Loved the bakery coupons, the luggage room so we could visit the Museum of Natural History after checkout and before heading home. The positivity of all the staff.
Pros (+) Staff is excellent. Valet parking made it easy in the city.
Pros (+) Hotel staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Awesome location.
Cons (-) Very tight. Looked bigger in the photos online. Wasn’t much dresser space for clothing. No fan in the bathroom, and the shower temperature control was very difficult.
