The location was good. The room was wonderful, i had a nice window/room view. The bed was so SUPER comfortable. The bathroom and shower was AMAZING! I will be booking again in the future. The front desk staff was awesome.
Rooms should have a microwave and alcoholic mini bar.
The staff were very helpful and polite. Location is everything though a short walk to Times Square and Madison Square Garden at your door step not bad neighbours to keep! Close to all the shops nearby so if anything is needed only a 5 minute walk if that. Great brunch spots nearby too I.e. short 5-10 mins walk. Overall the location for this property really seals the deal for me!
I found it to be a bit underwhelming for a Hilton. The lobby is small and so are the standard rooms, the air conditioning unit was very loud given the small size of the room but I suppose you just learn to deal with it. My partner felt the bed was not that comfortable either. The restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay so that was disappointing but just bad luck on our part. I feel this hotel is good to stay if you are not expecting anything fancy and just want a bed to recharge the batteries for a busy day out in the NYC streets and avenues.
Quick and easy check in
Just one night. No problems
Location, friendly staff, decent bed.
Lots of construction work outside. Busy street which woke us up multiple times. Only found out on arrival the restaurant was out of action.
They were very accommodating to me!
