, I will certainly be staying here again.
Cons: Nothing to report.
Pros: Very convenient with incredible staff. Room was updated and comfortable.
Cons: I could hear the tenants of the neighbouring rooms quite well. Footsteps above, kids adjacent, Loud couple sharing our wall. :-) if I have reason to stay here again I would ask to not be placed next to a family with children. It's rare I'm able to sleep without being woken up by my own kids!

Pros: The rooms, meeting facilities, customer service
Pros: Rooms had beautiful view overlooking the hotel Lobby. Size of the rooms are nice.
Cons: Waited for shuttle over 45 min.. a shuttle from a different Hotel was nice enough to drive us .at 2 am needed maintenance ac was not working .. bathroom was not clean toilet seats for dirty from the last person there.
Pros: The hotel was very clean and the staff was very pleasant and polite. We were staying for one night before having to be at the UCSF children's hospital the next day and we all slept like babies. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linen was very soft overall we had a great stay.
Pros: Food at 360 was great. Beds were comfy.
Cons: No microwaves in room. No liquid coffee creamer, just powder.
Pros: Beautiful hotel with strong drinks!
Cons: No nightlife near by.
Cons: The whole place smelled dusty due to the construction-- I booked a 300 dollar room and they said that there was no running water--- moved me into another room with no view but not any cheaper
Cons: Under much needed renovation. Would have been nice to know at time of booking. Air filter so plugged air wouldn't flow. Toilet wouldn't stop running. Blood on comforter. No coffee maker in room. Not at all what you'd expect from a Hyatt. Staff was great when we told them about issues.
Pros: we didnt like much. they didnt include on the web that the hotel is going through massive renovations. pool was closed which we wanted to use so badly during our short vacation. The gym was also out of service. it was very disappointing of an experience.
Cons: Under construction, noisey
Pros: Room layout, beds, a lot of outlets, very clean
Cons: HUGE construction project in the middle atrium, hence noise and no restaurant. Bathroom amenities very, very limited - need to ask for basic things like Q-tips and other (yes, they are available - a nice list in the room) but having only soap and shampoo in the room is not sufficient
Cons: Valet and bell hops were friendly and helpful. First check attempt was not successful due to a power outage that only affected the computers. Employee was also rude and really should find a job that does not involve working with people. Attempted to order food to go in the restaurant, after waiting for 25mns while the waiter was watching a football game we gave up and left. Rooms were dated and dingy. Would not recommend as a platinum passport member.

Accessible by car or BART commuter train, downtown San Francisco is 13 miles north Accessible by car or CALTRAIN, Silicon Valley is 13 miles south. Hotel offers free trolley service to and from downtown Burlingame's shops and restaurants.
Cons: Our room as next to the elevators and could hear them going up and down. We should have requested a new room but we arrived late and had to leave very early the next day to catch our flight.
Pros: Clean, spacious, and well laid out. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Airport shuttle was a disaster. No shock absorbers. Rough ride.
Pros: The hotel was clean & pretty well maintained.
Cons: The staff were not helpful or friendly. The pool was freezing. The wifi was $10 and parking was very expensive. I was hoping for a nice quick pleasant overnight stay. It was quick but not so pleasant.
Pros: Nicest hotel staff I've encountered in a very long time. They were incredibly accommodating to myself, my husband, and my 2 year old daughter. We had an overnight stay for a connecting flight and the hotel is extremely close to the airport with a very quick and frequent airport shuttle bus. We happened to be stuck there with a delayed flight on my daughters 2 year birthday and when the staff found out they gave us an extended check out and treated the birthday girl to pasta and a birthday brownie. It was a really pleasant surprise for a tired and traveling family. Thank you Westin!!!
Pros: Through Expedia I got a great deal to stay at the Westin for 3 nights and it was great! I stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend and even though it was a holiday the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Nice shower, awesome beds and it's close to the bay so you can just walk outside for a beautiful veiw and walk. Also has a free shuttle and is a short walk to the BART station!
Pros: Hotel provided shuttles every 15 minutes to the airport. They dropped you off at your gate. Very nice.
Pros: We liked the overall vibe and style.
Cons: We didn't like the inconsistent customer service and the room vibrated from the restaurant's exhaust fan. (We moved to another room.)
Pros: The staff was very helpful and the conference rooms and facilities were very nice and what you would expect from the Westin. Room was clean. Good location
Cons: First thing I was thoroughly disappointed in was the pillows. After traveling I was tired so I immediately fluffed up the pillows to lay down for a short nap. But the pillow cases sounded and felt like paper!!! And 3'outnofnthen4 pillows were so lumpy and flat, not one firm pillow and that combined with uncomfortable pillow cases I woke up with a neck ache. Bed was uncomfortable . And the sound level in our room was so LOUD that we were woken several times by people walking by talking and each room to either left or right we heardbeverybtime the toilet flushed and every conversation or slammed door. Very disappointed in my stay this time. Better soundproofing the rooms..it felt like paper thin walls!
Cons: Parking is $25 Come on. Also, Westin withheld $100. from my card for "incidentals" wi/o notification. The cheesy glasses in the room were carefully encased in cheap plastic wrap with the prepared label
"SPG Members" affixed to the bottom of each glass, alerting the non-SPG Members that they would be charged for unwrapping the household plastic wrap from the glass if they dared to venture to drink from actual glass rather than from the plastic UNlabeled "glass" next to the special SPG one. The tub drained poorly. This hotel is full of itself and not much else in terms of service and ambiance.
Pros: Convenient to airport n hwy
Cons: Tight room
Pros: We liked having a free shuttle to the airport as well as the indoor pool. It was great for our one year old to swim and get some energy out before a cross country flight. Staff were very accommodating and provided us with a crib for the room.
Cons: The hotel restaurant was very expensive, but this is not surprising for San Francisco.
Pros: The location is the only good thing about this hotel
Cons: Customer service was horrible after a long flight

