Pros. Loved the availability of pools and walkability within the Oasis Resort. Bed was AMAZING! Like, I kinda want the bed for my own self!
Cons. Apparently they were scheduling to replace a hot water heater for the unit below ours. Which required them to shut the gas off of ours. Ok, fine. But once the other unit was replaced, the pump didn't get turned on. Then another night, the unit had an error message. Then FINALLY, after 4 days/3 nights WITHOUT hot water, they figured out the issue. We were asking for assistance twice a day the whole we were there. Only got hot showers the final day (day of checkout).
