Pros: The service at four seasons is exceptional in every area. An amazing experience.
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: Amazing staff, great dinning

Pros: Breakfast was great. We got there early and got an immediate upgrade as our room wasn't ready! No problem at all. The free shuttle was so convenient we were able to get around without a rental. Totally worth it.

Cons: full beds are quite small. Queens would be better. Expensive parking. Just "OK" restaurant.
Pros: Restautant, room comfort, service
Pros: Location to cruise terminal.
Cons: $ 43.00 a night to park your car. Ridiculously expensive.
Pros: Nice modern clean facility. Great rooms.
Cons: Hour long wait in the business center just to collect a package.
Pros: Best hotel I have ever stayed at. It was amazing the restaurant Toro Toro was awesome. Everyone was so nice and on the 18th floor we had such a great view of the city!
Cons: My room was ready when I arrived.
Pros: Great Location overlooking the intercoastal and so convenient to American Airlines Arena. The Hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Miami.
Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like!
Pros: The friendly staff. Amber who checked me in gave me a higher floor so that I could enjoy the view of the city. The view was amazing.
Discover a new dimension of sophisticated elegance at InterContinental Miami. Set in the heart of Downtown's thriving financial and business district our hotel offers richly appointed accommodations and breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay. From dramatic digital artscapes over 101 000 square feet of meeting space and 641 guestrooms we specialize in stylish flair sophistication and worldclass service. Relax at mySpa enjoy a cocktail at Toro Toro and experience all that our hotel has to offer.
Pros: Proximity to beach and Lincoln Mall. Our room was right off the pool which was super convenient. Front desk staff couldn't have been nicer especially when I disputed some charges at checkout out.
Cons: The facilities need maintenance. Particularly the pool area. Broken tiles and the bottom of the pool was chopping off in at least one large area. The bathroom also could use some maintenance. The vanity top had a chopper out of it and theme leftist was rusting in areas.
Pros: Location, pool area, room & bed comfort. It is located right out of the loud crowd on Ocean Drive, so it is a lot more chilled and relaxed. Overall, much better than all other hotels on South Beach.
Cons: I can't quite say it was a true 5 star experience in terms of appearance and for the premium price. But again, a lot better than the other hotels around.
Cons: I was charged twice for my staying and although I've contacted the site several times and it's been three weeks I still couldn't get my money back
Pros: Every staff member said hello to me. Staff was very friendly
Cons: The Spa experience was ok, Massage for a deep tissue was weak. The Sauna was not on, I turned it on but should be preheated for guests or what good is it. For $440 for 2 - 50 minutes massages I expect more.
Pros: The first night was a disaster. At about 5:45 p.m. I called down to report a loud fan/ motor annoying noise. They said they would send someone up. We left about 20 minutes later for a dinner reservation. When we came back later that evening it was late nothing had changed. we were to tied to do anything so we tried to go to bed. Sleep did not come for either of us easily and we were up a good part of the night.
The next day I complained and the girl offered us a $50.00 credit and would move us down from the top floor in the same proximity. the noise was probably from the motors on the roof.
Looking out after agreeing I saw all the fans from the building next door so I called back and said it was not acceptable. I was turned over to the Rooms manager (Emily) who was excellent we were moved closer to the front of the building, no noise good sleep a Ritz Carlton experience. First day terrible second day great. Not sure how to evaluate
Pros: Staff, location
Cons: Not up to Ritz standards! More like a motel
Pros: Location is perfect for experiencing all that South Beach has to offer; staff was fantastic and very accommodating; food was very good;
Cons: The way of the travel world now appears to be to charge little bits (or more) for every little thing, this was no exception.
Pros: I like the location and the beach area.
Cons: The room had big stains on the carpet & it was not well maintained or cleaned.
Pros: Kelly at check in, superb. Ziggy, beach manager above and beyond. The beautiful lady who delivered room service at 1 AM and serenaded my daughter with a lovely Happy Birthday. All the staff were friendly, and excellent!
Cons: The lobby decor. Also, no coffee shop.
With its iconic address among the pastel palette skyline of Miami Beach Art Deco hotels, The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach puts you in the heart of the chic urban landscape of one of the city’s most fabled neighborhoods. The landmark hotel, designed by famed architect Morris Lapidus in the Miami heyday of postmodernism style, embraces its glamorous past with a transformed contemporary spirit.