Pros: Wonderful hotel. Comfortable beds, feather pillows, full kitchen, extensive breakfast, and it even has a small DVD library available if you want.
Cons: Hardly any downsides. Setting up the DVD player in room was a bit of a mess and the pet fee was extremely high, particularly if you are there for only a day.
Pros: Loved your pillows and mattress
Cons: You need more seats/tablesl for breakfast
Pros: The hotel location was just far enough from the heart of San Francisco to get a good price, but close enough that driving wasn't an issue.
Cons: There was mold in the showers that my boyfriend had a pretty strong allergic reaction to, but overall the room was quaint and clean.
Pros: Very welcoming, great employees. Free laundromat, reasonable free continental breakfast.
Cons: Beds were not that comfortable...and no small frying/egg skillet to mske the kitchenette functional.
Location. Being styled both like a boutique and extended-stay hotel, the Larkspur Landing near the San Francisco International Airport is located on a quiet street in an office park four miles from the airport.

Guestrooms. Suites feature welcome amenities and kitchens with full-sized refrigerators, microwave ovens, stovetops, dishwashers, flatware and utensils. Full-sized desks with executive chairs and complimentary high-speed Internet access are included.
Pros: Clean room. Great coffee in room. Staff very friendly
Cons: Cold pool, too much chlorine in jacuzzi, the room doors make a lot of noise when opened and closed.
Cons: Most hotels including other Hilton owned hotels offer a free breakfast. This one does not. So, even though we liked this hotel very much otherwise, we will probably go back to the Embassy. It was surprising that they didn't, though since most all do including other Hilton's! I hope that changes as I am a new Hilton Honors Club Member as well. I was told I had to be a "Gold" member to get this. The only problem, being handicapped, I don't travel enough to ever reach that level, but do go every year to SF and NY with my family. A comp'd breakfast would be great.
Cons: Too noisy - aircrafts taking off constantly.
No real breakfast option.
Pros: Front desk staff were very helpful and attentive with booking taxis, looking into tours, explaining the BART system, accommodating room needs, etc.
Cons: Bistro was understaffed. Lines for breakfast were long and very slow moving. One morning the one worker who had to ring up food, make it and serve it - was so overwhelmed that she forgot to give me my food. I ran out of time to wait for it and when I tried to cancel my order she gave me a hard time about it.
Kids wanted to swim in pool but the water was ice cold and not possible for them to swim in it. This was a huge disappointment.

