Pros: Over and above care during hurricane .
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The Lookout Inn was convenient to to the coast and Charlottetown. The couple that runs it were very nice and accommodating and made suggestions for restaurants and attractions upon our arrival. Our room was very lovely and clean. We loved the giant sized jet tub and used it both evenings. The soft robes were great for afterwards! We also loved our own private entrance and that we had the option for breakfast to be served in our room as opposed to going to the dining room. That was a nice option. We would definitely recommend The Lookout Inn and visit again if ever in the area!
Cons: Nothing

Pros: exceptional hosts
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Lookout Inn is amazing. If you are on the fence about booking, jump off and book here now!! We went through hurricane Dorian there. There was no power for two days all around us, but James and Nicole never missed a beat. He had the generator going in 2 min and continued to spoil us with hot breakfasts, and hot showers, and the most pleasant spirits we found anywhere. The location is perfect and beautiful. Just minutes from everything. Don’t know where to go? Ask James! He’ll show you all the best place to visit and eat. And their children, which are rarely seen or heard, are a delight if you get the chance to meet them. The rooms are extremely clean and well managed. The whole experience was a delight. If we ever come back, we are coming straight to the Lookout Inn!
Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Luxurious facility in a perfect location. Breakfast was very delicious with a great selection of fresh items, and I must debunk other reviewers who mention a ‘dark room in a basement’. The breakfast room was very bright, yes it was on the lower level and there weren’t large windows or views, but the room was beautifully decorated with plush furnishings and in no way was it disappointing or deserving of negative comment. We had an amazing stay, and will definitely return.

Pros: Vaunda and Martin were amazing! This was the first time we have ever stayed in a bed and breakfast. We were so shy. By the end we were blown away. Delicious premium HOMEMADE breakfast every morning. And by homemade I mean homemade bread, homemade jam, homemade muffins - even made with fruit from their garden. This all came alongside delicious varieties of eggs and protein. Yogurt and berries as well. They leave the light on for you at night. They make sure you are comfortable. They let you be as interactive or as private as you would like. We literally felt like family in the end. We will be back to PEI and we will definitely be staying at Northside again.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very central location - close to PEI National Park, Cavendish Beach, amusement parks, Anne of Green Gables house. Wonderful manicured, treed, shady grounds. This is a major difference compared to other cottage properties. Most have no trees or shade at all. Common amenities including a clean, safe heated pool and hot tub, horseshoes, fire pits with free wood were very welcome.
Cons: Nothing - everything met or exceeded our expectations

Garden is neat, a charm to eat in there. And even if we are in a private house, we don't feel like we are intruding. Kelti is very much respectful of our privacy and we can wander wherever we want in the house. Kids are welcome. And Kelti speaks a very good French, so it's a great bonus for Francophones tourists.

Pros: A comfortable cabin with two separate bedrooms for us snorers, a full kitchen and nice bathroom. The free breakfast was adequate, but we mostly made our own breakfasts. The staff are really knowledgeable and super friendly - after checking-in I said I would come back again just for the staff. Will plan to stay again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Dwight was the most accommodating host. We arrived 24 hours after Hurricane Dorian had come through the area. They were without power so didn’t have access to their system to confirm our reservation. No problem. They helped us to an available cabin. Helped us unload our things and then got out two maps and proceeded to give us options for a great drive around the island plus suggestions for where we could get some food from places that did have power restored. We had a great day. Luckily power was restored that evening and we had a wonderful evening. Breakfast was fantastic with everyone chatting about the storm. I would highly recommend staying there. So comfortable and the customer service was above and beyond! Thank you!!!

Pros: Private bathroom, spacious room, amazing breakfast, very pleasant and accommodating hosts
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, close to Charlottetown, easy to visit other parts of this beautiful island. Cathy and Jeff were great hosts, accommodated our early breakfast request and kept us well supplied in advance of hurricane Dorian with candles, flashlight and extra water bottles.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfasts as advertised were great. More than I could eat sometimes, but very delicious. Very clean, comfortable and friendly accommodations.
Cons: Met expectations. Good location with easy access to highways.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location - just on the edge of the city, but close enough. The host - great source of information.
Cons: Not my kind of breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Where to start. I had read the reviews before booking and was sceptical that it could live up to those glowing reports. I needn't have worried. The room, especially the bed, was very comfortable. Our hosts were charming and informative. Breakfast was superb, with a different option every day. It is situated a 10 minute drive from the centre and whilst there were charming looking places more central this wasn't a problem. In fact being close to the main east-west highway proved an advantage. All in all can thoroughly recommend.
Cons: A bit picky but the only thing to complain about was the fact that wifi was a bit hit and miss.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good. It was a full breakfast, different each day served in a bright dining area. Location was easy to get to and close to Charlottetown.
Cons: Stairs were quite steep for older couples. Would ask for ground floor if we go back. Air conditioning could have been better.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: The staff at the front desk was great. Particularly one young man, very outgoing and seemed to put in a lot of hours. I'm sorry I can't remember his name.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: A little bit of a mix up with our reservation - room was downgraded. Quickly fixed by the courteous staff. Room was clean and spacious - everything that was advertised.
Cons: Confusion on the type of room on the reservation, which led to more confusion on checkout in regards to payment. I was assured when I left that everything was taken care of with my PREPAID room/reservation, but I currently have a pending charge on my credit card from the Holman.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Close to the waterfront area. Many restaurants and little shops walking distance. Right beside Cow’s ice cream shop open until 11! Yum!