Cons: Concierge was nice but he did not explain that there was an additional charge for parking. He gave me a ticket that I thought I would show at my departure next day but at the parking place they would not let me go without paying. That was a surprise for me. Also, at the front desk they did not ask me if I was a member of the Marriott hotels, I am, so I could have given them my name and number to add points or miles.

Pros: The staff were helpful, responsive and genuine. The room was comfortable and clean. We caught a really great deal on Expedia.
Cons: The cost of snacks/beverages
Pros: This hotel is the go-to for my wife and I whenever we're in Miami. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are beautiful! Very close to incredible restaurants and bars too!
Pros: Hotel facilities seemed good but couldn't use many of them.
Cons: Pool overrun by near-naked chemically stimulated revelers. Incredibly noisy till small hours of morning. Phones in room didn't work.
Pros: Fantastic views, great location, comfortable beds. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Clean, nice room
Cons: Our shower, nor our phones, did not work. Fortunately, we were only staying for a single night, which made the problem not a big deal. Also, pools were not heated. They have two BEAUTIFUL pools, but no one dared to be in them at all because they were absolutely freezing. A shame, really.
Pros: The views were pretty nice. The room was comfortable, except for the constant racket of music, construction and traffic, not to mention the binging from the elevator
Cons: Super noisy. Disorganized. Staff not very helpful
Somewhat snobby clientele.
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Dirty, loudy, parking, people hosted.
Pros: Loved the location, restaurant and bars
Cons: I wish they had coffee available for longer in the am, start earlier and end later, I missed it every day, either I was leaving to early or too late
Pros: The staff went over and beyond to help make our stay comfortable-including an early check in and later check out to accommodate our flights. Well done!
Rooms are nice size and had great views of the harbor and city lights. Would definitely come back again!
Cons: Price for parking is steep.
Pros: No good signal tv, I can not go to pool for private pool party.
Pros: Outstanding service
We have stayed at Epic many times, but this was the first time bringing the kids. The kids had a wonderful time. As a family we cannot wait to come back!!
Cons: each stay at Epic has been an exceptional experience, which is why it's our hotel of choice when visiting Miami.
Pros: Room quality, location, pool, gym, breakfast area, Lobby, In-Room dining experience was terrific.
Cons: Bed linens were not soft, very rough and low quality. Pillows much to big and thick, no choices for pillows. Took one hour and three calls to get extra towels.
Pros: Fun lively noisy location in downtown Miami
Cons: We were not given the room we ordered but they did try to make up for the error.
Located 2.5 mi (4 km) from the airport, Kimpton EPIC Hotel features a marina and puts you just a 5-minute drive from Miami Convention Center. Guests can visit the spa to be pampered with massages, facials, or body treatments, and Area 31, one of 2 restaurants, serves seafood and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 2 outdoor pools and 3 bars/lounges are onsite, and rooms at this luxurious hotel offer up nice touches like deep soaking tubs and premium bedding.
Cons: What is the deal with the parking? Parking lot in the building as well as other structures surrounding the building were all empty yet they were charging $30 a night to park. Don't understand how this is a thing.
Pros: Great location in Brickell. Close to Metromover and the bay. Rooms start on 16 so you definitely have a view. The Bar@25 is awesome. Priced for the view, but you won't find it anywhere else.
Cons: The lobby is on the 25th floor, but the guest rooms were below so you need to use a different elevator to get to them. The carpetting was dirty in the halls. The reqding lights in the room were old and only some of them worked. The radio was old and not compatible with newer iphones.
Pros: The view from the bar (25th floor) was stunning, the rooms are well kept, and the hotel overall was very clean
Cons: The bellhop left our luggage pieces on the cart at the entrance and never brought them up (we went down and got them), it costs $30/day to self-park (no in-and-out privileges, so more if you leave/come back), while the map shows it close to the water the closest beach is a 15 minute car ride away, and the rooms and bathrooms felt a little dated/worn
Cons: I stayed here because I was working late & didn't feel I could drive home, which is more than an hour away. I checked in at 4:AM & had arranged to check out around 1:PM. It seems that the cleaning staff did not look at the notes in the computer for my eventual check out and on 2 different occasions, one at 9:AM & the other at 10:AM, they attempted to gain entry into the room to clean, I suppose, and the door made a tremendous noise as I had put the security latch on it. This was quite disturbing, having been woken up twice. Check the computers!
