Pros. Clean room. Very friendly and accommodating receptionist named Jonathan.
Pros. Location was perfect with PATH, Oculus and Ond World Trade right across the street and just about everything else in walking or subway distance. Hotel was nice and the staff was super friendly and very helpful. I think of this as a good place for business travelers. The standard room was small but the view was incredible.
Cons. Not much. Paid with points but I think the cost would have been $125 a night, so reasonable for NYC.
Pros. Very walkable to the water taxi, 9-11 memorial, statue of liberty/battery park, etc. Excellent staff, Jonathan was great, got upgraded too! Great experience here.
Cons. I couldn't access my balcony due to the construction going on at the hotel next door. :'( But still loved my room!
Pros. Best buy in New York at that date, clean modern quarters great service We
Cons. Our room was on the first floor. You could hear the elevator dings, could hear staff talking with guests. It was just very loud.
Pros. Staff courtesy and helpfulness; free Wi-Fi and great breakfast; location, location, location
Pros. Staff quite friendly and attentive...quick to answer questions, hail a taxi, etc....room attractive, comfortable and clean. Perfect location for running in the United half marathon as it is situated right near the finish line. Walking distance to varied restaurants and taverns. Would stay here again next time I need to be in this location of the city.
Pros. The night staff was very friendly! Especially Adrianna Coffee and Bkfst bar were good