Pros: Cute little cabin, with most of the items you need in the kitchen. Our cabin was attached to another cabin, but we couldn't hear the neighbours. Really friendly staff!
Cons: The cabin was listed as being able to hold 6 people - but that's a squeeze! Also, we came with two cars and there wasn't parking for both cars at the cabin itself (which was ok with us).

Pros: We stayed in Oceans Peek B&B for our first visit to Prince Edward Island and thanks to the cleanliness of the property, attentiveness of Doug and the relaxing atmosphere we were able to fully enjoy ourselves and our time on the island. The room itself was spotless and the cleaning was also done thoroughly, we had no problems at all and the prepares amenities were absolutely perfect for our needs. It was a beautiful property to stay at and when we have the chance to visit the island again we will definitely be choosing to stay here.

Pros: Very nice breakfast well set out. Good location off Island. Sobeys near by also pharmacy ,liquor place tim hortons. Quiet, lovely surrounding. Water within walking distance. Would go back.
Cons: Not sure have any negatives.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Doug is a great and attentive host. The room was clean, commodious with modern equipment and air-con. Free parking is inclusive. The breakfast was tasty - even if you don't haven thousands of diffrent foods to select like in large hotels, a selection of cornflakes, breds, toast, fresh fruits, cheese, ham, coffee, tea, milk und much more is offered. The appartment was perfect for a three day stay on P.E.I. because its located near to the capital Charlottetown (5-10 min by car) and also to the center of the island. So its a perfect starting point for daytrips to the north AND south of PEI. We can definitely reccomend the appartment und would love to stay here again when visiting P.E.I. next time.

6.3 Good
Pros: Lovely old historical home advertised. The breakfast was nice, especially the take out sand which the day we had to leave early.
Cons: The third floor, small room was a pain to get to with a sore knee. We were not warned that we would have to climb up these stairs. There were plenty of rooms available at a lower level. The bathroom was very small and the shower was difficult to operate.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: In my opinion Fairholm creates a level of expectations with the picture of the place, calling it a "boutique inn" and unfortunately it does not deliver on that promise. First Fairholm Boutique Inn is really four distinct buildings. The beautiful turn of the century picture on the Inn in actually an old, tired building. When you get there there is not one to greet you but a phone on the outside of the building. Then you wait for someone to come from one of the other building to greet you. The room that was shown to you during booking might not be the room that you get because they bundle a bunch of different rooms under the same category. Finally the breakfast was rather disappointing: small servings, each plate with few items on them, small quantity of fruits, average coffee. It's as if an accountant, not a chef, decided how the breakfast was to be prepared. In my opinion, I did not get my dollars worth at this place.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Area is a few blocks from Queen St. It was super easy to get around. I liked the property, quiet and lots of trees. Staff was very nice and always helpful, and breakfast was excellent! Room was not what I expected, but the bed was remarkably comfortable.
Cons: We didn't know they had different buildings within the same property. We were sent to a recently renovated building, but I was expecting something with a more "ancient building" feel, like the pictures I had seen. I was rather disappointed. The bathroom had a few issues. Somebody had left some trash in our balcony.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: The location was great, the room was a really great size and very clean, the owner was really nice. it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend and/or go back.
Cons: The only negative thing I could say, was that our towels and garbage was not changed, with 6 people staying for 2 nights, there wasnt enough towels for us all and the garbage can was over flowing. The owner did tell us he would be by to change all of it and he never did come. But in all it was a great stay and we would stay again

Pros: Close to everything it is located right on the strip
Cons: Not a great place for kids as the tables for the rooms are located on same veranda and people outside drinking all night. The bathroom had no ventilation no access to plugs in washroom. The shampoo/conditioner was used overall it was a 1/5

5.8 Okay
Pros: Location. Within walking distance to everything in Charlotte town.
Cons: Parts of the room were clean yet when you pulled back the nightstand to plug in the phone it was a little messy. Breakfast in the morning was old as in the hot breakfast tasted and looked as it been made days ago and tasted the same way. Think hockey pucks. The hard boiled eggs were of a similar issue. Bathrooms well.....some good things and some slight problems. Overall wouldn’t stay there again for various reasons.
6.3 Good
Cons: It's not that I didn't like the accommodation it was that it wasn't what I expected. It was an old house, our room was on the 3rd floor, so lots of stairs and because the house is old it had that musty smell.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location close to downtown
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was outstanding. Perfect stop for long-term travelers...washer and dryer available at reasonable cost. The other amenities include a coffee and tea room available 24/7. Soda and water available at very reasonable price. The Sonata is located in a pretty part of town and is accessible to downtown and Victoria Park. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The laundry facilities, the comfort, the location, GREAT wifi!!
Cons: Could have had more hot breakfast options, but this was not a big deal.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: After some initial problems (hotel was overbooked) with our reservation - made 4 months earlier in order to avoid this very situation - we settled into a nice stay at the Sonata Inn. Great location for walking Charlottetown, good breakfast and coffe/tea options and an amazing team of people who did all they could to fix a problem related to Expedia booking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great B&B in fantastic location. Very close to the town centre but also very quiet. The boardwalk along the water's edge is very close to the hotel and we had a lovely relaxing walk along there and back. We loved the "old world" feel of the place. Our room was very large and had a huge walk in cupboard so we could get shot of our cases. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend to other travelers.
6.7 Good
Pros: The location was good
Cons: The room we had was nothing like the ones portrayed on the online photographs. Plastic table cloths
