Pros: We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel! Our room was perfect, with nice furniture and plenty of room in the closet. The hand painted tiles in the floor made it so cheerful and unique. Michelle from Reservations was extremely helpful in giving us information on how to travel from Naples by train and on how to find the hotel once that we arrived in Sorrento. Mario and Pepe at the Reception were always helpful and happy to provide us with all the necessary information to visit Capri and Sorrento. The outdoor pool is located in a very nice setting, surrounded by flowers. The same with the breakfast area. Great food. We would be very happy to come here again and stay again at this beautiful Hotel.

Pros: Staff was great and very helpful. Beautiful!!
Pros: Breakfast room and Roof top bar have amazing views of Vesuvius and Bay of Naples.
Cons: Should make this adults only hotel. Two families with children virtually took over the pool area, killing the relaxing vibe.
Shower was very small in bathroom, not a very big deal, just didn't live up to the rest of the hotel level.
Roof Top bar is only open Tuesday and Saturday, which seems like a waste of such a great resource.
Pros: It felt like we had the best view to see all of Sorento. Would love to come back again
Cons: Our stay was too short!
Pros: The location of this hotel was terrific. Just outside the bustle of sorrento but a short free shuttle bus away. The staff was amazing and willing to help in any way. They are very helpful in helping plan your day trips. The rooms were spotless and food was good. The pool and gardens was the perfect place to relax and never too crowded ( at least in May to early June). The staff at the bar Danielle (nobody), AmerisourceBergen an Salvatore were excellent and really made you feel special. Piña at the front desk was great too. Hope to go back again some day.
Cons: The bathrooms were a we bit small. I was disappointed that rooftop bar didn't open till 7th. But they let me up to see what it was like and it was breathtakingp

Cons: Not being able to stay longer
The staff made this a very pleasant experience. Without their friendly and helpful manner this would have been just average. Hotel is clean, but not spotless, and well kept up, but not exceptional compared to other four star hotels I have stayed in Italy.Location provides convenient access to train station -- definitely walkable

Pros: The hotel is great. Public rooms are spacious and well appointed and my room was large and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The best thing is the breakfast - Fantastic! One of the best buffets I've seen.
Cons: Only thing I can say is I was under the impression the hotel was right on the clifftop. It is on the clifftop but not on the front so no panoramic sea views.

A prestigious 4-star superior hotel built in the typical style of Mediterranean architecture. Located in a peaceful and panoramic area just a few yards from the city, the hotel is surrounded by the lush vegetation of Piano di Sorrento found on the rocky mountain overlooking the city and the enchanting Gulf of Naples.
Pros: Clean rooms, most comfortable bed in Italy (that's saying a lot). Pool area was huge - free breakfast was great, staff was professional and very helpful, there was free parking across the street. It was also close enough to the town, but far enough that it wasn't too noisy.
Cons: This has nothing to with the hotel, but there were a lot of families there. A lot of screaming kids and a lot of splashing in the pool. This hotel is not an adult experience.
