The location was perfect. The check in process was exceptional. Valet was great...I look forward to staying there the next time I return to New Orleans
The customer service
There was only 1 elevator working and it took 15 minutes to go back an forth to room and lobby. AC was not fully working.

I did not like having to wait on valet services for almost an hour. That sucked, We waited that long for them to bring our vehicle to us. We were not checking out but wanted to drive around.
