Pros: Close to the RER stop at CDG terminal 1, and easy access to all three CDG terminals. Rapid and easy automated check-in and check-out. Room was clean and well-appointed. The desk had three outlets in different voltages, as well as USB ports making charging devices and working easy. Bed was very comfortable, the blackout curtains shut out light effectively, and the room was quiet. Would have no hesitation staying at a citizenM hotel again.
Cons: Meals were good, but expensive for the quality. Beaming media to the TV from the handheld pad is a nice touch, but it is difficult to figure out how to beam media to the TV while getting audio to headphones.
Pros: Clean room with comfortable beds. The tech gadgets in the room and the entertainment system were excellent
Cons: Service was just ok. There were a bunch of very young staff with variable level of service mentality. They market a 24/7 canteen which is nothing more than a refrigerator full of pre made food. There was a warm meal offered at dinner for 23 Euro which was essentially self serve cafeteria food. We tried to get a cocktsil nightcap and we're told there was no alcohol service after midnight despite the fact that there was a staff member behind the bar. I asked if we could take a bottle of beer ( in the refrigerator ) to the room and the staff member made it clear he didn't want to answer the same question more than once. I've been to Paris many times and I don't recall a midnight curfew for alcohol. This wouldn't be such a big deal if they hadn't marketed the 24/7 canteen so heavily. The service was essentially hostel service.
Pros: I was a honor member but did not have my members number on me at the time of check in but they gave me free WIFI on my word and came down with the information later that evening. I appreciate the honor service
Cons: Since I prepaid and I was not planning to use any other services, I did not appreciate not knowing at check-in that there was a city tax that was not in the prepaid payment. Even though the amount was only 5Euro, I should have been told this at check-in and better yet it should have been part of the prepaid amount which state that is was room charge and taxes. I had limited funds since I was coming from vacation and I had spent most of my Euro's by the time I was checking out of hotel.
Pros: Rooms setup good for the space and the iPad.
Cons: No snacks and limited food on the buffet along with price being too high for the food you received.
Pros: Very comfortable living room with easy access to outdoor patio. Perfect for our relaxing drinks
Cons: Great staff service offer to contact taxi but high priced just to CDG 2 A
Pros: small room, but clean, modern, and convenient location
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful, highly recommended and great price.
Pros: very clear, friendly staff, nice rooms
Cons: shower kind of tiny, no parking space other than paying, not even for the first hour in which people come loaded with luggage and have to choice but to pay for the parking.
Pros: Very modern and clean.
Good service and in-room amenities.
Free wifi...and easy check-in-check out
Walking distance to the Airport
Cons: price was a little higher
Pros: Brand new Hotel with a very Chic attitude.
Cons: We didn't stay in paris Long enough.
At least 3 nights is needed to get a sense of this Beautiful City.
Pros: Hands off but fully available approach to customer service. Fully digitally connected as well as humanly connected. The staff is always available and extremely friendly. Fantasic rooms with great digital access on both entertainment and communication/internet. This is in my top ten hotels ever. I have been travelling for over 25 years worldwide.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like excecpt maybe the price of the brekfast buffett.
Pros: We really appreciated how clean and functional the room was, a very small micro-studio but designed well with clean countertops, a very clean bathroom, and easy to use controls for blinds/shower/tv etc. The large bed and towels were very comfortable. It was also helpful to have a casual restaurant/bar onsite, we had everything we needed after a long drive to the airport.
Cons: The computer check-in was new for us and confusing at first, but the attendant was extremely helpful with all of our questions.

Cons: hallway were in sad shape , bar and restaurant very poor way overpriced will not go back
With an ideal location just 2 km from Charles de Gaulle Airport, pentahotel Paris CDG really is the perfect base for business meetings and conferences. It's also a great launch pad for exploring the infinite delights of Paris, with the city centre just 24 km away.
Cons: Shower had no pressure and temp fluctuated. Needs to have power outlets near the nightstands.
Pros: Location is superb as you can walk to all halls in terminal 2 without having to take a shuttle.
Cons: Some equipment begins to date. It is time for Sheraton to do some upgrades.
