Pros: The hotel was beautiful. It has been updated nicely, but you can still see the "history" in everything. The staff was very helpful. One of the staff members voluntarily drove us around the grounds in a golf cart and gave us a great history of the hotel. The beds and pillows were so comfortable we wanted to buy them. The front porch was very relaxing with rocking chairs and enjoyable music.
Cons: The pizza place in the lower level was not bad, but not great. Prices were a little high.
Pros: How was beautiful and had a lot of history. Rooms were very clean.
Cons: Overall, there wasn't much to do on a blustery Fall afternoon except go to the casino and breathe second hand smoke. Almost everything was overpriced.

Pros: The coffee center is open 24 hours a day and is freshened regularly. The staff seemed happy and always greeted us as we went by.
Cons: The price for our stay seemed absorbent due to the few dining and activities within walking distance from our stay. In order to eat after breakfast you must travel at minimum 1 mile. We saved by using booking.com since others we met paid almost twice what we did for the same room.
Pros: Great hot breakfast with different meats each morning. Replenished quickly and nice variety of other offerings. Sufficient seating and nice atmosphere.
Cons: We had one noisy night, for about an hour, from a next door suite. A call to the front desk took care of the problem after about 45 minutes

Pros: Our room was big and very clean. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, the host seats everyone at their table so it isn’t a free for all like most hotels who offer breakfast. This was our second time staying here and definitely not our last!
Cons: The eggs at the breakfast buffet were literally the only thing I could complain about. There were so many other options that it would not keep us from coming back. We had an awesome stay.
Pros: The bed was comfortable room was spacious
Cons: At 2 AM front desk knocked on every door on second floor because someone’s child tried to enter the swim park. After that I was up all night. I received a phone call on my cell phone and commenced to explain what transpired and using words that where not very nice I got a knock on my door again from front desk stating that next story supposedly over heard my conversation and complained. I answered the door and verified that yes I did use harsh words but was there working out of town and only got 3 hours sleep since someone’s parents could not control there child. At check out I informed the front desk I would not return to that hotel considering I would have and brought my grandson and daughter but after that conversation I will not return.
Pros: In the same place as the water park, but only 2 elevators for 5 floors and the waterpark is on the 2nd floor.
Cons: For what they charged for the rooms and the dated rooms it was over priced. Very disappointed in the experience. The hotel rooms are very dated!
Pros: How close everything was
Cons: The steep hill to drive on
Pros: The breakfast was great, it had a lot to choose from.
Pros: The restaurant has great food.
Pros: the kids, ages 3 and 6 loved the water park and pool. also the conventience of the food bar and arcade being so close to our room.
Cons: thought when i made my reservations thru booking.com that the water park was included in the price. it was high enough for one night that it should have been. but we had to pay more once we got there. why would you stay at a water park motel if you wasn't wanting to go to the park?????
Pros: The beds were comfortable
Cons: The facility wasn’t as clean as I would hope for the price we paid.
Cons: Poor eating facilities
Pros: The water park is awesome!
Cons: the carpets in our room it was really dirty
Pros: The wrist band key was convenient. Breakfast was hot, fresh, & a good selection. I required small amount of first aid & workers were kind & competent.

Pros: The toilet would not flush, the owner wanted to blame it on using too much toilet paper and other things but the toilet never even got to the bottom of the toilet and it just wasn’t wanting to flush, they had to come back on a second time after it still didn’t enat to work right, asked about another room and he said they didn’t have another one and that they were full but he did end up moving us which was a better room and did not smell so much like smoke as the first one did
Cons: The smell, the toilet not wanting to flush
Cons: It was old.. outdated! Dust an inch thick on everything.. burn holes on tub and bathroom not clean. Didn’t shower due to smell
Pros: This was not a good experience and if I could I would have cancelled. No breakfast, but that was not the problem. Waited for 15 minutes just to talk to someone at the front desk, then am told there is no housekeeper and most rooms are under construction. Get in the room and there are dead bugs on the floor, but no coffee....
Cons: Lighting in the back left me looking for someone to jump out at you and the entire property looks like a poorly ran storage room.
Pros: Absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here. I have paid less and stayed in nicer places. We were over charged and given a smaller room than what I booked. When I complained I was told that I did not pay for a bigger room. The toilet didn't work, the bed was awful, the floors were disgusting- completely black, our towels were actually crusty (not a figure of speech), and it absolutely stunk in there. Do not waste your money, this place is trash.
Cons: Every single bit, hated it.
Pros: It was close to high school.
Cons: This was a dirty place. And a step back to the 70's. The carpets and bed sheets were horribly stained. No sink in the bathroom.
Pros: the price wasn't bad but they didn't come in on the 2 day to clean or make the beds or take trash out and the people next door was loud and carpet needed to be clean .
Cons: they did not clean the room the $5.00 charge for room key and the noisy people next door no ice machine carpet is dirty
Pros: The room had a small refrigerator and a microwave. The wifi was good. There was ample parking.
Cons: This a very old facility with outdated furnishings. Although the room was a non-smoking room, on arriving at the room, we could immediately smell that someone had smoked in the room. Thank goodness we travel with a can of Lysol spray which helped with the smoke odor. We received two wash clothes and two bath towels but no hand towels. The bath towels were extremely thin and inadequate. Our room had a large extension cord coming out of the door that the owner at the desk just told us to unplug and toss out the door.
Pros: The air conditioner worked well
Cons: Couldn't understand the manager. The room was in dire need of repairs. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet, just a top sheet over the mattress and it was dirty. Major stains on the floor and walls. Also, on the internet it shows a sparkling pool and when you actually see it, it hasn't had water in it in a couple of years and the whole pool area is filthy!
Pros: The price was great.
Cons: The beds we hard and hurt my back. The room smelled like cigarettes and the bedding and pillowcases were both stained. Also no maid service for the room during the stay.
