Renting from parkville. First off its hard to find. They say they provide pick up. BUT only if get more than one person working that day. So i had to take a taxi which sucks. The agent took forever. I watched him as he answered calls, taking phone numbers, saying he will call them back. I laughed to myself because i called the day before. He took my number and never called back. They had one car for me to take. It had dents all over it. I'll rent from budget again. Just not from ParkvilleAvis

Be sure to check the exact address of location, especially is a large city. I thought I made my online vehicle rental reservation at my local airpor location. I missed the fine print. It was 26 miles miles from the airport. Luckily my friend dropping me off did not mind rerouting me to the correct location.Hertz
