Cons:Foremost, the internet service was incredibly slow. I actually left and went to Starbucks to retrieve things from the internet. Second, the lobby doors open right to the outside, and with the weather so cold while I was there, it was freezing in the lobby. Third, the front desk and door staff seemed more or less indifferent to guests.