Pros: The staff was very accommodating, outgoing and friendly.
Cons: Upon arriving early we had to wait for a room, no big deal, check-in wasn't until 3pm. For the inconvenience we were given a free wi-fi code. The code never worked. I would have been discouraged to buy the wi-fi and then not have it work.
On Saturday night, our room which faced West, could hear loud party/club music until after 2am. It may have gone longer but that's when we finally fell asleep.
The tv was old, outdated and did not work well. The channel was stuck on the "movie" channel, however it would not let us select/rent any of the movies.
Pros: Very clean, modern, and luxurious.
Pros: Front desk was friendly. Room was clean, coffee in the room was good, great bay view and I didn't get out much but the location seemed perfect to me!
Cons: How the snack bar was out in the open tempting you but all of it was for a fee, it should be locked up unless I request for it to be opened. Can't imagine what parents with children go through to keep them from munching.
Cons: Restaurant service has to improve
Cons: Valet yelled at me because I was never charged. I even asked the front desk why I was not billed. Turns out they spelled my name wrong and were not able to bill my room. I don't think that I should have been reprimanded for their spelling error.

Pros: The hotel was over the top. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The views were incredible. Staff was friendly and helpful. The roof top pool and bar were inviting. Would stay here again. Beach was within walking distance.
Pros: Can't beat the location rooms are nice clean and big
Cons: Staff could be friendlier and easier to access
Pros: Easily accessible
Pros: The views, the balcony, everything was excelent!!!
Pros: nice hotel.
Cons: ANTS in our room. Faucet in bathroom so loose it almost came off.
Went to the front desk, to ask for the M.O.D. the lady went into the Staff Only office. Elizabeth, came out to assist me. I asked, if she could have someone fix the faucet and get rid of the ANTS. She told me she would. (no sorry for the inconvenience) When we returned from shopping about 2 hours later. I asked Elizabeth, if things had been taken care of. She, told me yes.
They fixed the faucet. However, we still had ANTS. I went to the Publix Grocery store, around the corner and purchased some RAID Ant killer, and sprayed the room myself.
My wife and are retired, and have traveled many places and numerous hotels. This is a first for ANTS.
When checking out at the front desk. They, never asked, how was your stay or hope your stay was good, pleasant or anything, just checked out.
Pros: Beautiful hotel with an awesome view of the ocean. Great service; great food!
Cons: It was pretty expensive.
Pros: We got a good rate for this hotel. We did a work event at night and the pricing was reasonable. The staff was super friendly. The hotel lobby is gorgeous. The rooms are clean and spacious. A standard room has a sleeping sofa and two bathrooms, so you can easily stay here with the whole family. Per night we had to pay a mandatory resort fee ($25) and it included towels, water, beach chairs/umbrella, etc. The upstairs pool is for adults only (with stunning ocean views). Both pool areas are well run. It's conveniently located at the beach. The gym also has ocean view. It's clean, modern and spacious and has quite a lot of equipment (for a hotel gym).
Cons: The restaurant close to the upstairs pool was poorly run. We went there for lunch. The food was excellent, but the portions were small. The waiter was friendly, but not focused and kept walking away and it was a struggle to get the drink and food order in for the entire group.
Pros: The hotel was in contact via text and email starting the day before our arrival. Staff was very efficient and friendly. We were so excited to be let into our room at 10 am to clean up and rest for a lunch meeting with a local relative. We had a beautiful lunch on the patio looking out toward the ocean. Our room far exceeded our expectations. Very nice! I would definitely recommend and return this hotel.
Pros: Beautiful design and gracious, responsive staff. Beach is unbeatable, and location was practical for shopping and casual dining as well. A bit far from South Beach acene, but we liked that.
Pros: This hotel is impressive from the moment you step inside, the design screams class and comfort. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, our room and view were equally delightful and inviting, the fitness room had amazing views, the adult only roof pool and hot tubs make for a perfect getaway from kids. We will definitely stay here again.
Cons: The additional charges like parking were a bit higher than other hotels, but not enough that it would stop us from visiting again.
Pros: The costumer service was amazing! Whatever and whenever you needed something they were right there to serve you!
Nestled on the beach, this North Beach hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Bal Harbour Shops and Surfside Beach. Haulover Park Marina and Normandy Shores Golf Club are also within 6 mi (10 km).
