Staff was nice and helpful. I was double charged...I paid kayak and then the hotel charged me also
I like the breakfast and the availability of coffee 24-7. The room was clean and tidy. It's a much better deal than my former Marriott membership! Overworked front desk attendant wasn't able to check me into my room in a timely manner due to competing priorities.
Aside from what I didn't like, it was everything I expected of a hotel; a decent place to rest for the night. The provided towels and toiletries were good and the breakfast was also good. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. My main qualm about this particular hotel was the room cleanliness. There were stains on the sofa cushions and blanket for the sofa bed. The pillow case also smelled like it didn't dry properly. There was also no fan in the bathroom. While the staff were super friendly, one neglected to tell me she had accidentally charged my credit card when I had already paid via Expedia. She apologized when I called inquiring and said she realized it during checkout and thought she reversed it in a way that wouldn't show up. That wasn't a big deal, but I would advise that you check your credit card bill after staying.
Pet friendly so if a barking dog bothers you it may not be for you. It is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast bar works out well but is not extravagant. Coffee located away from breakfast bar and was often being refilled which required a wait of a few minutes. My stay was for five nights so I had time to evaluate and see patterns of staff.
Everything was good. Would like a little more variety for breakfast.
It was clean, staff were pleasant location was perfect for my trip Breakfast was not up to quality I have experienced at other LaQuinta's
This hotel is located in a safe area on a beautiful lot. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There exercise room and pool were awesome! Overall excellent facility at a great price. The water pressure sucks. Could use sidewalks and keypads to access side rooms easier!
easy access to room N/A - stay was short / had no issues or concerns
I was there to visit a family member who was hospitalized, the location was perfect. Our dog was permitted on the property. $50 non refundable deposit for the dog was a bit high. The sheets / pillow cases smelled of bleach and felt like sandpaper.
We stayed here during a GA Tech graduation and fell in love with the property. They are a dog friendly property and had dog friendly bathroom areas clearly marked off. You do sign a standard agreement upon check in and there is a charge for the pet depending on weight, but it's a pretty standard practice. We found the rooms to be very clean and quiet. We only spent time in the room if we were about to go to sleep. Most of our travels consisted of traveling back and fourth between Peachtree City and Atlanta. The location of the hotel was great and very central to everything that we were looking for. The Avenues were close by, as was Kedron shopping center. On our last night there, we ended up ordering out from Tavern on 74, which has some of the best bar food around. It was a 5 minute drive from the hotel, which was literally around the corner. The commute to the city took an average of about 30 minutes, with good traffic. With bad traffic trying to leave the city, it took us almost an hour and a half to get back to the hotel. The beds were very clean and comfortable. It did not take long for us to fall asleep. Our room had a balcony, which faced the front of the property. The dog and I enjoyed spending time out there in the mornings. The bathroom was very clean and the sink area had a lot of room. They do have golf carts for rent on the property, which we did not get to take advantage of during our stay. I did check with the front desk and the prices are as follows: 8:30-12 was $30, 12-4 was $50, all day was $80. They also have an above average gym for a hotel/conference center. We didn't get a chance to utilize this amenity, but we did get to check it out. Overall, our experience at the hotel was great and we would definitely recommend the stay to our family and friends that will be driving through the Atlanta area and are looking for a good pet-friendly hotel. The only cons that I can think of in regards to the hotel were that it was a little tricky to find at night. It was very easy to miss the entrance, if you didn't know where you were going. We had the correct address in our GPS and it said that the hotel was "on our right," which was not completely wrong, but it was not completely correct. The right turn in from 54 did require the driver to pay attention for the "2 mile" marker at the turn. I wish that there were a bigger sign or something better that would indicate that the turn into the hotel was more easily found. My only other qualm was that the gym was hard to find. My husband and I decided to roam about the hotel, in search of the gym. We knew that it was on the first floor, but it wasn't on our side of the hotel. We took the elevator up to the third floor, then found a sign that pointed us to the elevator that would take us down to the level with the gym. It took us a good 15 minutes before we actually found it. It was nice and has some very modern equipment, but I would have liked to have seen better directions towards it.
water not ALWAYS HOT on top floor
The staff was very friendly. When I needed a late check out because I arrived from my race late, they were more than happy to extend by a hour. I was also very informed by smiling staff upon check-in. Definitely worth the money to stay here The room smelt musty, the air conditioner seemed to make the room even more humid, and wasn't working well. Also, I asked for a non-smoking room and while I was given that, the minute I stepped into the hallway the smell of smoke hit me hard. Considering I was staying with a young child that had asthma, I wasn't thrilled with this.
