This location has new , clean rooms. For the price, you can't beat it. Friendly staff. The bed was so-so. Extra cost for wi-fi. Low water pressure.
Check in was fast, staff was friendly! The room smelled terrible, we had to spray body spray to fall asleep. Then someone was smokinh in the room next to us and and it was coming in our room. You have to bend down to take a shower, the shower head only reached my shoulders. I'm only 5'9. The sheets were very old and rough.
I liked bathroom and the bed super comfy. Parking , the fact that people live there oh and the fact the cops showed up because drugs
location was perfect for what we needed. night staff was accommodating when i told them that we needed 2 extra towels. we had two adults and two kids, and there was originally 2 towels in the room. had two towels in hand right away. we originally booked a non-smoking room... they gave us a smoking room and said that is all they had. smelled horrible. also, they must have just shampooed the carpet, as it was still wet. everything in the room was aged and worn. TV barely worked, the cable signal is bad, very snowy picture. while we did not need a fancy hotel, this made a regular Motel 6 look really high end. good thing we just needed the room to come in late, sleep, and leave early.
Was there for pleasure, that's what I got. Would have liked fluffier pillows.
The bathtub was large, The wifi worked great, and they give you a cookie upon check-in. The bed was really uncomfortable and squeaky. The walls were super thin and I heard everything. Parking was right outside of rooms so you heard people coming and going and car alarms. Tub was stained, sink didn't work properly and drain smelled like sulfur. I would skip this place and try La Quinta inn.
Excellent value. The customer service from the front desk to the maintenance ladies were ever so kind during our entire stay! They always replied to messages. And the cafe was quick and convenient! Bathroom was tiny and at times felt cramped... parking filled up fast but it really wasnt an issue considering there was plenty in the front. Bed was a bit stiff (especially coming from one enjoys firm mattresses) and the sheets felt scratchy.
It was easy to get in and out of and it was clean. I thought it would include breakfast but the front desk said it wasn't included because I booked it on hotels.com. The price was the same as if I were to book it on their website so that made no sense. The beds weren't that comfortable. The electric plug next to the bed was broken so I couldn't plug my phone in to charge there. It was okay for 1 night but I don't think I would stay longer than that. It reminded us of the small hotels in Europe. Very basic... Also there is very limited parking. We arrived kind of late to check in and we had to park on the street.
Friendly staff, cleanliness, convenience (many stores and restaurants near by as well as access to freeways) , spacious rooms
There were cocaroaches in my room staff unprofessional will never stay there again when advised there were roaches in the room we were staying they said ok didn't offer a new room or anything
Room was very large with refrigerator and microwave. Vanity/sink was separated from tub/shower/toilet. Good parking. Breakfast consisted of only packaged muffins.
The room, though sparsely decorated, had Direct TV which was nice since I was a solo traveler. I asked not to be disturbed during my stay, and my wishes were respected. From the looks of the pictures, it is really nice. However, as a (female) solo traveler, I felt uneasy at night because I could hear shouting outside, police and emergency sirens each night during my stay, and had to sleep with the TV on just so I could get any comfort. The mattress wasn't very comfortable, but for someone who doesn't have any back problems I don't imagine there would be an issue. I was unpleasantly surprised to learn that once I booked online to get the online deal price there were no price reductions or additional offers I could take advantage of once I checked in. Some places will do this to accommodate guests and increase the likelihood of return business. That was not the case here. Instead, my time was pre-paid, so whether or not I stayed the entire time didn't matter. I do not plan on staying ever again, but at least I know what I'm in for if I have to.
