I liked the customer service! Carlos was our waiter one evening and he was so sweet and friendly. The shuttle drivers were also wonderful. Friendly, professional and very nice!! The breakfast was very good also.
The only thing I didn't like was that my bed was not made one day by housekeeping and the did not replenish the coffee nor did they remove the melted ice from the ice bucket. I was very disappointed in that part of the service since, as a mom, I do look forward to going to a hotel to be a little spoiled. I didn't complain to the front desk since the rest of the hotel experience was wonderful!!! All in all I would go there again.
I reserved king but I got two twin/double, I did not bother to change when I realized in my room
Free shuttle service between EWR and hotel, both ways. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had a room on the 6th floor, it had a vaulted ceiling which was lovely. Clean luxurious sheets, beds were comfortable with pillow options. Plenty of space. Large mini fridge in the room. Convenient, Way better than sleeping on the floor of EWR.
Wifi did not work. Elevator incredibly slow. Air quality in my room was not great, was pretty stale and overpowered by air freshener. The windows were not openable to add fresh air. Food in the restaurant is subpar, with virtually no clean eating options. There are no other food options in the area, as the hotel is located amidst train tracks, gates, car parks and rental lots that seem to stretch to forever. $2 for a small bottle of Poland Springs bottled water in the vending machine.
Airport Shuttle is very handy. Breakfast is great
This was my third time in the hotel and it simply ticks all the boxes for me. Close to Newark and a free shuttle bus from the airport and also to Newark Penn Station. Comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. The bar menu is quite limited but not a problem for me, they serve beer after all!
The room was spacious! Great for a 2-girl mega shopping weekend. Lots of room for suitcases, shopping bags, and spacious closet. Free wi-fi. Shuttle bus service to train station and to nearby shopping mall. Breakfast was generous. The bar was good for drinks after a long day of shopping. The managers are truly in-charge which is good when you need to resolve matters and get things done.
Shower curtain hangs on a curved rod which makes the curtain slide open, everything gets wet!
the telephone out of order none come
The rooms were excatly what was shown on the web site unlike some other hotels, it was comfortable, and breakfast was included in the very low rate. It has been my second time staying there n it will always be my first choice of stay when ever I visit.
Nearness to the Airport & the shuttle service.
It is far from everything else. No decent food joints around, absolutely nothing.
the bus shuttle to and from newark penn station was fantastic with extremely helpful drivers at all times!the breakfast covered all choices both hot and cold food!very functional and convenient hotel if you want to save on costs in new york
the facilities in the room could do with an ordinary basic kettle instead of the coffee perculator as it does not work efficiently!
It was a great one night layover, it is in the industrial area with no restaurants except the hotel which was basic, we ordered in pizza, all was fine, probably not suited for long stays. Newly renovated and great for a one nighter.
it was convenient for our trip.
Convienent to the Newark Airport and offered longer term parking. Difficult to find location on a street that seems to be about 100 yards long, and name does not come up on Google maps.
The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport and an acceptabel budget alternative for an overnights stay awayting the nest flight. The hotel has seen it´s best days and the restaurant is poor but the breakfast (included) is fair. The hotel is surrounded by motorways and there is nothing to do in the near surrondings.
