Dirty, mold in bathrooms, not well maintain, old appliances.
Was affraid to even using the pool.
Room is big
Not clean, smelly Wifi is not working
Poor housekeeping staff!
Caroline at the front desk was amazing! She tried to find us a cleaner, more comfortable room. When that wasn't possible she brought us a fan and was very apologetic for the lack of cleanliness of our room. She even offered to clean it herself!
The room was outdated and dirty. There clearly had been some maintenance completed recently as there was drywall dust and white putty everywhere. Something must have been removed due to the large square of carpet that was discolored and frayed. The bathroom was dirty and we tried to touch nothing. The only reason we stayed instead of cutting our losses and going to another hotel was that it was late after a day of driving and hiking and we were getting up early so we were desperate to get to sleep.
not worth the price
The only good thing was the location for visiting Niagara Falls.
The pictures online did not match the hotel at all. The first room I was in the lights didn't work. We were put in a different room and that one had a shower/tub that got clogged the first time it was used and I had to pull SOMEONE ELSES HAIR out of the drain. Also the staff forgot to bring me towels when I called. The people staying there seemed like drug dealers too. They were basically living there and shady people were coming and going. Not happy.
Nothing. Worst place ever
All the staff, facilities and services
The place was dirty everywhere! doors and locks were broken.. and no one seemed to care about anything.
The location is fairly convenient. The front desk clerk was friendly.
The entire place smelled bad. The room was filthy and some of the outlets had exposed wires. There was a cup full of cigarette ashes on the balcony of a non-smoking room. There was an adult toy in the drawer.
Worst experience ever
Dirty property and the worst front receptionist. Name was Sheela.
