The staff is very friendly. The hotel is beautiful and has a fantastic view of the Rocky Mountains.

This hotel is new and is really nice. We loved have a ceiling fan in the room. We had never seen that before. The area around the hotel is a business district so there isnt that many places to eat close by a few fast food places are close.

The bed and linens were good. There was a nice outdoor gazebo and grill. It is in a quiet neighborhood.

The hallway and room carpets were stained and dirty. The hot tub was so filthy we did not dare use it. The acoustic ceiling tile in our room was water stained and had holes in it. The windows in our room were cracked. The AC is ancient and noisy.

Was not allowed to check in for several hours due to cleaning, somewhat inconvenient and disappointing.

Disapointed that there is no complimentary breakfast items. Not even coffee was available that I saw.

Hit tub was actually hot and we could add breakfast to our room for $10/night

The breakfast was weird and limited. Had to order off a very limited menu, not a buffet. Only had a couple of sandwiches and a egg with meat choices

The location is within walking distance of one of oulder's most iconic bars, The Dark Horse. While the building itself is in need of an update, the continental breakfasts, free jazz performances, and indoor pool were all great perks that shouldn't' be overlooked.

The keycards get deactivated very easily due to how they're made. I had to switch them out a few times during my stay. Other than that, the hotel is in need of a remodel. The building design is a bit of a maze & a lot of the older carpet & design is just outdated & gives off an old business park type of vibe. But overall the hotel was good for an extended trip on a budget.

I would stay away from this place. The hotel is extremely dark, smells like a college dorm room, and the attached restaurant has live music at night, which means if you are trying to go to bed before 11pm you likely won't succeed.

It is an older building but rooms are updated and clean.

The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good.

The suite rooms are very nice, the extra room is particularly nice if you are staying for a few days.

They had some flood damage in the summer of 2013 and there is some construction repair equipment on the premises. However my second floor room was always quiet, possibly because no work was scheduled over Christmas. However the major public areas are ok.

Room was dated. Smelled like the fire place had been recently used. Not the best hilton I've stayed in Furniture worn

Staff was unfriendly, ignored requests and took pleasure in disappointing guests. Very noisy adjacent to Freeway.

As a family we really appreciated the room having a kitchen. The full size fridge and microwave came in very handy. The free breakfast was also quite good. I was excited to see the make your own waffle station!

The only thing I was not completely pleased with was our bed and the pillows. It was a little too springy for me. And I needed more than 1 pillow, but less than 2 pillows to be comfortable. I can't really elaborate on that any more.

The lobby/reception area was very small. I walked right past the front desk when I arrived because it didn't look like a reception desk.

They let us check in early which was helpful, and offered extra towels to use for the hot tub/pool. The room was comfortable and spacious.

When I asked the receptionist for suggestions for indoor activities in Boulder(we had unexpected snow) she responded 'No, nothing. We might have a brochure around the corner.' It was totally unhelpful and impolite.