Pros: Good location in South Beach and on beach. Chair and towels included in resort fee.
Cons: Small Pool
Cons: Pool was out of commission, there was jack hammering going on early literally outside our balcony. Staff was not responsive to complaints. Horrible stay. Horrible staff
Pros: The rooms were beautifully appointed
Cons: The hotel was under construction which we knew and expected. That was not a problem. But the service was terrible and the service people even a bit rude, The common places were not clean and were often trashy, and overall it did not live up to the standards of the cheapest Marriott I've ever stayed at.
Pros: The customer service and the people at check in and at the hotel
Overall were great .
Cons: I loved whole time there , nothing negative to report.
Pros: Great access to the beach and ocean drive. Clean, great looking rooms with fantastic views. Also very attentive and professional staff! Highly recommend!
Cons: Would be nice if the recliners, towels and umbrellas on the beach were complementary to guest of the hotel. But, south beach in general is pricey.
Pros: The location is great because it's a beachfront hotel. Front desk staff is very courteous and nice.
Cons: Not the service I expected. The valet staff is not the most welcoming at all. No warm greeting or smiles at all. I was really dissatisfied with the quality of the room. I had called ahead to get a preference of room. I got a room that was on a low floor and with no city or beach view like their website states. The worst part is that this particular room has a balcony that is in the view of the next rooms balcony. Meaning that our neighbors can walk out of their room and look directly into our room. We had to keep the blinds closed the whole stay for privacy. That was the worse part. Very disappointed. Lastly there wasn't a hairdryer and housekeeping opened out door an hour before checkout time.
Pros: Near the beach. Comfortable beds
Cons: One day not enough towels. Another day one of the bath robes removed.
Pros: Location, quiet and staff
Cons: bathroom sliding doors and dirty floors.
Pros: Room amenities staff location
Pros: We were down for the Miami Boat Show, which we attend every year. I must say, through all the years we have attended, this was the cleanest, most comfortable & friendly hotel we have stayed in. The staff was great, very attentive. Cleanliness is most important for us and this place passed with flying colors. We also had our puppy with us and everyone was great with her. The newly renovated room was super cozy. The entire hotel is undergoing renovations but it wasn't even a bother. Looking forward to seeing the end result! I would stay here again.
Cons: Honestly, the only downfall was location. We were a bit farther south and A taxi ride vs walking distance from where we needed to be BUT we would totally stay here again.
Pros: The location
Cons: The family room which is too small for 2 adultes with 2 kids
Pros: This Marriott is a beautiful hotel. You walk right onto the beach. The staff is wonderful. They are attentive, friendly, courteous, and overall just genuine about wanting to please customers. This hotel is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at when taking into consideration the overall experience (i.e. Location, staff, cleanliness, accommodations, pool area, etc)
Cons: The rooms are a little on the small side.
The Marriott Stanton South Beach offers a modern take on beach chic. In a city known for its style, our oceanfront hotel on South Beach stands apart. Guests are welcomed by the Art Deco inspired two story lobby, a place to connect and enjoy free WiFi. At Deco Blue Restaurant & Bar, enjoy American fare and an ocean view or cool off after a day at the beach or outdoor infinity pool. Updated guest rooms offer a balcony with city or ocean view, locally inspired art and intuitively crafted features including a platform bed, open, expandable closets, multi-use surfaces and a spa-like bathroom with a granite countertop, walk-in shower with handheld wand and waterfall shower head. Set in the trendy SoFi area, our hotel offers access to top shopping, dining and nightlife, and is a prime destination for meetings and celebrations with 4,663 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space.
Cons: Sounds complaints by the pool in the middle of the day
Pros: Good location
Cons: Pictures are way too hyped. Hotel is not that bad but not as good as described.
Pros: Beautiful decor, pool. Not too big for its britches. Parking was a definite bonus (not free, but there!!). All staff accommodating. The Front Porch restaurant was fabulous for breakfast/brunch. There is a wait on the weekends. Location is great!
Cons: The 'hidden' resort fee. If it's mandatory, just charge more for the room. I hate the nickel and dime stuff, especially at this price point.
Pros: Very elegant rooms, great and freindly staff,i liked the new coffee machine
Pros: We loved the size of the room, the decor and the cleanliness factor. The towels were super plush and all the added features like a bottle opener, champagne flutes, wine glasses and extra mini fridge were very much appreciated and used by us!
