7.0 Good
Pros: The garden is AMAZING... the waterfall and the entire setup. There’s another area that has an open field. My bigger dog loved. Becki was extremely friendly and even asked what we wanted for breakfast etc. The house I was able to tour and I must say I am impressed with its antique style and stile some modern touches. It is extremely beautiful.
Cons: We stayed in the cottage there were some thumps and bumps while we were the only one on the property and my dogs (2) were barking at the corner in the room and were just frightened. Al though I felt no bad or negative energy we decided to leave. We didn’t sleep overnight.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The house was beautiful and well kept. Beki was a great hostess and cook!
Cons: Bathroom was separate from the cottage, but for a house built in 1883 you have to expect some limitations.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. I love this old house. The rates are incredible for the value. It was a step back in time. I grew up back east, so I love Victorian homes. I felt so peaceful just sitting on the gorgeous wrap around porch. The beautiful stained glass windows that give it its name are so beautiful! You have to see how beautifully they capture the sun. The back yard has a lovely, large sitting area, as well as two gorgeous gazebos and a fountain. A lot of weddings happen here. I can see why. I wish I would have found it last September when planning my own wedding. I felt so comfortable there. The hostess was wonderful and very welcoming. Always with a big smile. Truly an amazing house and hostess. Thank you SO much and I will definitely return and tell others about it.
Cons: I didn't have enough time there!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The house was quaint and very Victorian. It was one of a kind. Hostess was exceptional in the service. She was very warm and welcoming.
Cons: Nothing that I can think off.
6.0 Good
Pros: The area. The scenery was amazing.
Cons: Squeaky floors. Squeaky uncomfortable bed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I felt like a home, hospitality was amazing!
4.0 Okay
Pros: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: There is no one on site to help with questions or problems. At the end of my stay I learned that there was a phone number i could call. It would have been helpful to know at the beginning of my stay. I looked for breakfast at 8 a.m. but it wasn't available. I waited 10 minutes and still no sign of breakfast. I had a 9 a.m. class so I ended up eating at Starbucks each day of my trip. Disappointing. There are transom windows above the door. My bed faced the door. The hallway light was on ALL NIGHT. This made it very hard to sleep. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. I have long hair. It was challenging to get the soap out of my hair every morning. The inn is in a dodgy neighborhood across the street from a rundown apartment complex and liquor store.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super charming and fun
Cons: Loved every bit

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing except it’s near the highway 101
Cons: The most run down property the hotel is established on. It’s suite we stayed with nothing to make it feel like a suite. The kitchen is there but there are not utensils or cutlery to use. The bath room has only one towel and when we walked in the lobby it looked like we walked into a bar which was full of locals & we were concerned about our safety. We’re told that you did paid for breakfast but we don’t have any buffet we only serve from the menu. Then the front desk guy named Jeff told us “We only cover $13 per person for breakfast. The difference you will have to pay” then he further suggested that we would not eat over that amount because he suggested us to do so.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: Everything was really nice and clean. I thought it would have been nice to have coffee available in the lobby. They did have a couple in the room, but was looking for somewhere to sit and drink a cup of coffee in the lobby in the morning. Thanks!
7.0 Good
Pros: Big, clean and quiet room.
Cons: Dinner in the restaurant was poor. We both got sliced steak sandwiches and the there were huge inedible hunks of gristle and fat that we had to pull out of the sandwiches. Also, there was only one elevator.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms..
Cons: Good .

Cons: Not a thing wrong..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The young man that was running the check in desk was exceptional. Every hotel in the area was sold out. We were lucky to get the Motel 6 reservation while we were on the road. By the time we got there, the check in line was out the door. Not everyone had a reservation and he had to turn them away. Working alone, he handled everyone professionally and with extreme patiences.

Cons: No in room safe—one had to be brought in. Room location was noisy—faced a loud go-cart race track. Not enough seating in the breakfast area leaves people staring at you for your table and with so many people it was very loud first thing in the morning.

