Pros: Very accommodating friendly. Good food, clean rooms.
Pros: Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was excellent, the breakfast was excellent. The view was spectacular. One of the best places I've stayed and will definitely stay there again. In fact instead of staying in Anchorage I'll stay here.
Cons: Everything was wonderful no complaints about anything.
Pros: This B&B backs to a beautiful lake and takes maximum advantage of outdoor spaces with plenty of relaxing seating. Home is well decorated and rooms are large! Shared a bathroom, but not a problem. Very well insulated and quiet. Great breakfast!
Cons: Nothing! Friendly owner, clean and restful!
Comfy cozy room, backyard leading down to lake dock is just lovely.
Pros: Lovely room and general accommodations. Thank you!!
Pros: I enjoyed the B & B very much. Had a wonderful homey, cozy feel. Bed was very comfortable, the whole home was immaculate and the staff was warm and friendly too. They made me feel at home. Loved the decorations, beautiful garden and lawn leading to lake
Cons: There wasn't anythihng that I didn't like.
Large suite with sitting room. On a lake, close to everything in Wasilla on the way from Anchorage to Denalli. Owner directed us to a great Pizza place and had info about what else we needed to do while passing thru town.
Pros: Location is just a short minute from the HWY. Quiet & easy to find. The Hotel Employee met with us personally. Answered questions, showed us around. Felt like vip treatment, then she disappeared allowing us privacy at this quaint BnB. Adorable. Excell
Pros: The friendliness of the people who run it and hotel employee's helpful attitude when accommodating our needs.
Cons: No black-out curtains in our room (the private suite)
Pros: Very nice hosts and beautiful setting. Room was clean and comfortable. Coffee and continental breakfast in the morning was exactly what we needed. We were only passing through, but it seemed like a great place to stay several days as well.
Pros: Everything. The best B&B I have stayed at and will definitely stay there in the future should we get back to Wasilla.

Plenty of yard to enjoy, along with the sunsets over the lake. Breakfast is wonderful & always on time. Warm & welcoming, centrally located to so many day trip offerings. Also close to town but very quiet. THE place to stay in Wasilla, AK!

Cons: some poor quality workmanship in the remodel
Pros: I liked the location,
Cons: I did not like being accused of smoking on the sidewalk when it did not happen or made to pay $100 & our room for the next 2 days or she was going to kick us out. when there was no other place to stay because of the fair. Shower and toilet needed repair.
Pros: Never stay here again-mgr is scary-extorting 'fines' for smoking outside from over half her guests. She and her unruly dog were at the picnic tbl designated by her so we lit up a bit away as we are afraid of big dogs.Who gets these fines she collects?
Cons: Mgr is a crazy bully-freaked out 2x about smoking and bragged about fining 6 guests $100 for smoking away from the picnic tble when rules state no smkg in rms or sidewalk. Fined us too and came 2x after to scream at us and threaten to call police. Insane!
Pros: The rooms appeared to have been recently upgraded and were very clean.
Cons: The hotel was in a bad area with a very run down strip of apartments just across the parking lot facing the hotel rooms. I did not feel safe there and did not open the window. The door knob on the entry door was jiggly. No phone or alarm clock in room.
Pros: The staff was friendly, the room was very clean. It was cute and well equipped.
Cons: No deadbolt on the door. No way of securing the one window, partly open.
They are renovating the rooms and each room has a mini kitchenette.
Pros: The people that worked there were great
Cons: the walls are thin and the mattress was uncomfortable.
DO NOT STAY THERE
Pros: Nothing I got my money back and went somewhere else.
Cons: The building was rundown dirty and dog running everwhere. I could not get out fast enough.
Pros: I loved the kitchenette amd the space in the bathroom. The staff were nice and the bed was super cozzy. TV got good signal. Tons of storage space and even an ironing board. It's no Hilton but I'd stay there again easy. There's even a frozen vending machine with late night snacks. Thumbs up :)
Cons: Wi-fi had issues reaching the corner rooms. Checkout procedures were not made clear upon check in but i did figure it out.
Pros: I loved the cleanliness. The towels and bedding smelled fresh. The staff was very friendly. I liked it so much I'm going back next week during my stay in Wasilla.
Cons: The beds were not the most comfortable. And the shower pressure was lacking. But it was easy to overlook these things when the room is so clean (yes I'm a little OCD)!

Cons: Worse mattresses I have ever had at a hotel. Felt like I was sleeping on the floor.
Pros: Very quiet relaxing, It was very much beyond my expectations.breakfast was wonderful. The staff was all wonderful.
Cons: There was no garbage can at the back entrance that was my only complaint. And the staff was very nice about that.
Pros: You can enjoy breakfast with the astonishing lake view! And the room is spacious, clean and well-equipment, especially the kitchen, just like a simple apartment. Wash&Dry is coin-operated, but I can use dryer without coin @@ Anyway, it's a perfect stay.
Pros: Location. Breakfast was good
Cons: The room was right next to the laundry, It was noisy.
Pros: Beautiful location , quiet , comfortable
Cons: No elevator tried to hand carry your bags up the stairs
Pros: Shower head needs to be replaced. Other than that, very good...
Cons: Shower head was split and water was going in opposite directions.
Pros: Great breakfast! Lovely view from the dining area. Laundry facilities on the same floor as our room .
Cons: We were surprised it didn't have an elevator to the second floor. Made it difficult getting luggage up and down.
Pros: it was quiet and the view was great
Pros: Nice clean rooms & good com. Breakfast
Cons: There was no restuamt & bar open here.
Pros: The location is outstanding, beautiful view.
Cons: No elevator to second floor, no restaurant.
Pros: Great view, friendly staff, comfortable bed.
Cons: No air conditioning but they did have fans which was enough to make it comfortable.
Pros: Absolutely gorgeous views surround the hotel.

Pros: The views of the mountains were amazing.
Cons: Our toilet clogged and we had to deal with it ourselves and couldn't get proper cleaning supplies because housekeeping wasn't there. The cleaning of the bathroom day to day wasn't great.

Pros: The Nite clerk and the head mngr. we're very customer service friendly. We had no maid service for 3/5 days, but once aware of the problem, they immediately rectified the problem, and gave us a very late check-out for free.
Cons: No maid service for 3 days.
Pros: The staff were warm and very friendly. we found the rooms very clean and comfortable. We are planning on staying there again in August.
Not fancy but just basic, and nice for Alaskans to stay at.
Cons: It is Not fancy for city folks, but has that old time, small town feeling.
Pros: The location was quiet
