The hotel was extremely clean the staff was extremely pleasant the morning buffet breakfast was outstanding. I could not have asked for anything more
Loved the comfy bed and fluffy pillows.
The breakfast food could have been hot.
The facility was beautiful but could have had better parking. The lobby was very lovely and the male staff member behind the desk at check-in which was 12:00 midnight was excellent.
Didn't like the handicapped accessible shower. It was too small and the shower chair was so big in such a little shower. The room was a little dated. At check out the woman behind the desk acted like I was bothering her when I said I would like to pay cash and get a paper receipt. Then she tried to keep my $10. change. For a handicap accessible room being on the 9th floor seemed unsafe. Should have been closer to the lobby I think.
It was a great room for the price.
The bedding was very comfortable and suites was a large size!
Front desk staff was unwelcoming. Did not greet and had a bad attitude demonstrating poor communication skills. At check-in she did not provide information regarding room location, check-out time, nor additional hotel services.
