Poor breakfast choices and small breakfast area for a full occupants . Slow elevators and need to wait for a long time at peak times .
Pros. Clean. New. Quiet. Comfy beds. Good location to get to Hyde Park hockey rink.
Pros. Location was great - we stayed there for a wedding at Seneca Niagara Casino and didn't want to stay at the Casino Hotel. The hotel is a very short walk to the Casino and if the weather had been better, we could have easily walked to all the wedding events. Breakfast was good - decent variety, typical breakfast foods including some healthy choices. First room we were assigned was right next to ice machine and since my husband is a very light sleeper, I asked if they could move us. They quickly found us another room and one of the front desk staff members actually waited for us right near elevator and front desk to hand us new keys. Great service!
Cons. Shower head pressure is pretty weak and the water doesn't get very hot. The business center area was nice, but when I went to print boarding passes in the afternoon, the PC was down; when I went in the evening the PC was working but printer was so low on ink the printout was basically unusable. Very minor complaint and since lots of other hotels don't even offer that service, certainly not something I would knock any stars off my rating for.