Cons: Everything was perfect. We cannot fault this hotel at all. Even upon entrance, the hotel has a signature smell which is just gorgeous.
Pros: Very nice hotel got exactly what I was looking for a romantic stay
Pros: What a fantastic hotel. Extremely helpful staff (especially of the front desk). We stayed in the spa suit.
Pros: I loved the cleaniness and the great staff.
Cons: No issues noted
Cons: Ice machine 2nd floor was broke
Pros: Excellent abeyance
Pros: The location was excellent.
Cons: Hotel in need of renovation. Does not live up to star rating.

Pros: Wonderful place away from the nightlife of ocean avenue. Wonderful staff!
No happy hour on Monday
Housekeeping was slow and at times forgetful
Pros: Everything was just wonderful. Very nice and beautiful place.
This Miami Beach hotel is 2 blocks from the beach. South Beach restaurants, clubs, and other attractions are steps away. The famed pedestrian mall, Lincoln Road, is 11 blocks from the Kimpton Angler's Hotel.
Cons: We stayed there for a week and we didn't like:
- Noisy, music everywhere, very loud, not smooth nor relaxing
- noisy guests that staff did not stop, in my case, people came to the lounge with their own speakers
- noisy rooms, better get out early, before 9 am or housekeepers will let you know you are lazy
- fees for everything, it's ok to pay for additionals, but resort fee is not worth it (and it's a hidden cost), valet excessive, fees for receiving packages is expensive.
I would recommend to bundle better tariffs and consider flat fees or caped fees for those who stay several days.
After the second day, we ended trying to avoid every reason to stay in the hotel during the day. In particular, we avoided the pool, only one time tried to spend the morning there but could not resist the music of the hotel and the personal music of some guests.
Pros: Great location, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean room, very nice facilities (indoors and outdoors), renovation of reception area a major improvement.
Pros: I had a very pleasant stay, the staff was amazing.
Pros: The view from the room
Cons: The Roach that was crawling around the room. Took forever for housekeeping to respond to compliant
I had to call the Loews 1-800 number to get service after calling front desk
Pros: The hotel was beautiful ocean front view balcony view.. Very close to ocean drive an Lincoln mall rd. We really didn't need a car.. O yeah right on the Beach.. They have beautiful outside water plaza where I got on my need an she said yesss
Cons: ATTN we were notified before our stay way before our stay there would be construction but how would I know I'd get the room right next to all the banging and beating
Pros: Location, layout
Cons: Drilling & hammers right by my room at 7a. I can understand 10a. For those from Ca this means it started at 4a
Partying, LOUD rap music , yelling from balcony on my floor. I complained and NOTHING was done
Cons: Under construction; noisy
Pros: I loved the hotel was right by the beach
The amenities including the spa, banana boat, beach chairs and excellent customer service
Pros: Pool area was beautiful, and open 24 hours! Love how the hotel was right next to the beach. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Price of food and drinks at the pool / beach was expensive, but it was what I expected when booking the hotel. Beach chairs were included in the resort fee, which was nice, but the fee didn't include a beach umbrella with the chairs...the umbrella was an extra $25 for the day (and we absolutely needed the umbrella because it was so hot outside).
Pros: the hotel amenities were fine, meals were good not exceptional. pool is nice as is beach access.
Cons: i don't recommend for a vacation setting. hotel is very large, busy - not relaxing for a couple. Lacked the intimacy and romantic touches of other hotels catering to vacationers vs. business.
Pros: Hotel is good but pricey for its accommodation .building is little old .
Cons: Beach is too far from hotel. Bathroom is small for the price paid for room
A beloved hotel with an enviable oceanfront location is now even better, following a $50 million renovation. Stay at the redesigned Loews Miami Beach Hotel and enjoy all-new experiences throughout your stay. Welcome to a South Beach Icon, Reimagined.
Pros: Hotel Excelente tudo e perfeito vou voltar para ficar mais vezes
Pros: Amazing location, beautiful balcony and loved all the pools!
Cons: Wish there was a adult only pool
Pros: The room's view of the ocean! Wow!
The room's layout - bed, space, yuge bathroom, closets, room safe, fridge... perfect.
The parking valet, bell staff and counter staff were on their game and made our entrance and getaway as easy as it can be.
