It was a clean, easy, safe and mostly comfortable location. I would have liked a warm shower, but the daily cold showers provided some help with early mornings.
Clean and comfortable. Great location. Rooms and facilities were very small, but I imagine typical for a Manhattan hotel. Only complaints are that staff were not very helpful when we were trying to figure out the food situation on the property. Also, vending and ice are on a strange basement floor that you’d never find without asking.
Pros. Loved the location. That was perfect, and the room was very clean.
Cons. I left my hair straightener there, but when I called the next day they said there had been no straightener turned in. One of the cleaning staff just got a 125.00 hair straightener.
Pros. The staff was amazing! They all deserve a raise! Location was great!
Cons. The room was WAY too small and smelled of mold. The lobby bathroom was down in some disgusting basement and there was construction going on right next door.
Pros. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. It is rare that you can go to a hotel and find a entire front desk staff everyday and all shifts genuinely sincere in making every effort to make you have a wonderful stay. From the manager to the staff I cannot compliment the staff enough.
