9.5 Excellent
Pros: very friendly and helpfull staff ( we arrived very late and did the check in via whatsap!) lovely decoration confortable affordable price good localisation (we were slept here to get to the airport on the next morning and still managed to visit the main temple on our way out) Narita is worth spending at least on day visiting and not just stop by to the airport
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The shared bunk bed room seems small but it’s actually just narrow the beds are wide enough. Very nice showed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was a bit warm. Hot water did not work past 11pm but i could be wrong. The host was very accomodating. Place was well kept. Good value for your money ♡
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good facilities
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The things that I liked about the place was that it was very affordable and in a great location to explore Narita. If you have the JR pass then you can even take the Narita Express train to cities like Tokyo and Shinjuku relatively quick. This is a great value for the money you’re spending. The showers were clean and the toilets were perfect. Yes, it is a guest house so you have to share. But this in and of itself is a great experience. The staff if very flexible and is fluent in English. The staff is also very friendly and will help you in any way they can. They have space to leave your luggage while you go explore, which in Japan is a great plus!
Cons: The only thing I did not like were the pillows and the bed firmness. If you can sleep on a really firm mattress then you have nothing to worry about. I am more of a soft mattress guy so it was a little hard to stay asleep. The pillows are water pillows so if you sleep on your side with your ear against the pillow, then you’ll likely hear the water moving around. It’s quiet soothing sometimes, but sometimes it might keep you up or force you to switch positions.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, clean facilities, only 15 minutes by train to the airport.
Cons: Rooms are a little small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything so clean and organized. Wonderful space!!