We will be back! Thanks Eden Roc.
Cons: Canceled reservation with one day's notice.
Pros: Relaxed pool environment
Cons: Service by staff was slow
Pros: The valet and restaurants service was ok.
Cons: It was dated. The sheets in the bed were torn up. The phone was dirty. The fridge was broken (found out about that after 200 in good spoiled ). There was some woman that I could only say was a pimp yelling and cursing on her cell phone. When we asked if she could be removed they told us that she brings them a lot of business and is there all of the time. The elevator was old and their food was disgusting. I would never even walk through that place again even after they renovate
Pros: Right next to Fountainbleu. On the beach. Solid amenities. Nice bar scene at night.
Cons: A little up from southbeach. Wish it was closer but you cant complain. Long walk to convenient stores
Pros: Overall very good experience. Excellent location and service.
Rooms are clean. Spa was lovely.
Cons: Upper pool is under construction and spa pool in bad need of renovation. The beach facing bar/ restuarant will also be a huge amenity when open (in the spring?) but I missed having a second food option onsite and ended up going next door.
Pros: Eden Roc's resort is nice. The private beach and pools are the best part of the hotel. Cabana restaurant was also good - but, they don't serve brunch and stop serving breakfast at 11am (a little early if you're on vacation). The food is a bit over priced as well. It's a good place to bring your family.
Cons: DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. WAIT UNTIL THEYVE FINISHED RENOVATING. The majority of the hotel is under construction. The entire lobby is closed off with white curtains due to the construction, leaving only the elevators and front desk assessable. The set-up makes the hotel dark and depressing. The decor is outdated. The staff at the front desk was not friendly at all. Most of all, the rooms in the main tower are NOT what you will expect them in a resort. We stayed in a deluxe king room and it was tiny! The view was terrible! If you're going to stay here you have to stay in the ocean view tower and don't be afraid to pay for the best rooms available: only then will your stay be worth your buck.
Pros: Staff was very friendly, courteous and accomodating, food and drinks were delicious. The beds were so comfortable that I did not want to get up. The convenient access to the beach was great, as well as the beach chair amenity, twas welcomed! Due to the inconveniences my sister, cousins and I were given complimentary tickets for drinks and breakfast.
Cons: Some staff were not truthful when faced with conflicting situations, which led to a lot of unwanted and unnessary aggravation, and wasted time. A lot of renovation was, and still is taking place, which also added to 2 of 4 elevators being unaccessible. Thus waiting for the elevator was a task. And getting on the elevator was another task, then getting to your room or the lobby was another task in itself. Had I known about the renovation that I was not told about, I would have booked another hotel. The room was not a replica of the luxurious room that was pictured. The refrigerator was not working, thank God I did not have my kids with me.
Cons: Renovations were taking place during my stay. It was extremely loud. Difficult to enjoy my room or time at the pool.
Cons: The only issue was all the construction we were NOT warned about!!
Located on Collins Avenue, this oceanfront high-rise in the heart of Miami Beach, is 11 miles from the airport, 2 miles from the Miami Beach Convention Center and 5 miles from South Beach.
Pros: Nice big room, very clean, staff was very nice! Loved the Pawnbroker rooftop bar/restaurant....great atmosphere! Close to Bayfront Park area and Brickell Avenue and Marlins Park.
Cons: No ice machine on floor and had to get ice from room service. The regular restaurant was closed for renovations. They charged a hotel fee for their continental breakfast even if you didn't eat breakfast.
Cons: The location is terrible nothing to do around there. Customer service is terrible very rude staff especially in the restaurant. Will never stay there again.
Cons: There was nothing open including room service and there was a dead cockroach in our room.
Pros: The Langford is absolutely beautiful and I loved its character! They managed to maintain a lot of its unique architecture with modern touches. The downtown location was convenient for all of the things we wanted to do.
Cons: I didn't like the breakfast situation. When I booked online, it said out breakfast would be included, however, when we went upstairs the first morning we were immediately accosted about our breakfast coupons and then told we could only have the pastries, coffee, and orange juice, since we didn't have the coupons. I'm 6 months pregnant and had my 1 year old daughter with us, so this was very frustrating. But there were several options within walking distance. Also, we wanted to use the sky lobby while we were there, but there was some kind of model casting going on all day both days we were there so it was packed.
Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. The rooms were smaller, but clean and chicly decorated. PB station had delicious food and the rooftop bar was fun!
Pros: How courteous the doormen and front desk employees were, great shower. Nice comfy bed.
Cons: Apparently requesting a second bucket of ice is an unreasonable request. Not according to the front desk but to whoever tells the person that actually comes to your door. This was off putting to say the least.
Located 4 mi (6.4 km) from the airport, The Langford Hotel features a rooftop terrace and puts you just a 5-minute drive from Miami Convention Center. The rooftop bar is a great place to grab a drink, and guests looking for a bite to eat can check out PB Station, which serves American cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Rooms at this upscale hotel offer up nice touches like iPod docks, premium bedding, and bathrobes.
Cons: Memorabilia from Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr
Pros: It was nice being on the beach. The pool area is beautiful.
Cons: The rooms are dated. No recent upgrades.
Cleanliness is questionable. Everything is super expensive on the property. $12 for a ginger ale, $10 for a bottle of water, and $30 for an alcoholic beverage on the beach.
Doesn't make sense when you are supplied with the most generic soap, shampoo, and conditioner in your room. Nothing is beautiful in the actual hotel rooms. Only the amenities, restaurants, lobby, and pool areas are aesthetically Pleasing. I will not stay there ever again.
Pros: Everything you needed was at the hotel
Cons: The beds were very uncomfortable making it hard for me to enjoy my stay there. with the money you pay for the hotel the beds should be comfortable, giving you an at home feeling. The suite rooms we were in smelled very old
Pros: Location was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and incredibly helpful. The buildings are beautiful and everything was easy to use and easy to navigate. Overall the best hotel experience by far!
Cons: N/A-Very impressed with everything!
Pros: The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable
Cons: The staff is unfriendly and rude. They constantly remind you of what you "can" or "cannot" do as if you are in an airport. They have an extremely poor customer service as a whole. I travel to
Miami quite often and there are plenty of other 5-star hotels on Miami Beach that in my opinion have better customer service and are not filled with juvenile delinquent guests.
Pros: Stayed in the Chateau tower which was better than Versailles.
Cons: It's a bit north of South Beach but not too bad.
Pros: Location, room ,restorants,everything
Cons: Fees for beech furniture rent
Pros: Pool and spa nicely designed
Cons: Got there and found there were nerds and lipstick on the carpet as well as a big wet mark. I called front desk to see if the room had been cleaned and they said they didn't known but they could connect me to house keeping to see if I could get someone to come clean it. I said "can't you do that" she just said would u like me to give you house keeping number or not. Then on Kayak it soecifically says on some options "no breakfast w this deal" so I picked the higher price option bc it did not say that. I get to hotel and they tell me
Breakfast is not included. Then I try to go to spa and they charge me more money even after I showed them
My Kayak reservstion says spa included. Later that night I come back to the room to find it was never cleaned. I wouldn't even have complained about any of this had I not paid over $400 for the one night I stayed here.
Pros: The property is amazing! The pools are great - got a little crowded on the long weekend - but very enjoyable. We had an oceanfront room and the views were breathtaking.
The beach access was really good and you got free beach chairs.
Its a little away from south beach and all the shops and restaurants - but we knew that going in.
Room service was not up to par - they routinely forgot to replenish our coffee/ sugar.
Cons: The food was just OK - and the price for food and drinks was exorbitant.
Valet only parking and it was $45 per day!!
Cons: The pool is closed very early
Pros: Amazing hotel. A little bit of a struggle to get a pool chair in the morning, but the room and views were spectacular
Cons: A little far from all the excitement in south beach
Pros: Beautiful hotel
great night life

Pros: Once I was able to check in, everything was cool. Thanks to Frances.
Cons: The manager on Friday wasn't able to check me in and I was forced to find another hotel even after making a reservation through a 3rd party site because she couldn't figure out how to swipe a credit card. The machines need to be updated and her inability to rectify a simple situation was ridiculous. Unfortunately, I had to stay at another hotel due to her incompetence. Disappointing at best.
Pros: Excellent staff, friejdly, competent, professional.
The ownership, managment and staff all appeared to be good examples of people. From all aroind the world who were respectful of the Land of Oppprtinity and striving - by hard work - to make a good life for themselves. Plus the Facility was tops. Great value.
Pros: Courtesy and friendliness of employees.
