Cons:
They withdrew almost $5,000.00 out of our account without permission. And I got the run around for a week with supervisors . Was told 4 different times I would be called back. And never received one call. Just to be told I have to handle it with local office. And he is never in the office. It's been 3 weeks it's still not resolved. And our bills are pst due . Our insurance has been cancelled. Our phones shut off. Because someone screwed up somewhere and they won't refund us our money. I'm seriously thinking about consulting an attorney and suing them.10.0 Wonderful

George, Paris Enterprise, called ahead to make sure I had the appropriate documents and explained the new procedure. Pick up and drop off we’re both quick. Car was clean.Cons:
All locations wear PPE even if just working in the cleaning area.10.0 Wonderful

Visiting my sister in Talco and needed a car to visit Hot Springs, AR for a few days. Staff was very helpful, pleasant and gave me a free upgrade. Was about 20 minutes late returning due to an accident on the highway; no problem. They thanked me for returning the vehicle in clean condition and thanked me for my business.10.0 Wonderful

Absolutely nothing pressing I pre paid had every thing ready. I even called location to make sure all was good if I needed anything else so I could bring with me they said nope your all good we will have keys waiting. I get there they wouldn't rent me a car even though in pre paid, I needed another cc card which I did not bring so 2 hr trip back .Cons:
If I pre pay for car let me use it.8.0 Very good

Customer service was not great. Not friendly. Accused us of having animals in the vehicle even though we have none and are allergic to dogs and cats. Generally seemed unhappy to be working there.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The trunk was spacious, the car rode well and smooth and handled fine. Gas mileage was good as well. The rental experience was smooth and quick.Cons:
The pickup from a rolling start is poor and hesitant but this is not the rental locations' fault. Just not a car I would ever own.7.6 Good

Cons:
The vehicle had not been cleaned and smelled like smoke. There was so much dirt and grime on the inside of the windsheild that I had to stop and clean it before I felt safe driving it as the dirt obscured my view. The outside looked as though it had not been washed in weeks. I was very disappointed. Not worth the money I paid at all.2.0 Poor

I had requested a mini van for a long road trip...when I went to pick up the van , the only one with low miles also had a DVD system which I did not want or need...but I had to take it as all the other ones had 30K plus miles on them. I asked to not be charged the extra amount for the DVD system and was told that was not possible...which I think is really bad custormer service and a way for them to get more money out of me.Good to know
