Watch out for families with unruly children.
Spaniards in the next room with a constantly crying baby plus a brood of 3 young children. Every morning the young children would run up and down the hallway playing loudly and sceaming at 7am. The parents never came out to corral them. I had to straighten them out one morning and other guests called the front desk. The rooms are dark because they’re blacked out so you can’t see the pigeon scourge. Easy fix is to professionally shoo them away, get rid of the nests and cover the spaces with wire.
The bathtub didn’t drain. This is a pet peeve and a hygiene concern.
Excellent place to stay.
Clean, location, courteous staff.
Restaurant was just ok. Probably, could gave gotten better at whole foods across the street.
Very modern and cozy, clean and very warm. Stayed in December. I would say most hotels are cold in the winter but this was not. Also very quiet, my daughter and I slept extremely well. Staff was also very helpful and friendly. It is in an excellent location. Walking distance to all the tourist locations but off the beaten path in a more quiet location.
The location was amazing, as were the staff--super friendly and helpful. The concierges both gave excellent recommendations for food and activities, definitely exploit their knowledge!
Unfortunately, I think we got unlucky with our room. We had several issues with the bathroom and air-conditioning, which the engineer promptly fixed. Be aware that upon booking and arriving, you should request a higher level of a standard room. The basic level is VERY small, especially for two people.