Pros: Only the location
Cons: Smoking room, but even the bedding smelled! Made us wonder if it was even washed. Restaurant staff were rude and uncooperative. Served a glass of wine from a .75L bottle then told us they had no .75L bottles to sell us - only .375L bottles. Waiter couldn't understand our confusion andade no effort to try. Poor.

Pros: Room was spacious and clean, bed very comfortable. Location right of terminal 1-3 so no need for hotel shuttle.
Breakfast was included in the room proce and it contained everything from croissants to cold cuts, muesli, yogurt, good coffee and fresh orange juice - all except hot plates. Everything was very fresh amd tasty.
Cons: Hotel is either understaffed or people working there are don't know what they are doing/ bad management...?
Two nights we stayed there downstairs was overloaded with guests waiting to be checked...checking in was taking forever. Because we had two bookings we had to validate our key after the first night (found out about it when we got to our 9th floor to get back again).
Breakfast...like stated in positives was fresh and rich but completely disorganized. The eating area looked like wild bulls just ran through it... there were trays with dirty dishes everywhere: tables, chairs, dish carts...even on the FLOOR- never seen anything like it. I even recorded a video - because no one would believe me... Staff was wondering around all this mess worried more about crumbs on the table...that view was shocking.
Overall very mixed feeling about our stay

Cons: Absolutely Everything. The shuttle service is ridiculous. The front desk is extremely rude. Food was way overpriced and the room including bed was less than satisfying. Don't waste your money on this place. There are hotels all around the airport
Cons: Airport shuttles were not on schedule both directions. Took 55 minutes for a 1 1/2 mile drop off and 1 hour for pick-up.
Pros: Good Hotel, poor Airport bus system-not the hotels.
Pros: Nice wellness area and spa. Very good restaurant/bar. The food was exceptional.
Cons: Cigarette burns in carpeting
Cons: I had booked a non-smoking room and got a room smelling of smoke. So much so it was impossible to breathe in that room. Eventually after informing the staff (took them a good 1-1.5h) to come to the room and figure out what i was talking about.
Cons: The room smelled like chemicals. I woke up the next day with what I now know are bed bug bites. The bed bugs must have gotten into my luggage as I just found two in my home in the states. Very angry/ frustrated since I only spent one night there.
Pros: Breakfast and service was outstanding
Pros: Their caring attitude.
Pros: I liked the lobby and the restaurant..great food and service
Cons: The room is filthy.. I didn't feel comfortable sleeping there bc the couch and floors are terribly stained. I asked to cancel but was not allowed to. Lastly its an hour or so away from main Paris.
Pros: Location. Food. Space in room.
Cons: Slow service (bar/restaurant).
Pros: The spa of course. But it had no jacuzzi, and the waterbike was not only an extra charge, but was closed. So it is the absolute bare minimum as far as a spa goes. Restaurant good but very expensive! 15€ for a burger - come on...
Cons: The shuttle takes FOREVER, and as the speaker system was broken, I didn't know I had to get out at Terminal F to get to Terminal A, thus having to make an entire extra loop, and nearly missed my flight. The driver kindly hailed a bus going back, saved me!

Cons: Food options for Breakfast were very poor. There was hardly any food meant for vegetarians

As a couple, with family or on business, the hotel is made for you. Our suites are spacious (323 sq. ft./30 m²) and extremely well equipped with WIFI, Nespresso machine, bathtub and shower (no need to choose). Sweat it out in our fitness center then join us in our Boutique Gourmande for a healthy meal to replenish your energy.
Pros: When in transit, and not enough time for Paris, this colony of moderate cost hotel chains is convenient. You can walk into the village for dinner, sleep and leave next day. That's what they do. Clean and quick. No taxi wants to go tot he airport for less that 25 euros (7km). UBER is 7-8 Euros. There is a free bus to the TGV/RER station in terminal 2G, then you take Navette N1 or N2 to your subterminal.
Pros: Decent hotel. Clean, safe, friendly desk clerks, convenient to CDG airport, which is why we booked it.
Cons: The Golden Tuplib uses 2 twin beds pushed together in lieu of an actual Queen or King sized mattress. This is not as comfortable, due to the seam and rigid area between the beds. This is a common trend in European hotels, and it is lamentable. Have they not heard of larger mattresses? Do they not experience the same discomfort?
