Cons (-) Clean large room. Most comfortable pull out sofa ever. (My daughters got the bed). Nice helpful staff. Fun atmosphere in lobby. 2 block walk to several metro stations. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros (+) The location is super convenient, directly across from Gare du Montparnasse train station. It is an easy walk down to the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, and all the museums. Lots of non-touristy places to eat that are open in the summertime. The staff, while a bit overwhelmed, was super friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Only one elevator was working during the morning rush hour, which made for long wait times.
Cons (-) Small rooms and the elevators were always busy
