Pros (+) We had a wonderful stay at the hotel- It was very close to the 911 memorial and the Brooklyn Bridge where we were touring. The rooms were on the small side but very comfortable and clean and modern. All possible accommodations were even in the small space. Staff was lovely and the dining room at the top of the hotel had a great view.
Cons (-) Breakfast was great- food good and the views unbeatable- however the staff was little unprepared. Omelet station ran out of gas- food took a little while to get replenished - All in all everything was corrected and since we were in no hurry- it wasn't really a problem.
