10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have never stayed at a bed and breakfast with such a fully stocked kitchen in my life! My partner and I were there for two nights while teaching a professional avalanche course in the mountains and it made all the difference in the world to be able to make ourselves big bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches to keep us warm all day working in the cold. Coming home to the coziness of the Knotty Pine was so relaxing and wonderful! Thanks for making our business trip also one of leisure!
Cons: The Bear Den bathroom sink and tub had some draining issues that were less than ideal, but since no one else was staying there, we were able to mainly use the kitchen sink instead.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The Knotty Pine B&B was well worth the money! We only stayed one night, but on returning home have already recommended it to a bunch of friends and relatives looking to go to Alaska in the next year.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was awesome. Very comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with lots of stuff. The kitchen had lots of items in there making it very homey. I liked how you labeled the cupboards and drawers. We cooked a great dinner there. The only thing we were sad about is we didn’t stay a second night.
Cons: The only thing was the flies in the bedroom. We had lots of them. But we should have stayed a second night. We spent out last night at the Inlet in Anchorage. It was hideous!! We wanted to come back to your house.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Setting is peaceful, linens top notch, liked having kitchen and ability to cook Big plus having laundry facilities, rocking bench on porch. Fire pit looked fun. Nice TV and electric fireplace in room
Cons: Would have been nice to have glasses or cups in the bathroom, the bathtub drain seal wasn’t tight enough to hold water(nobath) if the House was full I would have wanted a coffee pot and maybe a mini frig in our room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The overwhelming feeling of comfort and excitement made everything amazing, it was clean and super welcoming, the room was cozy and warm! The ability to cook your own breakfast was wonderful as well. Over all this is the best B&B we have been to and we will definitely come back many times!

1.0 Poor
Pros: I liked nothing about this hotel. It was terrible
Cons: It smelled like wet carpet. Room was way to hot and could not turn off heat, or open a window because they balcony was shared. The star level was NOT a 3 more like a 1. When I checked out no one was at the front desk.
7.0 Good
Pros: Very large room with fridge and coffee maker, and nice carpet. Central.
Cons: No desk or table. Poor lighting.
6.8 Good
Pros: Being in downtown Palmer is amazing. Everything you will need is within walking distance....you get what you pay for
Cons: Like I stated....you can find EVERYTHING (cause NOTHING but a bed with a place to lay one head comfortably) not provided by the hotel. 5 basic channels on a 77" tv! Main part of hotel is dated. Room was clean with a modge podge of new and old. Tubs you could die in...no literally they are extremely slick and narrow with no grips to help at bottom. They had no extra pillows????
4.3 Okay
Pros: It’s truly a dive. We needed a place to sleep and it barely qualifies.
Cons: Floors were not level. It would probably be condemned by a building inspector.

Cons: Clerk was asleep both times I tried to check in. F-bomb war with others. No help at front desk. Toilet does not work in room
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice location. Not as overpriced as other hotels in Alaska.
Cons: Run down, floors and carpet dirty. Laundry room has two dryers, one doesn’t work the other one works most of the time. Faucet connected backwards. No a/c.
7.0 Good
Pros: Our room had been redone and was very nice, very large and had a nice view. The location is excellent, close and walking distance to many of the sights and restaurants.
Cons: The actual building is in poor condition. The staff was helpful, but difficult to find when you needed them.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Room size was nice
Cons: No air conditioning or fan, no cable tv
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Dirty
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Pillow and bed smelled of cat urine. Very hot and no screen on the window. Staff hard to get ahold of and not helpful. Filthy. Got locked out of my room and no one would let me back in, restroom downstairs was locked. Sat on the floor outside my room door for 2 hrs. Almost scalded in shower. (Water wouldn’t adjust) couldn’t wait to leave.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: They had multiple roches, the sealing was falling out , the sheets where nast and was never changed.
Cons: Everything.
