Nothing The manager was not friendly. My group of friends had gotten to the hotel before me and decided to go to another hotel to stay and we tried to get our money back but he wouldn't budge very though we weren't staying there.

The fact that I will never return. Worst ever. The price that I paid was not the price on the front sign. Mold on the bathroom walls, paint slapped over everything, stained and burn holes in the bedding which bye the way was purple and maroon, 10' TV, and water that wouldn't stay at temp.

the location - it was nice that Norman Bates and Freddy Kruger never showed up. It had a comfortable bed. Where do you start... the bathroom was and stayed very damp ie: water trails down the walls - the bathroom fan turned on but did not remove any moisture. Water was seeping in under the walls. The sheets were not 'hotel whites' but closer to thrift store.

In the same place as the water park, but only 2 elevators for 5 floors and the waterpark is on the 2nd floor. For what they charged for the rooms and the dated rooms it was over priced. Very disappointed in the experience. The hotel rooms are very dated!
