The hotel was easy to find, very new and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had season fruits every evening :) No air air conditioning. But if requested, fans are available.
Very well located in the city, 100 meters from one of the two Supratoors station. The rooms are european style. It´s a new hotel so everything is new and neat. The employers are very kind. Because it´s a new hotel not even the taxi drivers know how to get there, but it´s in one of the biggest avenues in Ouarzazate (very good location and easy to identify).
Idir and Hassan are the most welcoming and kind hosts we have met - we got picked up and taken back to the bus station, they spoke great English and were very knowledeable about the area. The room and bathroom were very spacious and everywhere was clean and nicely decorated. The cafe attached to the hotel served a lovely breakfast and stayed open for all hours. The hotel is near to shops and places to eat. There was a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere about the place. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Ouarzazate! There were no light shades anywhere and the lights were very bright! There could have been more storage in the room - there is plenty of space for it.
Location was good and staff was helpful. Food and beverages were fair at best.
Les employés sont courtois et serviables. Ils ont chargé une taxe d'hébergement de 9%, 40 dhs, à notre départ. Pourtant j'ai été chargé sur ma carte de crédit pour une taxe.
Location near the center of Ouarzazate and the view over the city Far too limited choice and quality at breakfast, overall the hotel cannot be compared to other four-star hotels I visited in Morocco.
The hotel is up-market, clean and has a good breakfast. It is central to town and near the bus terminal.
it was convenietly located and functional just like any characterless hotel anywhere a bit jaded but clean
The buffet breakfast did not have much choice.Too many employees around us during the breakfast, this is not necessary
excellent location.very friendly staff.lots of areas to sit and relax amidst nice decor sadly only a buffet evening meal was on offer. a la carteshould have been available.also a problem with visa processing meant the hotel would only accept cash payment
Everything, food, room, location, the owners welcomed us and every day specially during breakfast they made sure that we are fine etc.
I did like the lake setting, the breakfast was O.K. My wife and I ate dinner every night at the hotel restaurant which we enjoyed. The bedroom was very large ,which was nice and the view was good. The hotel is quite remote, there are many unfinished buildings in the area, owing to the developer going bust some 4 yrs ago.The hotel is being extended and the builders were active while we staying there. The hotel is too far from the main town, and surprisingly there is no golf course ,well there was but that had not been maintained properly and had fallen into disrepair.
The hospitality offered by Veronique was excellent and the place is simply magical....we did not stay for long, but it was long enough to make us want to come back.... Not that we didn' like, but its useful to say that the hotel is 2km outsde Ouarzazate....it kind of makes it easier to find given that its the middle of nowhere which makes it so special.
The hotel is very nice. The rooms are amazing. The view of the lake is fantastic. The owners are french and the chef is professional. I recomend it to everybody! If you are going to visit Ourzazate, remember that this hotel is quite far from it, like 20 kilometers.
This was truly an amazing experience. Just outside Ouarzazate this is an oasis of beauty and tranquility. Hospitality is in the hands of the owner family at all times busy to keep you happy. Cuisine a marvelous melting of french and moroccan cuisine for a price-value that beats any competitor. If you are coming or going to the desert, this is the perfect place to exit or enter back to civilization.
