Great experience, I was stranded in Miami due to Hurricane Helene because all flights were cancelled. I got a car quickly from Hertz one way to Atlanta and it was amazing. I will definitely use them again.

They did not clean the car and I got COVID as a result. Neither Kayak no Hertz was willing to do anything about this negligent behavior. I’m contacting an attorney the moment I get better.

I ordered a car from MIA airport but Kayak recommended a car rental that was 30 minutes offsite from the airport that closed just before my flight arrived. The airport location hurtz couldn't help as they had no cars available. Very disappointed in all parties here.

The car we initially purchased was a convertible and I put in Miami airport but apparently that car was 40 miles from the airport. I couldn't just cancel and get a new car I had to jump through some hoops I will not ever again purchase from anyone except for directly from the car company.

Compact SUV

KAYAK
This is the second car i have rented over the past 2 weeks at the miami lakes location, however, both cars have smelled like a cigarette ashtray…. This second car was supposed to have a full tank and was not even 1/4 full. The lady who received my returned rental, made it easy by allowing me to explain that it was not full tank when received but 1/4 of a tank

Cons:

It could have been better for the company, Enterprise, to have the cars that they are going to lease. It was a bad experience overall having someone call two hours before the car pick up to tell you that they don't know when they are going to have a car for you. Exteremely unprofessional.