Cons: We had a 7am international flight. Their first shuttle was 5:15 putting us to airport at wrong terminal at 5:45. Had to take a taxi. Wish i had stayed in paris central. I stayed at an airport hotel for their free shuttle service but ended up taking a taxi...
Pros: Free wifi. Free airport shuttle. Friendly staff. Near a walkable town/neighborhood.
Cons: Nothing negative to say. It was a nice overnight rest stop before heading to the CDG airport.
Pros: The shuttle from the airport to the hotel pases frequently and is a short ride. The room was great, clean, and spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would come back.
Pros: Clean. Good shuttle service. Close to the airport only takes 10 mins to get there.
Cons: Space age tablet room control was more of a gimmick than functional
Pros: The staff were really great. And the Room was nice and quiet.
Cons: Everything was great.
Pros: The buffet at the hotel's resturaunt was quick, tasty and convenient. We stayed at this hotel only to catch a very early flight. It was very close to the airport.
Cons: Minor items only like no tea kettle and s shower head that would not stay up.
Pros: Nice staff, good rate, not fancy but adequate`
Cons: I asked for a morning wake up call that never came which caused me to almost oversleep and be late for the airport.
Pros: The fact that we only had to stay here one night.
Situated near the airport, this hotel is 3 mi (4.8 km) from Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre and within 12 mi (20 km) of Stade de France and Parc Asterix. Paris-Le-Bourget and Millennium Mall are also within 12 mi (20 km).
Cons: We booked two rooms. The bedroom for 4 that was assigned to us had not been cleaned. Since the hotel was fully booked, we ended up having one child in our bedroom and the others sharing 2 twin beds. Staff offered us breakfast and parking as compensation.
Pros: Modern classic look Food was good 2.
Cons: Strong perfume smell in my room maybe someone spilled something.
Pros: relatively close proximity and easy access to the airport.
Cons: nothing great, nothing horrible. Average place in a good location for early morning flights.
Cons: hard to get to from airport: drive, cab or shuttle bus with 20' frequency then 30'
Pros: The staff was incredible! They were extremely friendly & gracious with our lack of speaking French! The decor of the hotel was absolutely beautiful!!!
Pros: Very clean, new/modern furnishings, large rooms and a large bathtub that a tallish person can fit in!
Cons: The free shuttle service does NOT run every 15 minutes, as advertised. Very sporadic service.
Cons: It wasn't super clean, food wasn't good, staff not friendly. WAY overpriced.
Pros: It was clean and quiet.
Cons: I was a little disappointed by the restaurant, I didn't expect that it would be under construction and not have the full experience I was expecting. It would have been nice if there were a spa offering massage.
Pros: The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good location adjacent to the airport. Very good food available from a limited menu.
Cons: Registration area
Pros: Free transportation to airport.
Cons: No free breakfast as advertised. Rooms were very small. Hotel presentation not the same as online. No elevator. Too far from Paris. Nothing within walking distance wifi sucks
Pros: Location is close to airport and shuttle took about 15-20 minutes
Cons: Room was very warm,we tried to turn on the air and staff said it was shut off due to the time of the year.

Pros: The hotel was fantastic, having extremely comfortable and relaxing rooms. There was a very nice tub and shower, with a very plush bed. The facilities were also fantastic, with a nice pool area. The bar is directly downstairs as well, where you can have them uncork you a bottle and enjoy it in the comfort of your room. What a great refresher on a long trip! Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at.
Pros: All of the staff were very welcoming & helpful. Especially Sandrine @ the front desk who was nice enough to upgrade our room & give us a late checkout! All the other staff were equally accomadating. The hotel was clean quiet & well maintained, it was a nice preflight stay.
Cons: staff was not very competent
food was expensive and mediocre
The Mercure Paris CDG Airport & Convention hotel welcomes you to its stylish, elegant and relaxed ambience. For your business trips or family vacations, the hotel is ideally located close to Terminals 1, 2 and 3 of Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. There's plenty of entertainment nearby: Aéroville shopping center, Astérix theme park and the Stade de France are only a few minutes away. A free shuttle is available to the nearby Paris Le Bourget airport too, so you can enjoy the Paris Air Show with ease.
Pros: Overall great place to stay. The shuttle was a bit hard to find at CDG - but once located all went well. If you want to use the shuttle - locate where the TGV station on level 5 is - that is where they pick you up. It is a 3 min ride to hotel. Nice pool for the family - a hard thing to find in Paris.
