Staff were wonderful , selection of food for breakfast and afternoon tea was wonderful.
Our room was very hot
This inn was fantastic. It’s situated more like a hotel with the intimacy and attention to detail that only Ann inn can provide. The impeccably clean room (studio) was incredibly large with high ceilings, exposed brick, and full size hair and bath products provided along with robes, slippers, an umbrella etc. The inn knew it was my boyfriend’s birthday and provided us with complimentary snack and waters to the room (so thoughtful - thank you!). The complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea was not your ordinary continental breakfast. It was incredible! The full menu provided coffee, teas, cold brew, apple cider, etc with delectable treats- bagels, fresh egg bites, pastries (all made right in house by their very own pastry chef!!) (see the full menu and pictures below) I would stay here time and time again and have already recommended it to a friend looking to stay here soon.
Location was PERFECT! Close enough to the action on Thames Street, but far enough so that we didn't hear any noise. Loved the hotel: The building is industrial and quaint at the same time. Spotlessly clean. Great roof deck to eat your breakfast: Ask at the front desk for a tray on your way down to the breakfast room. Staff was the BEST!!!
Same egg cups every morning for breakfast were a little boring, and it would've been great to have a hand towel bar in the bathroom instead of so much mirror.
The staff, the rooms and the location
Professional and courteous staff. Amazing TVs and rainforest shower head. Rooftop breakfast so lovely and peaceful. LOVE!
Broken soap dispenser in shower. Room was very cold. Malfunctioning Thermostat.
