Pros. The staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming. The location was fantastic and the room was very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking Bourbon street. Even though it was under construction, the view was still relaxing. Valet parking was easy and nearby. Breakfast was probably some of the best I've had at a hotel.
Pros. Staff was great. Location is right in the middle of Bourbon St.
Cons. Location is right in the middle of Bourbon St. If you want to sleep at night, get a room on the courtyard side. Rooms are very small. Worst bartender on the street (when she's there). If you order a beer, you'll be OK.
Pros. Friendly staff, everything worked
Cons. Noithing
Pros. Location
Cons. Water bottle and wrapper were left in the room from previous occupant.
Pros. Great location right on Bourbon Street, clean rooms friendly staff.
Cons. Bad decisions from the reception staff (3 hours to get our room after we arrived in 3 different attempts) and our keycard was not programmed correctly even then. Noisy hotel with the street on one side, the pool being worked on with a jackhammer in the morning on tho other side, and very thin walls everywhere.
Pros. The bellboy was amazing and the location was great!
Cons. But the $35 charge to park your car one time is ridiculous. Also the a/c in the room wouldn't cool. We burned up all night. Could barely sleep.
Pros. Great location for our group. Easy walk to everything. Lots of noise from the bars but we knew that in advance. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Pool area and lobby were really nice.
Cons. One elevator was being renovated, so we took the stairs most of the time.
Cons. Bourbon street is blocked at night. Please put the other street name bordering the hotel that offers parking so the GPs can find the parking for the hotel easily. Thank you
Pros. location was perfect especially for the price. Staff was extremely friendly
Cons. I did not like that I wasn't able to spend more time there!
Pros. The help I received at the front desk from everyone was top notch!