Cons: I don't like they charged my card twice for authorization and I had to wait 7-10 business days to get that money back into my account.
Pros: Location and people
Cons: Older carpets in some rooms; pillows too big!!
Pros: Good place, it's worth spending the extra 25 dollars to stay.
Cons: Would be nice to leave my luggage at the front desk for 30 minutes before I left but the manager at 6am said no.
Cons: Maybe the air conditioning system can be more quieter
Pros: The staff and room were excellent. It was very clean & I liked the decor of the room. The beds were comfy and I found myself not wanting to leave. The complimentary breakfast was very satisfying.
Cons: The exterior of the hotel was undergoing construction, but they made sure not to start until after 9am. The contractors were very polite and accommodating to the guests as well.
Pros: Rooms were quite during the night. That was a very good thing for me.
Cons: Bathroom not clean at all. Took photos.
Personnel not friendly.
Pros: Everything was great for a quick overnight stay before heading to the airport. It was really nice to have a late checkout as our plane did not leave until 4pm.
Cons: Only two complaint, the bed was too soft (more so personal pickiness complaint) and there were few Gluten Free options at breakfast as we both have Celiac Disease.
Pros: This hotel near the airport was spotless. Newly renovated, the room was modern, and perfectly located for convenience to the airport. The 24 hour shuttle and reasonable rate makes this a good choice for those who want a comfortable stay without all the unnecessary amenities. I would choose the Dylan next time I stay in SFO. On checkout, Sherri was helpful and pleasant notwithstanding the early hour.

Pros: Location is perfect - in between the harbor stores and commercial strip mall. Quiet area. Refreshing evening breeze
Cons: The room had a bad smell. Older used smell , body odor. Like the room had not been refreshed from the weekend use.
Pros: Spacious room, comfortable bed, 5 pillows (soft and firm), coffee maker, fridge and microwave, clean, the breakfast was good, the staff very nice and professional. I would definitively go again...
Cons: The only minus for me is that it is too close to the main road, but it wasn't really inconvenient as I couldn't hear the traffic from the room.
Pros: Good location in a quiet setting. A nice place to stay for a few days
Pros: Affordable with daily breakfast. Quiet.
Cons: The breakfast is just ok and what you might expect.
Pros: Extremely helpful and friendly staff; super comfortable bed. Great value for the money,

Pros: The room was nice and large. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The bathtub was clogged, and the television didn't work very well. The picture was very staticky and a lot of channels didn't come in well enough to watch.
Pros: The front desk and housekeeping staff were fantastic.
Cons: Inability to control the room temperature other than using the ceiling fan. Also, the noise from the child in the adjacent room woke us in the early morning.
Pros: Quiet; View of golf course; Fireplace & pool area; Breakfast
Cons: TV reception was variable - some channels poor.
Cons: I walked up to my room and opened the door to find the tv on and clothes and wine on the table. They have me the key to someone else's room!!! I was so horrified and startled. This is such a huge security problem. The man at the front desk didn't even seem fazed. As a solo female travel I felt so uncomfortable in my room all night, wondering if they would give someone a key to my room. Absolutely inexcusable. The guests security and safety should be a #1 priority at all times, which they totally do not adhere to.
Situated in Half Moon Bay, this hotel is within 1 mi (2 km) of Pelican Point Beach, Naples Beach, and Half Moon Bay Golf Links. Pomponio State Beach and Roosevelt Beach are also within 3 mi (5 km).
Cons: We arrived a day early. We were able to get a room, but the next day we were told we had to leave the room and couldn't check in until later in the day into a different room because our reservation was not for a "premium " room. Sheet checking in the standards room, the only difference was that our refrigerator did not have a freezer, night light did not phone chargers attached, and the tv was smaller. This was a huge inconvenience which could have ben prevented. Also on firts night if our stay, we did not receive a parking pass and were not asked for any mind of id when paying. There was hair in the shower of the "premium " room.
Pros: I have stayed in this Hotel on 3 separate occasions and they have all been quite pleasant. Its a convenient place close enough to San Francisco, the view is awesome both at the hotel and driving (unless your room faces the freeway). Facilities are upkept and the staff is friendly.
Cons: Walls are a little too thin, I can hear everything next door, including the crying kid which was a bit annoying. Also, we found an earring behind the bed.
