Hotel design and the cleanliness
Friendly staff, new and clean and quiet
The design and comfort of the deluxe studio for the money spent was excellent. I was there on a leisure mixed with a bit of work, so I spent most of my time in the hotel, and Page10 offered the right kind of space and comfort, as well as a quiet place amongst the hustle and bustle that is Pattaya to do just that. The rooftop pool was quite nice, and the breakfast buffet that was included was also very good. Room service choices were a bit limited, though what they had was well presented and good. The Internet was not always stable, though for most visitors this would probably be a low priority. As the hotel was newly opened, there was still no phone directory in the room, but the staff and main desk were very helpful.
Location is good, easy to get around from. Staff are polite. Breakfast was quite nice and plentiful. The room smelt of cigarette smoke, had to request the room be sprayed with air freshener! The towels also smelt of smoke and were not clean and the bath was also dirty. The bed sheets had some stains on them as well.
Great customer services from the people at the front desk. They were very friendly and smile all the way to make you feel relax that you in the right place. Rose the manager was very friendly and helpful. Kung wasvery professional and friendly. The guys at the entrance were very friendly and helpful. I couldn't find anything bad about my 2 night stay. I really appreciate everyone's effort in going out of their way to help.
The location was all right. Breakfast was ok. Cleanliness need improvement. These are separated double room which is surprising and a bit annoiding.
Nice hotel near the heart of Pattaya. Shops and entertainment all on walking distance. We receive an upgrade for the room at arrival which gave us a room including bathroom of 53 square mtr. The bed was very confortable. The bath room has limited water supply what has some effect on showering. We had each day one hour of free internet which covered all our needs for that. The staff is friendly and adequately trained. The breakfast looks limited, but should in fact be ordered from the menu, which allow you a wide veriety of food. This was not told us a the beginning, so newcomers should pay attention to this. The swimming pool is quite small, but has all you need. We would use this facillity again in the future, we believe however there are similar and maybe better options in this pricerange.
ALL WAS GOOD. VERY GOOD LOCATION
not a lot i would not stay there again only for the reason average hotel
I like the room size for the type that I chose, pretty big and suitable if coming with big family and friends I don't like the face expression from receptionist when I told her that I need to cancel one night b/c of some urgency, It's not polite in terms of doing service business like this. And I don't like the pool, so small but in the picture in web, it looks big, that's why I booked this hotel for my kid and made me disappointed.
Best hotel in the Soi Buakow / Soi Diane area. It's rooms are better than the LK just down the road but it's pool is right by the entrance to the hotel. A good relaxing place.
The location and breakfast ttil noon Incessant ringing of the telephone in the 3rd floor corridoor after 8am till midday. Very noisy cleaning staff on 3rd floor Below average breakfast
The king size bed was so comfortable. I liked everything
The front staff were generally kind and responsive to my questions as a stranger in town. For holiday goers, the location of this hotel is O.K. However, if you are with your family, especially with children, I recommend you select one in a more appropriate area. This hotel, like many other hotels in Pattaya, is also surrounded by bars and entertaining places
During my stay I got food poisoning from room service food which left me room-bound for three days. Also the hotel is undergoing a lot of refurbishment. I asked if there was any noise in my room and the answer was no. For four days I had people working outside using power tools, etc.
Price - Breadkfast - Friendly staff n/a
beach and shopping centers are very closeby hotel staffs are not friendly and standard and not value for money for staying
tiny room, not so clean, but really near the bech
I've stayed twice here already and at SOI 8, the happening place and close proximity to W.Street is a great plus.... The sea view rooms are very clean and good. Yeah.. You cannot overstay more than an hour after the check-out time and need to pay everything upfront, before using their services, which is okay to an extent but not when you are in the middle of something and you get a call for the same
Conveniently located. Value for money. Water was leaking from shower to rest of the bathroom
Very devoted and service-minded staff and acceptable prices Not really
Clean room, friendly staff, good location. I will be back to this hotel. None.
Very friendly and kind staff, but low cost performance during high season. I hope that price would be lower even in this season. Sometimes bathroom is not well cleaned.
Nice clean pool, friendly staff always helpful, waiter/ess service at pool, poolside cafe, reception open 24 hours. Only 1 thing:- The telephones inside the rooms - if 1 rings near to you, you think it's your phone, i answered ours several times even during the night & get nothing.
Very clean... Parking lots are too far from the hotel building...