Pros: Easy access to terminal 1 & 2
Cons: No internet in The room and no water to drink
Pros: Great location. The airport train station is very nearby and that's probably the best way to get there unless you have a lot of luggage, in which case there is also a free shuttle. The room was nice and the bed was comfy.
Cons: The restaurant had a very limited menu and all of the food was very overpriced. Also, there was no hot tub.
Pros: Enjoyed the Executive Lounge and room size.
Cons: Shame that there is no shuttle to Terminal 3. I know the terminal is close, but my 80 year old mother had a difficult time getting from the hotel to Terminal 3.
Pros: Hotel is excellent in all aspects
Cons: no free wifi in the rooms. free airport shutlle need to be run to every terminal
Pros: Nice room and bathroom. It was nice staying there before an early flight. They had a shuttle that took us to the airport. We enjoyed a bottle of wine in the bar.
Pros: The hotel is easily accessible from the RER CDG terminal 1-3 (second to last on the RER B)...it's so close you can actually use the luggage carts in the terminal to push your suitcases (and kids) to hotel. There is also usually a stockpile of a half-dozen carts just outside the hotel on the way to the station from other travellers who figured this out.
The airport and hotel are in zone 5 of the metro, so if you get a day pass that includes zone 5 you're all set for a day trip into the city on the RER (30-50 minutes depending on the train and destination).
Cons: The hotel breakfast was rather pricy, and you can get cheap pastries and coffee in the RER station for the whole family for the price of one breakfast.
There is a hotel shuttle that picks up at the 5th floor of RER terminal 2...which has a number of logitical issues:
1) If you have a cart, you need to use the elevators...which usually have too many people waiting for them while they service the floors you're not on.
2) if you are being dropped off by the shuttle, don't expect carts to be available on the 5th floor. I had to go down the stairs to get a cart on the 4th floor, then carried it up to the 5th floor, loaded up several bags, waited 10 minutes for the elevator, then decided it would be faster to carry the bags down to the 4th floor and reload there. It was faster than waiting for the elevator on the 5th floor.
3) the shuttle can only hold a certain number of people, and even if it runs every 15-20 minutes, it's possible during peak times that you might have to wait for a third shuttle.
Pros: Great location next to airport for last night in Paris. We always stay at the Hilton to ease the logistics of returning home in the US.
Pros: Great convenient location to CDG train station and Roissy airport.
Room good size, clean and bed comfortable
Nice, quiet and relaxed atmosphere
Cons: Toilet tank made strange noises every 20 minutes or so ALL night..
Water temperature in shower fluctuates between cool and warm and cannot be regulated.
Water pressure weak in shower
Strange display - amenities "missing" in bathroom - sewing kit box is empty, Q-tips and shoe shine cloth just sat on tray without boxes...
Executive Lounge food needs improvement.
Pros: Food was REALLY expensive but we didn't have choice.
2 burgers 2 coke 59 euros. And it took for ever to get that to the bar
Cons: Close to the airport
Pros: Beautiful hotel closest to the airport.

Pros: This building is a joke. Each room has its own thermostat but they are just for show. It is "one temperature fits all" but the building is inconsistent. Some rooms much hotter/colder than others. No openable windows either. End result, miserable sleep. For those who like sleep cool with fresh air, find another place.
Great gym though and food is decent too.
Cons: The air-conditioning was not working & it was not comfortable to sleep in the heat.
The hotel was sold out & we were offered to stay in the hot room with a fan that the staff could provide as they could not fix the air-conditioner late at night.
Cons: >Substantial black mildew in the bathroom
>The room is basically empty; other than a bed, a desk and a TV. There was no drinking water, no water boiler, let along any supply of coffee. There was not even a garbage can in the bathroom (only one for the entire room)
>The bottle water was sold at 5 Euro each.
The Hyatt Regency Paris-CDG is a modern hotel. The hotel consists of two story buildings that are connected by a large glass atrium. The futuristic design has won several architectural awards.
Pros: Close to airport. Comfortable room. Good value for money.
Pros: Rooms were spacious and very clean. Well appointed.