Courteous and helpful staff. My bed was too hard for me, but my son's was fine.
The price and location. The bed was very firm.
It's location was convenient to highway. Cleanlines was an issue. It was pretty clear sheets were not changed(dark spots on sheets and hairs everywhere), two of the towels were dingy. The bathroom smelled of a mix of urine and body odor. The room was musty but probably would be avoided had the A/C been on prior to arrival. There were also bugs everywhere, just relieved they weren't huge roaches. Due to the fact of arriving at 1145pm and having to get back on the road at 6am, I just used my own belongings to shower and sleep with. I figured, this is what I paid for..
Firm mattress from a firm platform vs a box spring thought I saw that the details included a continental breakfast but there was no breakfast -only coffee.

We booked this hotel because it said 3 Star but it was very old, rooms where old carpet dirty and very old. A bug on the bed and on the carpet, terrible I will never stay in this hotel again. I think they need to lower the star to a 2
Lady at the front desk was very helpful! If the AC was good and cold it would have been a great stay for the money. The AC was not very good. It took all night to cool off a very small room.
It was old, but very clean. Small, outdated bathroom. NO BREAKFAST bar. Only cereal provided, with no places to sit and eat.
Friendly checking, basic room clean and neat. Great value for the Money
Nothing. Poor breakfast Bathroom not clean
Unfortunately, the only delight was the cleanliness of the room. The outside needs to be touched up with paint...very dull outlook. The entire week, the elevator was not working (between businss documents and luggage very inconvenient) no one at front desk upon check out. Overall not pleased...
Hot Breakfast. Very Clean room. Check out was a breeze, and we were given directions to a few of the local attractions. Pillows were too soft. Although we called and said we would be late getting in due to traffic, they had canceled our room. The check in lady was a little rude due to her having to reissue our room.
A number of activities for the family. We arrived in the middle of the night due to traffic and found the staff had no room left that matched our reservation for two queen beds. This left us with a king room and a roll away bed with no room to walk in the room. Also the roll away was not comfortable for sleeping. What is the purpose of a property management computer system if it does not reserve the room a guest pre-paid. Poor training of day staff or management does not care about pre- paid guest.
The grounds were absolutely beautiful! At night it is really something to see! I am a part of a young couple, but I really enjoyed my stay. I would recommend it for a couple just looking to relax and enjoy each other's company in a romantic setting. Great for lazy weekends and anniversaries. The rooms are very nicely decorated and the beds are SO plush that it may take all of your will power just to get out of them. (: Again, though, i would only recommend if you appreciate beautiful simplicity, NOT A PARTY TOWN. The city is very nice also and I've never been to a place with such friendly locals. They help tourist and are just all around great people. The golf carts are a must also. You may get lost on the trails, but it was part of the fun. (: There are no microwave or refrigerators in rooms.
The front desk was powered by a super agent name Cheyene (?0) who made us feel welcomed and shared a wealth of knowledge about Dolce and the surrounding area. We thought she went beyond the call of duty. leaving...lol
Considering this is in lush Peachtree City, I expected a large beautiful room. We had a king room, but the room was tiny. There were not enough parking spaces in our area, so we had to park in the main lot which is 1/4 mile from our building. The staff was nice enough to give us a ride on one of their golf carts to our room. We got this room for a discounted price on kayak. I think I would have been more disappointed if I paid full price.
quiet, pool, front desk clerk Thermostat set to 61 when we arrived, hair on drinking glass and handtowel, one of 2 lotions used by previous guest, both vents covered in thick dust, no extra pillows/blankets, no robes, no fridge, cleaning rag left on bed after Day 2 cleaning, room not cleaned on Day 3, we strongly considered relocating to stay with local family although no refund/credit available, but chose not to inconvenience them.