Cons: No problems
Pros: Friendly staff
Pros: Nada, it was HORRIBLE
Cons: The rooms are dirty, loud air conditioner, Very Rude Staff! For the amount for one room 141.00 three star!!!! Please!!! Then had the audacity to not offer free breakfast. To insult me even more I was given 5% of ticket for my meal!!! Wow!!!
Pros: The staff was very professional and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was the best.
Pros: Very nice staff
Washer dryer good $6.00 to wash and dry $12:00 if you need to split colors and whites.
Asked for balcony and king size bed. Thought would have nice view from balcony, yet looked at back carpark and back of shops, lock on sliding door is broken so they have rod to stop door.
Just ok, yet I will say the staff are excellent, very friendly and very kind 10/10 for the staff.
Comfortable yet do not expect too much.
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Price was very high for Best Western and the amenities at this particular hotel.

Pros: It was easy to book through kayak search engine. Check in was super fast.
Cons: We had 2 double beds, husband and wife slept in different beds.....
-"Nickel & Dime" you on several costs such as:
*water bottle in room
*using fridge in room for own belongings
*parking ($18/night USD)
*morning coffee ($3-5)
-No complimentary breakfast (hot buffet $24)
-No surrounding restaurants within walking distance
-Multiple younger adult events (ie. proms, graduations) that was a little inconvenient.
-Room was not as cleaned as previous Hilton's I have stayed at before (ie. dusty, old soap crusted on shower soap holder)
-Strict with early check-in fee ($35). Arrived at 2pm, wouldn't waive fee for checking in at 3pm
-Short trip to airport
-Nice pool/gym facilities
-Very friendly and helpful staff
-In general, facility was clean and aesthetically appealing (excluding aforementioned example above).
Recommending only 2 stars based on high cost with many other competitors in surrounding area. I would advise researching other hotels prior to committing to this specific Hilton.
Disclaimer: if you are a Hilton's Reward Member, this does not affect you.
Pros: Very quite and safe location. Clean room, friendly staff and very convenient restaurant/bar. Very nice not to have to drive to eat dinner
Cons: $17.00 parking fee
Very small and half empty shampoo & conditioner bottles
Pros: Roomy. Clean
Cons: The hotel nickel and dimes you for everything. No complimentary breakfast. No complimentary fridge. View was of a roof. Horrible view
Pros: We loved the blackout shades on the windows which allowed us to sleep in from the late night flight.
Pros: My stay
Cons: Not long enough stay
Pros: Clean comfortable beds, Great views, nice bathroom
Cons: Was missing small items from room after first night room attendants cleaned room. Last morning before checkout staff barged into room. The hotel and facilities were great but houskeeping staff could be better.
Pros: The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. However, certain things like our acid reflux meds were missing or either thrown away, which was very odd. Also, when we were getting ready to leave around 8 AM the maid services were already barging in to clean the room, which kind of caught us off guard.
Pros: The front dresk service was great!
Cons: The phone lines sounds awful !
Pros: While the hotel is older it was built right and they have done a fantastic job maintaining it. The rooms were so clean and comfortable, it was an absolute pleasure.
Cons: As it is close to a large international airport, you may at times find yourself bumping into people that aren't used to our culture, like politely standing in line, or not blocking the main entrance with your entire group and all their luggage.

Pros: The cuisine at the restaurants was delicious. The pool was beautiful and the beach access a plus. The rooms were well decorated and the staff friendly. The location was also great.
Cons: The rooms were small and there were not black out curtains. So, between the "thin walls" (hearing the cleaning staff banging around in the morning) and the light coming into our room, it was hard to sleep much past 7am. The price for drinks was extremely high and I did not appreciate having 19% added for gratuity before I even had a chance to evaluate the service.
Pros: Staff was outstanding - particularly te front desk team!
Cons: Restaurant menu was limited and the food was below par.
Pros: The bartender was extremely informative, professional and mad very good drinks.
Happy hour was nice.
Cons: The elevator broke and we were stuck for 15 minutes. Also the towel rack in the bathroom broke, however it was promptly replaced. I was incorrectly charged for room flip flops, it was also promptly corrected.
Pros: The service was great! The staff made our stay fun and carefree. Clean, updated rooms. Fun atmosphere and a great location. Highly recommended.
Pros: Price and location
Cons: Small elevator