Cons: Dining Room did not start serving dinner until 7 PM. Hard to get up for an early AM flight eating that late. A few sandwich selections in pub but did not find them especially interesting. Tried the smoked salmon and it was probably the messiest sandwich I have ever eaten. Insides kept falling out of bread and dressing ran down my wrists. Would never order again.
Pros: it is close to the airport and has the service of "Airport Shuttle". It also has free wifi, which is great!

Love the free airport shuttle and allowing me to leave my car in their secure parking lot. Super, friedly staff.
Pros: This is the 4th time we have stayed at the Green Hotel in the past 3 years and we have never been disappointed. The staff has always been very accommodating and willing to make our stay worry free. Great location to the airport with free shuttle.
Cons: Nothing. I will stay there again.
Terrible hotel and not clean and wifi didnt work Staff jn morning was incompetent at checking me out WAY too expensive for what it was. I'm so is per I spent that much money-I should have stayed in my hotel in Paris for what this cost
Pros: Nothing it was nothing how described and I regret booking my stay here
Cons: Not clean, wifi did not work in rooms. The lock on my door was broken and asked to be moved. The free shuttle did not operate hours I needed and so I ended up having to pay 3 times what I ever would have to get to Airport. The staff in morning was incompe
A very good place to spend a night near CDG. Very clean with super jetted spa tub! The bed was very comfortable, also. The staff were nice and the shuttle service to the airport was what we needed. For our needs (a night near CDG in transit) this was an excellent choice. The room was tiny for three beds and we were only two people. It was hard for both of us to walk around the room or get to our luggage--but then rooms in Paris are very small. At the price I was fine with the other positives. It was hard to find from the train station in the dark, and it seemed like a very long walk. That is my only negative comment really. I would recommend a taxi--I am so glad we finally found one!
Pros: FABULOUS bathroom! The spa bathtub was lovely. The place was certainly very clean and the beds quite comfortable. All in all, for the price this is an excellent choice to be near the airport.
Cons: We found it very difficult to find. We tried to walk from the train (there had been a very bad storm and nobody would drive between the airport and the hotel) and got quite lost. At last a taxi came to our rescue.
Green hôtels Confort - Roissy Parc des Expositions offers a free airport shuttle (available on request) and puts you within a 15-minute drive of Stade de France and Parc Asterix. The restaurant is perfect for a bite to eat, and you can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge or visit the spa tub for a relaxing end to the day. Hydromassage showerheads and free WiFi are offered in all rooms.
Cons: Lack of desk; lack of electrical plugs; barrier (extra bed) in front of tiny closet; door would not lock (they changed our room); cheap construction; lack of bathroom amenities like shampoo, kleenex, hand towels.
Pros: The rooms were well laid out and very clean, especially the bathroom which sometimes can be dubious. This one was sparkling clean with modern appliances and amenities. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety to choose from. Desk staff were friendly.
Pros: far away to center of paris
Cons: it's ok
Pros: Location is excellent. Room is clean and quiet.
Cons: No coffee maker. No frige. No ice bucket.
Pros: clean, modern, good beds, friendly staff
Cons: shuttle service to CDG airport unreliable, too crowded too expensive for a 'budget hotel' --- euro (--- us)
A comfortable stay a few minutes from Roissy CDG airport (free shuttle) and the Villepinte exhibition center. The ibis Roissy CDG Paris Nord 2 hotel's air-conditioned rooms with free WIFI are perfect for a business trip or vacation. A Web corner, bar (24-hour snack service) and secure car park are available for our guests. Our TVs include Canal+ and beIN Sport. A seminar room is available for your work meetings.
Pros: the staff was really nice and Professional.
the restaurant was able to serve dish up to 23.00.
Cons: the room was close to lift engine and it was impossible to sleep before 00h00.
a dessert dedicated for diabetics would be appreciated.
Pros: Great location. Next to super shopping centre.
Cons: Room is very small.
Hotel Campanile Roissy-En-France is just 4.3 mi (6.9 km) from the airport and offers a shuttle at scheduled times for EUR 5 per person roundtrip. The bar is a great place to grab a drink, and guests looking for a bite to eat can check out Le Restaurant, which serves French cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A snack bar/deli and a terrace are other highlights, and rooms offer up nice touches like deep soaking tubs and premium bedding.