6.7 Good
Pros: I really liked the fast friendly check in service .the man that helped me really went above for me
Cons: I didn't like the stains on the top sheet of the bed. I didn't like the patched holes in the walls And very dirty or should I say bad base boards that are all chiped.and made it look real dirty. And the water pressure in the shower was horrible. Not evenough strong enough to rinse shampoo out of your hair. . 167.00.was a huge rip off ...very unacceptable. I normally stay at the other motel 6 on the other side of town But the last few times.I have booked there .when you show up there. They are very rude and the room you requested is no longer available and they want to put u in something different ...so we tried this location. ..I will say the service from the man at check in was amazing .it is not his fault the rooms.are very run down and need a paint job and. Work .it is fine though. We come to santa.maria.monthly and have always stayed motel 6 .but I believe this was our last stay .do to the fact they are very expensive for a VERY run down room ...ohhh and the TV stopped working at 9pm just one more run down item ...
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location. Right off of the freeway
Cons: Language barrier with staff. Room wasn't clean. Loose toilet, wobbled. Hair on floor that didn't belong to us. Broken lock on door between rooms. Had to move rooms. Trash surrounding property. Horrible dump
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. It was a room, we stayed as we had no other option. Decided never to stay in Motel 6 again. There was a mini refrigerator and microwave in the room. No coffee though.
Cons: 1. The room smelled horribly of the cleaning supplies when we entered. We had to leave the door and windows opened for 30mins to even breathe in there. Other guests had the same issue. The host told us that all room smell that way. 2. The bedsheets were dirty, as if they forgot to change it when the previous guest checked out. We had to request new set of sheets. 3. The bathroom and floor was not clean. There were hair all over the place. 4. They only provide a bar of soap in the name of toiletries.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Location was fine, things were close by. Upon check in the front desk clerk would not honor my rate I booked with this site & insisted I had to pay another rate of 80 dollars more than what I had originally booked for. The room was filthy, sheets and bedding had not been changed. There was hair & dirt In the sheets once I pulled the blankets back.
6.0 Good
Cons: The room needs more attention or detail on cleaning.
6.0 Good
Pros: The price and location.
Cons: The room was just that, a room with a bed. Laminated wood floor with plain walls. I expected a little more for the $---- I paid.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The motel was exceptionally clean, near the freeway, and the price was right.
Cons: I had to leave $150 deposit in case my dog did any damage to the room. We left rage room very clean, but it will take 2-3 days to get my money back.

5.3 Okay
Pros: The hotel was in a perfect location and was pretty comfortable. Decent breakfast too I felt.
Cons: I really was dissapointed that there was no little shampoo or conditioner or any amenities in the room. Most places like this at least have that and some even have a blow dryer in the room.
6.7 Good
Pros: Full size pillows!!!!
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel was close to the freeway for easy access but not so close that the guests would have to put up with the noise. The room was a good size and though there were some minor repairs nearby it stopped at a reasonable hour so overall the stay was quiet.
Cons: The room should have been aired out to give a fresh clean smell.
6.0 Good

Cons: Older building
3.2 Mediocre
Pros: It was convenient for visiting a friend that lives in the Central Coast area
Cons: Yes! We had a bad experience with this hotel. When finishing a shower my friend was unable to turn off the water, the shower would not stop, we tried for 15 minutes to try to turn it off, we called the front desk stating that our shower was messed up and would like to get another room. The front desk proceded to send up someone to try for an additional 15-20 minutes to shut off the water, no such luck. We then had to wait another 20 minutes and 2 phone calls to the front desk to finally get someone to tell us that we could come down and get a key to another room, we then had to pack up all our stuff and move. After complaining to the front desk we still were not offered one of our nights free or even a discount. I wont stay there again!
5.2 Okay
Pros: The location and the pool
Cons: It's outdated and the carpet looks unclean. The second day they did not clean the shower. Expensive for what it is.
4.8 Okay
