Great, beautiful hotel that is a value for the money.
Only want to warn that you need to be very careful outside. Boyfriend was robbed close to the hotel. It's not generally unsafe, or more unsafe than anywhere else in new Orleans, but you need to be street smart.
We loved that it was in an old building with exposed brick. It had a private court yard that was nice. The staff was also very friendly especially the front desk.
The floors could have been cleaner.
No place in room or anywhere else to relax. Small, noisy, dark courtyard. Way overpriced.
The decor inside the rooms complemented the outside .
Carefully restored with traditional finishes, The Inn on St. Peter marries the desire for modern convenience and comfort with an historic French Quarter setting. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Inn was originally constructed in 1805, with its design influenced by the Spanish style of architecture during that period. Gorgeous private courtyards are nestled throughout the property and provide an ambiance and charm that brings every guest back to the peaceful days of the 19th century French Quarter.
