Cons (-) Everything else. The hotel itself is filthy - the carpets stained, the halls reek of cigarettes blended with cleaning products. We called because we stupidly forgot toothpaste, nope, the front desk doesn't carry extras. There's no bathroom in the lobby/first floor at all. The comforter in the room had all sorts of stains. Pros (+) The location is good, just a few miles from the Corning historic area, and the area seems good. Breakfast is included, though it's pretty basic (Eggo waffles, cereal, instant oatmeal, a loaf of bread for toasting, packaged pastries, juice, etc.).

There are a number of what seem to be residents rather than guests who gather out back each night, grilling, smoking, playing cards, drinking, and making a lot of noise late into the night.
