Cons:
No one was in the office when we arrived and after waiting awhile we called by phone which finally brought out a man from the back who was busy reading his phone and didn't acknowledge us. We thought he might be another customer until he was joined by a young woman, who took care of our reservation. We were also charged an additional $40 for picking up the car before noon. I didn't feel like arguing the point but all of this might make me reconsider who I use next time.10.0 Wonderful

The car smelled like somebody left their seafood in the truck for about a week while it festered. There's no way the cleaning crew didn't smell that when the car came in. I feel like I deserved either an upgrade or an unlimited supply of Febreeze.6.8 Okay

Cons:
I requested rental from Miami International airport, only to find out on arriving that the rental was from Hiahleah. Had to pay cab $60 to pick up rental. Was placed on hold for over 25 minutes when I tried to contact them regarding an earlier than planned return. Customer service from 800# also poor. Long hold timesDollar

They did not clean the car and I got COVID as a result. Neither Kayak no Hertz was willing to do anything about this negligent behavior. I’m contacting an attorney the moment I get better.2.0 Poor

I ordered a car from MIA airport but Kayak recommended a car rental that was 30 minutes offsite from the airport that closed just before my flight arrived. The airport location hurtz couldn't help as they had no cars available. Very disappointed in all parties here.2.0 Poor

The car we initially purchased was a convertible and I put in Miami airport but apparently that car was 40 miles from the airport. I couldn't just cancel and get a new car I had to jump through some hoops I will not ever again purchase from anyone except for directly from the car company.3.2 Poor

Transperacy. If I rent a car online and pay in full online why would I get another bill for the same transaction? I get contract charges like not bringing the vehicle back with full gas, or if the car was damaged, but I paid about $150 for the rental online and now HERTZ is billing me $220 more? Y?4.0 Mediocre

Had the reservation at the wrong location...the folks at the airport rental counter told me to call an uber. Instead I used the reservation number to change the location...and even saved money!Enterprise Rent-A-Car

It could have been better for the company, Enterprise, to have the cars that they are going to lease. It was a bad experience overall having someone call two hours before the car pick up to tell you that they don't know when they are going to have a car for you. Exteremely unprofessional.4.0 Mediocre