The cleaniness and the way the staff speaks to you with respect... It was far from resturant
Location. Breakfast buffet closes too early, should stay open until at least 10:30am. Horrible, lumpy, misshapen pillows, all four of them. Stains on walls from something that had been spilled on walls and ran down. Very loud mechanical noise in bathroom that never stopped. There are other hotels near by, I would not stay here again.
Reasonable pricing for the general area, and a TRUE roll in in accessible shower. Room was not well cleaned and our bed cover needed to have been retired several years ago. Room showed heavy signs of wear on furniture fabrics, furniture chips/marks, and wall ceiling damage.
The location was convenient. It smelled in our room and twice we had to get the key card reprogrammed.
Staff was friendly and check in was fast. Easy location and close to freeway. Came late for breakfast but was still able to have some cereal and Juice. The property could use some upkeep. Halls, walls and carpet are all looking pretty tired. Room smelled a bit musty and of old smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.
Our stay (18-20May2012) was splendid! This Hilton Garden Inn, (Peachtree City GA) seemed brand new! Located in a rural, peaceful, scenic area of the city, it was just what my wife and I 'deserved' after a 14 hour drive! The front desk staff was friendly, courteous & professional. The entrance/lobby was super-clean and sooo comfortable-looking. Our double-queen room was exactly as advertised. The hotel, itself, was amazingly QUIET for its size. Parking lot was well-lit and easily accessible. It turned out to be everything I expected! Housekeeping staff was awesome! No early-morning knocking at your door..like SOME hotels I've lodged with. Checkout was a breeze, and there wasn't a backlog of customers at the Front Desk. I would stay here again in-a-heartbeat, on any return trip to the Peachtree GA area. It's not very far from the Georgia Interstate highway, but, it's still a Hidden Jewel! Keep THIS in mind..though. You..MAY..find yourself wanting to EXTEND YOUR STAY!
Comfortable bed. Hotel was quiet. I used the pool for getting some exercise. A little small but I was actually able to do some laps. I would stay there again. Price of the Golf cart rental was very high.

This hotel is truly worth every penny you spend there. I was only there for one night, but it was an excellent experience. We made the trip for the Atlanta Race on Labor Day weekend. Location was tucked away and very quiet, which helped the next morning to sleep in. We got there a little to early to go to the room and about 11pm we realized that we did not get to turn on the A/C so I called the hotel and the young lady at the desk was so kind and did it for me. That is good customer service by any standards. I just hope that if you stay at this wonderfully clean and still new hotel that you enjoy your stay as well as I did. There will be a return stay same time next year.
Pretty room. Loved the size of the kingsize bed. The bed was not as comfortable as I had expected. It was too firm for my preference.

All the little extra things that make Hilton a Hilton Zero
Let me start by saying that the hotel is nice! The interior is very clean, and the staff friendly. The only problem we had was the actual temperature of our room. It was controlled by a wall thermometer, but the problem is it automatically defaults to 71 (which is hot if the sun is beating in) . The biggest issue is the temperature was uncomfortable when it wasn't at 68 for us. I had to call down to the desk about 4 times, but finally they set the temperature at their computer and the last night wasn't so bad. You do have to pay for the continental breakfast so don't be fooled. The Pool was clean, the hot tub worked, and there are lots of close places to eat, watch movies, ect. Overall, except the few annoying points, the hotel is a nice one.
The view from my room House keeper opened my door while I was sleeping with do not disturb on the door
friendly and helpful staff, front desk manager was very helpful and other front desk staff members were very nice hard to see from road
location; room cleanliness allocated a handicapped room; very noisy refrigerator; each bed very squeaky; frames were loose.
It was very nice for the man who sets up breakfast to do it early, so runners could get to the race. It was close enough to walk to places for entertainment and dining. The hottest during check in was rude and unhelpful. The room was small, smelled terrible and was wet in certain parts of the carpet. The towels were stained and the room has very few accessible outlets.
The staff is very friendly and provide great service. The housekeeping was responsive by keeping room clean with limited time frames. Laundry. If you provide laundry, provide the means to pay for it. Either put a change machine in the laundry room or allow the front desk to carry enough coin to provide change. Having to leave the hotel to get change to use the provided laundry is ridiculous. There is no additional cost to provide the service.
