Great location, clean and lovely
Nice remodeled old hotel within the French quarter. Modern decor with spacious rooms. Close to streetcar stop on Canal. Early check in through kayak
Employee at cash register in hotel breakfast restaurant was very rood. Carpets in hallways need replacing or at least cleaning. They were very dirty
We stayed for 3 nights. We were able to walk out the door and be right in the French Quarter. We were traveling with a small child and everyone was very accommodating. they were able to put us in an area removed from most of the rooms, so we didn't have to worry about the baby disturbing other patrons. Restaurant on sight was perfect for a quick breakfast and facility was very clean. Rooms are good size and we had a great view of Canal St.
Canal St. side of hotel is very noisy at night.
Could walk anywhere
The customer service was amazing!
Loved all the staff! We had a room with a great balcony and we really enjoyed the restaurants/lounge in the hotel.
Honestly we were satisfied completely.
They had two awesome engineers that fixed our a/c. Terry and Carl (not sure on that guys name) but they were the nicest coolest gents we have met.
Being charged for water. Hate that.
We enjoyed our room very much and would stay there again.
The room felt very homey.
The location next to the Quarter was fabulous. The room itself, that is the bed and furnishings, were quite pretty.
They did not serve a compliment breakfast nor did they have a mini refrigerator or a coffee maker in the room. There wasn't even a clock radio in the room. The ladies who cleaned the rooms missed our room one day and came very late the second. They did not replace shampoos or kleenexes. If it were not for the fantastic location, I wouldn't have enjoyed my stay there.
Location was excellent
a lot of the bars in the hotel were not open ot opened late.the noise coming from the street - however this was to be expected - might be nice to try and sound proof it a bit more
room decor needs update; halls and elevators also
had to pay for internet