Pros: Everything. Perfect place to stay the night before your early morning flight next day. Clean and modern with secure space to store baggage. The host was kind enough to explain the house rules snd the route to Natita Airport.Very kind and helpful.Within walking distance from both, JR and Keisei station. Good restaurants and McDonald's ( just in case) right outside. Also has a free tea and coffee in kitchen.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very well
Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: It was close to the Narita town station (both JR and Keisei lines) but a bit hard to find since it involves walking through some winding, unfamiliar streets. The location was clean. Check in was easy. Staff were around to help. It felt secure. It was quieter than I expected.
Cons: I wished there was a Japanese style bath for soaking. The key cards were a bit temperamental. You have to tap it at just the right spot to get it to work. A few times I thought I was locked out.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Good location and very clean rooms. Friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Big room, and comfortable. A free shuttle to airport. In each room there is a free smartphone with mobile data and local phone number that we can use in the city, which is very cool when traveling. A little walk from train station. The AEON shopping mall in the area is good for shopping. Staff spoke English properly.
Cons: Breakfast is quite simple, with not much choice. I have been to a few hotels in Japan and the breakfast was sometimes much better. Free shuttle is nice, but only a few departure every day. Besides that all is ok.
7.5 Good
Pros: Food
Cons: No water served
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Very close to the train station and convenience stores.
Cons: Rooms are too small and the breakfast buffet is the same thing every morning.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Courtesy cleanliness
Cons: City center. Close to Jr Marita station 5mins walk from hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great. It was much better than expected and better than big airport hotel we later stayed at. Very close to train station. The weather was turning warm and the comforter is much too warm. They need a lighter blanket. I was able to visit Tokyo Richmond which had shops and located in a great area.
Cons: Nice restaurant and very close to parks and train stations.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good, not much choice, but they had the basics including some very good scrambled eggs. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly (they spoke somewhat limited, but functional, English).
Cons: The shuttle bus was very small and got completely full on the way to the airport, not ideal for a family with small children. Why not get a bigger bus?
5.5 Okay
Cons: Check in I booked for 3 rooms and gave all the names but they only have one name booking and furthermore they don't have my name. Took them a very long time to sort it out and gave us the 3 rooms.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: I only spent one night on my way elsewhere, and the location couldn’t be beat. It was about a 4 minute walk from Narita Station, which is only one stop from terminals 2 & 3. Great location for a weary traveler who couldn’t be bothered going all the way into Tokyo. The hotel was clean and modern.
7.5 Good
Pros: Hotel is located less then 10 minutes walk from Narita JR Station. Breakfast was Ok and the room too. I stayed there only one night so it's hard to describe completely the Hotel. After all I got a pleasant stay at Richmond Hotel Narita.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the calm of this traditional Japanese inn, the graciousness of the staff and the welcoming layout of the room. It was a true refuge in the middle of a long trip.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Traditional Onsen hotel. In all the best possible ways.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was our first stay at a Ryokan and we enjoyed it very mucht. The staff was very helpful showing us around and answering our questions. We booked dinner and breakfast and both was excellent with a lot of variety. Our children loved the kid sized yukatas that were provided for them. Moreover, it felt really nice walking up from the station along the road leading to the temple and staying just on the outside of the temple complex. Even though Narita get's a lot of tourists, we've been the only westerners in the hotel and it felt like an authentic japanese experience. Small but very nice onsen facilities without outside area.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: very clean bath nice meals
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was incredible, the staff where lovely and very accommodating, my room was beautiful and the food was so tasty and very well prepared.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like, I love this hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a great time at Wakamatsu Honten. Our view from the room was right opposite the temple, which was awesome. Loved the hotel and the temple. Both are very nice.
Cons: Food at the unagi restaurants around was a bit pricey.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place. Directly across from Naritasan Shinshoji Temple, which was incredible (and massive too - gardens, shrines, monuments - we were there for over 3 hours and felt like we should have allowed more time). Staff were excellent, and the food was excellent. We'll be staying here again. It is well worth the price.
6.3 Good
Pros: Love the staff. The room was very nice and we had a great view of the shrine but beware of the bell ringing in the morning. I liked the sound but I'm sure many travelers would not. They were also very helpful with the kaiseki dinners we had. On our trip to Japan, we found out that my son is allergic to sashimi last minute and changed his kaiseki meals to include items without any raw fish. There were plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops along the street.
Cons: Would have liked a microwave oven to heat up our coffee and tea when it got cold. Also maybe an electric kettle to heat up water instead of the thermal pots. The onsen was nice but the water was lukewarm. This next thing is not the ryokan's fault but would like to have seen better transportation options to go into town and to the airport. We had to take the taxi to Daiso, Don Quijote, and return by taxi. If you are looking for a 7-11 conbini (convenience store), it's quite a long walk to the nearest one.
8.6 Excellent
Pros: Traditional style and public bath. Fabulous temple across the street.
Cons: Hard for me to sleep on thin mattress on floor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here on our last day of our Japan trip and it was a wonderful way to end our visit. The staff were great and front desk employees spoke English. The meal was amazing! Our waitress was a complete sweetheart and loved our son. They made us feel very welcome. The spa was beautiful and relaxing.
Cons: We were on the same floor as the smoking room and it was a bit smelly in the hallway. Our room was a bit dated but clean. There are other rooms that have been updated but we didn't mind ours...it was actually very 50s with a mod vibe which we thought was cool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Tea in the room, the onsen, and the comfy bed-mattress. Oh, and the ykata :).

Cons: Keep on keepin on

Pros: Wow this was truly an awesome experience! I was a little nervous as it was my first capsule hotel but the pods were way more roomy than I thought and the futuristic vibe was amazing I felt like I was in a scifi movie! It was so clean and although many of the pods were full it didn't feel cramped and the common rooms had plenty of space. Pros: The hotel is in a great location for Narita Airport - there is a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, and also to the local JR Station. We ended our trip here and spent a few days before we flew home. After the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and Osaka, it made for a nice quiet and peaceful end to the trip. Narita Airport Transit and Stay program run free tours with a local guide from the airport. We did a couple of these before we came home and are highly recommended. We visited rice fields by bike, local farmers market and the aerospace museum.
Cons: It is a very busy hotel with lots of guests and aircrew using the hotel after or before they fly. There was a queue for breakfast so factor this in to your planning if you have an early flight. Also check the times of the shuttle bus as they only run once an hour at certain times of the day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fine.
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: Shuttle to the airport
Cons: room smelled of mold. Most restaurants were closed. They charge a fee and a high one for Wi-Fi which is outrageous these days. Very disappointing experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked everything really. Staff all friendly. Easy to get to and from the airport. Very relaxing hotel.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and well equipped with necessities.
Cons: We were told that the dogs must be kept in the crate once outside the room, which made it really difficult to go for a walk with them as the room was very far from exit to the outside.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Reception staff very welcoming and professe
Cons: Everything was perfect
7.5 Good
Pros: The restaurants and shops on site - plus room service
Cons: Room was a bit outdated and small
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very spacious rooms Huge bed with high quality linen that was very comfortable Immaculate and spotlessly clean and tidy Quiet Great yukatas Coach to/from Narita airport made for a very convenient location the night before the flight to avoid crossing Tokyo subway with cases in the rush hour. We were the only passengers in the 7.13om Narita Express green car carriage-a dream! Suggest you buy bento boxes from the always wonderful and exquisite quality Daimura department store basement food hall at Tokyo station before you leave and avoid being ripped off at the hotel restaurants. Definitely recommend this hotel but do your homework
Cons: Stingy not offering complimentary WiFi given the expensive room rate Also stingy not having complimentary bottled water or a water fountain The restaurant prices were exorbitant Awkward not having a fixed shower head Teeny Crabtree and Evelyn amenities. Why not offer the excellent Japanese products and showcase home-grown talent? No need to import products when so many are abundantly available and of excellent (better) quality within country? No usb charge points and limited power sockets in the room. Compared poorly to all other hotels stayed at during this trip.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great Place

