Pros. This is a very nice hotel, well-situated on the Upper West Side and an excellent value for money. The staff is really nice. The associated restaurant, Nice Matin, is great as well.

Pros. I've stayed at the Lucerne multiple times, and it is consistently a great hotel on the upper West Side. Rooms are comfortable, staff great, and overall just a very nice experience

Pros. Recently renovated and beautifully done. Every detail was very carefully thought out and the crown molding in the room and hall are gorgeously done! A lovely place to stay.