The location was close enough to downtown Pattaya to be able to get to the "action" within a few minutes but not too close... Concierge service for organising excursions worked well. Did not like the style of the hotel. Very simple and basic rooms which were not very big at all. Overall price of the weeks stay was high when compared to other hotels within Thailand and even Pattaya but the quality of the hotel was significantly lower than would be expected at this price. Think that this hotel sells itself with the "Hard Rock" branding as otherwise there's nothing which would make it stand out from the 3-star crowd. Apart from the prices this hotel is far away from the 4-star hotel which it advertises to be.
pool activities , easy goning with childrens and whole family , close to major mall in pattaya, on beach directly. simplly very nice , been there yearly since 4 years . lot of taxi drivers quing out side the hotel on both enterances, try to catch the hotel residents , fooling them , still i belive the hotel securieties staff can much about this . beside the nice sea view at rock cafe not there any more cos of these taxis blocking the view,
I like the location of the hotel as its very close to the beach and almost the activities there.
Excellent service and facilities The pool can do with a surfcace clean a little more regular.
Location within walking access of many araes, security helpful moved into a 01 bedroom suite safe security box was missing ,DVD player had been removed, returned to room at 1730 and room had not been cleaned i feel this was the forgotten room . Staff not friendly appart from security .
Stayed in the Versace Suite for 15 nights and everything was nice and clean.
The one bedroom suite was a real value for money apartment . It was really spacious and we were wishing could have stayed longer. It was well kept , the furniture etc is quite tastefully done, We loved the cute small balcony where one can have a coffee. It is situated in the quieter lane and not near the beach or main shopping area ( 10-15 min by bike) but one can enjoy having beer at their restaurant by the road and enjoy seeing tourists walking/biking by One can hire bikes like we did and travel around the place for eating. shopping , beach or night life Breakfast had set menus (Amercan , english etc ) and had croissants, cakes and breads as common spread. Could have had more variety
Room is quite big, 80 sqm, we stayed at Versace Suit. The hotel is a bit too old. The whole room has smell. At night, we heard the noise from the pub down stairs.
size of the room Location and Shower water pressure was hard to keep constant, alot of contruction noise outside
The suite was spacious and very comfortable with a great bathroom but... (see below) The Jacuzzi was broken and despite reporting it for three consecutive days was never fixed. The beautiful shower had low pressure and fluctuating temperatures - it was impossible to get anything like a comfortable temperature. The Multi-Gym was broken throughout our 3-day stay and the Internet was so unreliable as to be unusable although to be fair the hotel refunded the 1000 baht I'd paid for the 50 hours (ridiculously expensive but some of us have to have internet access.
Photos look much better than the real thing. Room doesn't smell nice. Staff not friendly.
not much the breakfast was very poor, the television picture was sub standard, and the hotel was over priced
Localization is preety well. Near Walking Street, just in front of Beach Road. The pool on the roof is not big (and littel bit cold) but nice anyway. All is perfect or so. They charge me for a broken glass and clean sheet.
first all i like the friendness of hotel staff ..very helpful and take care what we need compare than other hotel in pattaya ...In this hotel also provided free internet in the room.. that why i came to this hotel. The housekeeping clean our room every day.. I love so much this hotel .. If i come again to Pattaya i would like stay again this hotel ..and i like to recommend to my friend also. Thank you Baywalk Residence for execellent service. Nothing . All perfect
It's very good hotel. N/A
Location is good and situated at shopping and beach area. Nite life area is also within walking distance. Vouchers for breakfast have being issued but next morning when we hitting for our breakfast, we were rejected. Later found out breakfast was not included. Very emberassing
The rooms were spacious and clean. Modern and up to date fixtures and decor, with every thing put together well. There was a rooster that crowed at 3:00AM and kept crowing until around 8:00AM every morning. When I complained about it...the manager wanted me to pay the difference of moving to an upgraded room. I felt that this expense should not be the responsibility of the customer since it's their responsibility to ensure that their guests have a restful stay. If they have outside noise of which they cannot control, then that fact should be disclosed before any room is sold on that particular side of the hotel.
The location was supreme. Walking distance from Walking street and many shopping venues, both retail, and local vendors. Breakfast was excellent every morning. The staff was very courteous. this was my second stay here, and it was even better the second time around. I checked out of the hotel for a few days to go and tour the countryside, but asked If I could book again for my return to Pattaya. The staff was very courteous, but informed me it would be cheaper to book online. A great tip, but as a returning customer I would think I could get the same price either way. I ended up booking at an ever cheaper hotel a few days later. I would have loved to return my buisness here.
