Pros. Staff are really helpful and attentive especially Gabrielle who ensured the Prosecco was topped up regularly! The breakfast and wine and cheese at 5 are a lovely touch and give the hotel a warm, friendly atmosphere. The suites are ideal for families. Location is also ideal for walking or getting subway. Can't rate this hotel highly enough!
