- Mainly the design of our room was not as nice as in picture (room 213). - The bathroom door was in glass with is not the best intimacy - The Sink was in the bedroom outside of the bathroom... Strange
Bed & pillows very good, room quiet, liked complimentary happy hour
Room phone not working, shower curtain didn’t work well
It was a great location and the common spaces were super cool! They had a nice 24 hour a day shop so early morning coffee was available.
The AC unit was SO noisy. The beds were just ok for comfort.
The environment and the people we're amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant workers at Harolds and everything in between made us feel at home.
Rooms were a little tight but we made it work.
The staff are really lovely - nothing is too much trouble. We had problems ( twice ) with very noisy neighbours in rooms near us and they did all they good to help.
We did have a problem with the bill - I asked several times for two bills for our 2 rooms and got one. We were also charged for things we were given as complimentary ( see above) I haven’t had my credit card bill yet so I don’t know if it’s resolved. They were genuine mistakes I know but irritating all the same.
