Don't be fooled by the photos on their website. They're old, deceptive, and not reflective of what the property actually looks like today. Cleanliness & Maintenance: This property is poorly managed and maintained. The carpet was disgusting and had stains the size of a dinner plate. There were no blankets in the room. The water-filter connected to the ice machine was covered in algae. It was gross and you could tell that it hadn't been replaced in a long time. The balcony was filthy and the room is extremely dated. The sliding door security bar latch was bent, which meant that you couldn't use it. Dining: This property also does not have any restaurants, which means you need to leave the property for your meals, unless you're attending a conference and the food was a part of your conference. There's a small coffee shop with limited hours and a limited selection of items. Given that there's aren't any restaurants or room services, you'd think that they would at least include a coffee machine or refrigerator in the rooms, but no such luck. Summary: The architecture is beautiful and the location by the sea is great, but the place is so poorly maintained it looks like it is turning into an abandoned ghost town fit for squatters. ARMARK took a beautiful historic property with prime real estate and turned it into a dump!