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Rate and shuttle service to and from airport.
Cons: No late Bus tours to Tokyo City.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Free shuttle bus from/to airport
9.5 Excellent
Pros: First time staying at this Narita airport Hotel which is the pick of the crop. Great value for money for a top class hotel compared to staying in Tokyo when transferring from Haneda to Narita. Very comfortable and great bus services back into Tokyo as well as to Narita.
Cons: Being a transit hotel it is heavily used by tour operators and airlines for their staff. Gets very busy but great if you like everyone else is in transit.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The staff had good lanuageskills
Cons: The poolarea inside and outside was old and outdated and the main reason we picked that hotel. The outside pool had lots of insects in it and the ground material really bad..
7.0 Good
Pros: pool area needs repair. Bathrooms need repair. Price paid not a deal.
Cons: condition of place
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff can speak english pretty well and very nice.
Cons: The bathroom was kinda old and a little bit smelly in the 8th floor. Also the location of the hotel is approximately 20 or 30 minutes away from the airport, luckily there is a shuttle service, but for whom, which it is too far should avoid it after a long flight.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing....
Cons: Double bed was very small which cannot accommodate 2 adults and 1 child.. So we were forced to take a two single bed facility in an antique building. The bathroom door had no lock and despite several requests nobody bothered to change it. One of the shuttle bus drivers was very unfriendly and just because he couldn't understand English he was quite defensive and arrogant in the way he handled us. My opinion about Radisson Narita completely changed. Being one of the best countries that I had ever visited with the most friendly people around my last 2 days stay was very unpleasant in Radisson Narita...
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Free shuttle to and from the airport, good airport hotel.
Cons: Drinks over expensive, but there were vouchers for buy one get one free at check in.
7.0 Good
Pros: I like the cleaness
Cons: The location is too far away from Tokyo
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Facilities and level of English spoken
Cons: Times of bus from airport

7.0 Good
Pros: The location is great and they provide complimentary breakfast (6-9am).
Cons: However please note hotel policy of check in at 3pm and check out at 10am! We arrived at 2:45pm and the hotel Recep refused to let us check in 15mins before 3pm and requested for 1000 yen extra if we want to check in before 3pm! I think this is so ridiculous that they are so rigid. And they wanted extra money if you do not check out by 10am sharp! I m not sure the hotel is so inflexible or I got a bad employee on check in day!

Cons: The breakfast spread could be better. More laundry facilities will be appreciated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location Free shuttle to airport Room was clean and well equipped
Cons: N/A
6.8 Good
Pros: Close to the airport and easy to get to by train. Check in was easy, even with limited Japanese, the automated check in and out machines are a dream for anti-social people like myself. Convenience store next to the hotel is handy for quick tasty meals.
Cons: There were a few suspicious stains on the wall and the bed was horrible. The pillows were also thin and filled with some kind of beads or plastic pipe bits, thankfully we only stayed one night. We have since stayed at another APA hotel and the room was ALOT better, so not sure if our experience at the Keisei Narita hotel was a one off.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and staff were great. The hotel was probably built in the 50's and shows it. But for the price the room was wonderful, bed, bathroom and all other items were fine. It certainly is not the "Hilton" but the price was very responsible
Cons: Just that it was very old and needed updating but all facilities were fine, clean and the staff was great.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room, comfortable beds, excellent location, free-shuttle bus to the airport and extensive selection for breakfast, convenience store inside the hotel with a good selection of Bento as well. Will definitely use again.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment I stepped in the hotel I felt the cozy atmosphere of the place topped with the most amazing and caring front desk personnel. My room was really spacious and I loved the fact that I could go straight to it because of the early check in hours. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had all the amenities needed, the air conditioning system gave the room an adequate temperature for the hot Japanese nights. I loved the fact that there were many vending machines for a late night snack, but you cannot miss the restaurants dinner and breakfast service because it’s delicious.

