Pros (+) Wonderfully supportive staff, friendly and helpful. Room was simple but hip and elegant, fresh and clean. And perfect location for my event at the Javits. I'll definitely book at the Cassa Times Square again in the future :)
Pros (+) The hotel is one of the best we've stayed in everything was clean nice and the bathroom was great along with the comfortable beds. Usually when we go to hotels I'm a little skeptical about the cleanliness of the room and bed and I cover the pillows with my own bedding but this place was awesome didn't have to do any of it. Would stay again and the noise level in time square wasn't bad at all.
Cons (-) Paid 75 dollar deposit and the one refunded me 53.00 and couldn't really explain the charge.