Bigger room than other Japanese airport hotels I've stayed at. They have a shuttle every 20 min to take you to terminals. On site restaurant available. And if landing late or too tired there are Family Mart food and drink machines.
Cons: A little older but clean

Pros: Free shuttle from Narita Airport. Comfortable and clean, although the furnishings did look a bit old-fashioned.
Cons: The location is close to the airport but there's nothing nearby the hotel. So do not expect to roam around the area at night unless you're looking to rent a car or go into other nearby hotels.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The Inn was very comfortable and quiet. Extremely clean. The proximity to the airport was also very good.
Cons: I was not offered a non smoking room and had to breath the stench of cigarette smoke during the whole stay. I'm not sure if they even have non-smoking rooms come to think of it. Be warned, non-smokers.

Pros: Clean, location (easy to get to), helpful staff, most things are available on the property.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect except the value for money at the restaurants.
Cons: We ordered drinks at the bar and the waiter couldn’t explain me what’s in the cocktails, because he didn’t understand my question. Besides that we ordered desserts which were really tiny portions.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super clean rooms, polite and helpful staff, the air conditioning system worked perfectly and the location for a traveler wanting to stay close to the airport is great. The buffet was delicious and the shuttle bus operated often, especially in the morning.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was fine. Staff were good and supportive.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The room was good. The lobby looked very nice.
Cons: A/C didn’t work well even we called to the front desk many times. The air felt like stuck and my boyfriend couldn’t sleep at all. We needed to leave the hotel at 4am (we planned to leave at 10am) due to the lack of good cool air in the room. The corridors and lobby felt much better but not inside the room.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The hotel is little old.
7.5 Good
Pros: Laundry and convenience store.
Cons: Not enough English signs. Too cold, couldn’t control AC. Rooms need updating.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There was a good selection of both Japanese and Western breakfast dishes.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to airport. Easy shuttle bus to train station next day
Cons: No place to get food. Our plane was delayed so when we got to motel, everything was closing
7.5 Good
Pros: The two great things about the hotel, are: 1. The incredible location close to the airport. 2. The super kind staff. Everyone is so respectful and kind and willing to help.
Cons: Our room was very tiny. I know that’s a common problem in Japan. The really bad problem was our bathroom. It smell like pee. Just horrible. We didn’t ask for a change of room because we were very tired from a long flight and we had another flight the next morning. But the smell was a big cons for this hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hot spring bath and sauna.
Cons: Bed was too hard
6.0 Good
Pros: People and staff were friendly. I don't speak Japanese, and they made a concerted effort to find someone who could help me understand my reservation.
Cons: This room, like most of the rooms in Japan, was hot and stuffy with no way to control airflow or heat. I could turn heat up or down or off, but I could not cool down the room. The heater kept the room at a constant 23 degrees centigrade. Much too warm!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We missed our flight and had to scramble. They provided shuttle service to Narita (free) and also shuttle service to nearby towns and mall. Great little expedition to end or begin your trip in Japan. Affordable price is a huge selling point, and staff is very generous and really helpful. We drank heavily and had a time exploring the hotel and going out on the shuttle. Note, this place has a very 60's-80's ish decor. Which was hiliariously cheese and cool.
Cons: The beds are dated and the room is a bit smaller than traditional US hotels. Motel setting in a scaled hotel size.

Pros: Totally recommended
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: the shuttle is limited: which the post did not mention. We missed the last shuttle at 815p by 15 min and he said to get a train. Which would be good but we are in a foreign land it is not so easy with the language barrier. We payed just as much to get a taxi to the hotel as to stay at a better hotel. Also the bed was like a rock it was awful. Expensive for what was quoted...
Cons: the bed, the smell of smoke, the false claim of a free shuttle
10.0 Excellent
